Staff was great and attentive, as well as the breakfast buffet. The gym isn’t big but functional enough for a quick holiday workout. It’s also always open, which was a plus for an early-riser like myself. Location was nice enough to walk around and take in some of the city and a quick car ride to the main shopping centre at Hyllie.

I booked a 2-night stay with a prepaid offer on a Superior room which was at a very good price including breakfast.|The hotel is in a more quiet part of the city, but close to where I had some appointments and it is just a 10-15 minutes walk from the center or the Triangeln train station and shops.|My first impression upon arrival was unfortunately not very welcoming - it had snowed the day before, and the pavement just outside the entrance had not been cleared or cleaned making it into a very dangerous walk on slippery ice. I was a bit shocked, as this does not seem welcoming.|The reception welcome was very nice however, and the room on the 7th floor was nice - although not very big considering it was a superior room. But it was clean, nice bedding and good amenities in the bathroom.|The design is minimalistic yet with sparks of color I really like, like the blue grout in the bathroom tiles.|Breakfast is on the 2nd floor and is very large and complete with different stations offering all sorts of hot and cold food as well as beverages. |There is a bistro but unfortunately closed for lunch, which would have been very convenient for me - but for this, you'll have to venture outside - on the slippery pavement!

This morning I checked out at 8:30 am. Around 9:30 am I briefly returned to the hotel and entered the reception area to use the restroom on the ground floor. A man at the reception shouted at me in a very rude and unprofessional manner, telling me to leave and stating that it was not a public restroom. I explained that I had been a guest at the hotel and had checked out only one hour earlier. He did not apologize and continued to insist aggressively. If this is how guests are treated, it would have been better for me to check out at 12:00, as allowed by my booking, so I could have used the bathroom in my room without being treated this way. I also tried to contact the hotel afterward to ask for an explanation, but there is no email address available on the website for complaints, and no one responds via the chat. Overall, a very disappointing experience due to the staff’s attitude and lack of customer care

Good hotel with a good location in Malmö and a short distance to the city center. Parking 250 SEK/day in the nearby garage. Got a large and nice double room even though I was traveling alone. Good condition. The breakfast was absolutely good with a lot of variety. Recommended!

Definitely clean, but no free parking around there. This is definitely a contra argument. Rooms were nice, quiet and the position of the hotel is quiet good too. There was no free water or tea in the room, but we got it at the reception free of charge, once we requested it.

I stayed at this hotel on 7 November and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.I checked in around 22:30. My booking clearly showed that the room can accommodate two guests, and the front desk did not mention any rule about “no visitors or additional guests after 23:00”.Around midnight, my boyfriend arrived and we went to the front desk to add him as a second guest. At that moment the staff suddenly told us that after 23:00 they cannot accept visitors, and refused to check him in. When we explained that we were both legitimate guests, the staff changed the reason and said: • the room was “too small for two people”; • my booking was “only for one person”.Both statements contradict the confirmation on my booking, which clearly states the room is for two people. Even after I showed this, the front desk still refused to let him check in. We then asked if my boyfriend could book a separate room, but the staff said there were no rooms available. We were left with no option but to check out around midnight, after staying for just about one hour. What shocked me the most was the staff’s attitude. Feeling unfairly treated, I asked: “Are you racist?” and he actually replied: “Yes, I am.”Whether he thought it was a joke or not, this is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional, especially towards a minority guest.Because of the lack of clear communication about their policy, the refusal to honour a booking for two guests, and the staff’s openly discriminatory remark, I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about basic respect and fair treatment.

If you require parking at this hotel, be aware that guests are not informed at check-in that payment must be made in advance only via the EasyPark app, as the parking lot is not owned by the hotel. Failure to do so will result in a 600 SEK fine per day. The on-site parking machines did not function, and the app was the only possible payment method. When assistance is requested, reception staff offer no practical help beyond suggesting you “contact the parking company,” which, according to past guest reviews, is entirely useless.||Dear travelers, please look for another hotel to stay, where hotel management prevents its guests from being exploited.

Excellent stay in Malmo. Well connected with Public Transport and 500 m away from Trianglen metro station
