Quality Hotel View

I really enjoy staying here for the convenience and predictability. It's clean and quiet and functional. I don't eat breakfast, but the spread is good. And they're very accommodating if you want to take something with you instead of sitting to eat. The people are always super friendly. The reason I take one star off is because of the lack of black-out curtains in the room I was in last time, and extra amenities (lotion, toothpaste, shower cap, etc.). I really appreciate those things because they free up room in my suitcase and I don't have to run to a shop if I forget something. Also, don't expect to have anything brought to your room. If you need help, be prepared to go down to the desk for it. On my last trip, I got upgraded to a deluxe room. I'll add pics here in case you're curious. I've stayed in the family room before, but this would be better for a family IMO.

Stayed here as a base for the Öresund Bridge half marathon and couldn't recommend it more. It's in a great location, easy to get in to Malmö or over to Copenhagen. If you don't fancy eating in the hotel, which we did, there a load of local options. They started breakfast hours early so us crazy folks doing the run could fuel up, thank you so much. Would definitely stay here again.

Why not book here?||For the last 6 years, I've been making this trip and always arrive in Copenhagen between 11pm - 1am||I know it's in Sweden not Denmark, but the same train station can drop you at Hyllie Station and you can be in your hotel room 15mins later. I caught the 11.29 train and send my wife a photo message of the room at 11.46pm||(hotel is IMMEDIATELY by the train station- McDonalds too if you need a late night coffee). ||Chosing this hotel removes wandering around Copenhagen and all you need to do is get back on the train the next day and go back the other way (or make your way to Malmo, Kristianstad for more of Sweden)||The hotel is very good for the price and is always clean. The breakfast is excellent with an extensive range of items. Juices, coffee, cooked, cereals, porridge, charcuterie and traditional Swedish offerings.||Despite coming here for a few years, I've never used the amenities, so cannot comment. ||There is not much I would change about the hotel, so I am sorry to the management for my lack of constructive feedback.||

It’s always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfasts are delicious (I always eat more than I should 🫢). The location is perfect for me, close to CPH airport and my workplace. Great value for money. Looking forward to my next visit!

I had a great time staying at this hotel during a work conference. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful during check-in. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent! The food was delicious and tasty, and the restaurant had a nice ambient vibe. It's conveniently located by the metro station for easy access by transit. During my visit, one of the elevators was out of order and it did get quite full during the mornings. Overall, this would be my first choice in Malmo and I'd stay at this hotel again.

A great place to stay to explore Malmo. Also attended a corporate conference. Firstly the rooms are excellent, food including that provided for the conference was excellent and very well organised. Beside the local and international train station, Hyllie, 15 minutes from Copenhagen airport. Regular train and buses nearby into the city. Shopping centre close by but not many evening meal choices they are mostly in the city. There's an airbus simulator here too but book it independently. The conference area and rooms are very good but when multiple companies are present, whose Filka it is can be confusing. No hesitation staying here again.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the train station and we always stay there when we have an early morning flight or a very late arrival. The staff is always very helpful and my daughter loves the animation that they provide. Food is also excellent. Thank you for always going out of your way for us especially when we forget things behind.

We stayed in the family room for two weeks while visiting family in Malmo. The train from Copenhagen is steps from the front door of the hotel. There's a bus pick-up and drop-off just in front of the hotel also. The Emporium Mall is just crossed the street. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet included in the room was very good. Lots of choices. We stayed two weeks and didn't get bored with the breakfast. Most of our meals were at my relatives home but, the meal we had in the hotel restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The room was adequate size. We did find that the floors weren't very clean. That didn't bother us. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was exceptional. I drink a lot of water. The tap water was very good. I didn't need to buy bottled water. The internet signal was very good and consistent. My only concern was the bedding. We found the mattresses to be uncomfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and especially a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. When returning to Sweden we will definitely return to this hotel.

I hesitate to write this review cause the secret will be out but the staff and this hotel deserve the credit. This QH is modern and reasonably priced with spectacular views of the surroundings from higher floor rooms. That said, the best part is the staff. This team knows what they're doing-always smiling, accommodating and friendly. They have monthly employee recognition and share with the guests which I don't see in most hotels out there. Fitness room and sauna with iron/board in every room. Yes it isn't in Malmö Central but the train station is right in front & Malmö C is only a 10 minute train ride away and it gives an excuse to really get out and explore. Emporia-the local mall is across the street. Breakfast buffet is amazing and they also have a restaurant and bar area. Last bonus-you are only a 10 minute train ride from CPH airport.

Rooms are modern, and while basic, the quality is good. I got a good night's sleep, and the showers are great. Breakfast was also a big quality spread, with some hot buffet items and a wide cold selection. The location is literally right next to the Hyllie station, with a shopping mall and other shops nearby. Internet was fast. However, if you stay here, insist that you get a room in the tower block, and not on the second floor as part of the main building, as there is a MASSIVE construction project going on next door.

The place is brand new and pretty hip, people are friendly, our room is clean and cozy. But! Parking is expensive and only possible with tons of change or a credit card with PIN. I have neither and had to park in a reserved spot a mile away. A cop told me they won't tow but only ticket. We'll see tomorrow...

This hotel is lovely! The staff is exceptional and accommodating. The rooms are modern but cozy. The breakfast makes me eager to get up and get my day started because it is so yummy! It is very convenient to the train and Copenhagen airport. There is a very nice mall next door to the hotel with nice shops, restaurants and grocery stores. I have stayed here several times and the service has always been very nice. I have also attended a conference here and the catering and facilities also get a 5 out of 5.
