Great stay for the price. My family and I stayed here fir 12 days. At first look the hotel looks outdated si I was a little scared. But it definitely does not look like that on the inside. Breakfast is included with stay. Staff was really friendly and attentive. They cleaned our room daily and everything smelled fresh and clean. The rooms are comfy and NO carpet which I personally Live cause carpets make rooms smell moldy 😅 I would definitely recommend staying here if you wanna be close to the parks but not pay ridiculous ammounts of money.

The girls at front desk are amazing, friendly, extremely helpful, polite especially Nila. They go above and beyond for you. Breakfast is not great but it is plentiful and not bad. The only complaint that the eggs are very salty and some that has to watch sodium that not good not otherwise. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel. I think this is the best priced hotel in area without spending a fortune Again you can't go wrong..housekeeping

Positive: The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was so much to choose from and tasty. Front desk staff were friendly, attentive to your needs and requests and professional. Negative: Some of the pool chairs were needing repair and awning near pool was ripped but that appeared to hurricane damage so it is probably going to be repaired.

From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. Desk clerk was helpful and efficient. Room was clean and bed comfy. Everything worked. Pool was nice, helps with having sat too much, driven a lot. Breakfast was great, selections helped me eat low carb. I stayed two days, and housekeeping was all I could ask. Letitia got a tip for that.....shoulda been more! The folks I encountered at breakfast, in the lobby, in the pool.....all were nice. No negative stuff late at night.Security officer on duty. I will return anytime I am traveling in this area.

Stayed here over the weekend (room 115) My goal was to find something close to the parks with parking and breakfast included. While this had everything needed, I didn’t feel like it was worth the money. It’s basically a motel honestly. The smell in my room smelled so musty like they were trying to cover it with other scents. The tub drain looks rotten, the bathroom door bottom corner was torn up. The bed was stiff. Felt like the display beds at store. The breakfast was bad. I didn’t bother using my coupon for the next morning. I’ve stayed locally where breakfast was included and had better food. The eggs tasted like water. It almost made me sick. I didn’t bother making a big deal out of it because I had an entirely full itinerary and would not be in the room for a long time other than to sleep or change/shower. It just sucks to feel like hard earned money went somewhere that didn’t feel worth it. I will say though, the kind ladies there during my check in were so insanely kind and respectful.

My family and I stayed at this hotel when we needed somewhere to sleep for our 2-day trip. The room was always clean. The check-in and check out process was easy and quick! The hotel is a short 10-15 minutes from DisneyWorld property! Our stay was really quite nice, until we attempted to eat breakfast before leaving. They have a very strict policy for their continental breakfast. You must have your breakfast card to enter, all food has to stay in the dining area, and you can NOT for any reason save a seat for anyone. They do not tell you this policy when you arrive, but the staff handling the breakfast is rude to guests when the policy is broken. If the staff was kinder to deliver the policy, this review would be much higher.

Google
Rooms are good; clean, comfortable and quiet! Service at the front desk was friendly and efficient and helpful! Breakfast was GREAT! A great selection, including hash browns, and biscuits and gravy. LOTS of sweet stuff too including 2 different waffle makers. Friendly service from kitchen staff too. Would recommend and would return!

Stayed here for a week-ish for our Disney trip. We must have gotten an older room because our door wouldn’t seal all the way and our bathroom was a little dirty. The front staff were super nice. Breakfast was weird. You had to have vouchers for breakfast and the ladies there monitored everything; you couldn’t even enter the area without a voucher. You couldn’t take any food out, like not even fruit to take back to finish with you or on the go. They had super strict rules. Location was good but most likely won’t be staying here again.

Yelp
Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in March 2024. It was a spring break getaway with my 6 year old granddaughter. Out room was on the 3rd floor. We both loved it: the room seemed renovated, housekeeping was excellent, the bedding was comfortable, breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient if you visit the Disney parks. I would stay there again.

Yelp
Hubby and I needed a place for a one-night stay after a day at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. We chose this place because it was close to the parks and had a shuttle that went there and back. (Though not direct, the shuttle does go to connecting parks. And a ride share to the park from the hotel is about $9 during the off-peak times. We ended up taking Lyft back because we didn't want to wait until 10:30 p.m. for the shuttle and paid $15.) The special rate was extremely good at a little over a $100 a night! They even take AAA but the special rate was cheaper. This is not a brand-new place and it's not fancy. Very plain but clean. The TV in the room is kinda small. But you also have a microwave, large mini fridge (no freezer), a very comfortable bed, and squishy pillows (but we got two each). Having just renovated two bathrooms, I saw the need for some fresh tiles there. But nevertheless, it was clean and the water was hot. There is a nice pool if you need some R&R away from the parks. On the morning we were leaving (we were on the first floor) a child in the room above was doing a lot of running back and forth. But it soon stopped, and it didn't really matter because we were getting ready for breakfast. The meal is included and it is not just a grab-and-go. It has eggs, fresh waffles and pancakes (saw my first-ever automatic pancake maker), sausage, biscuits, cereals, breads, etc. My daughter and her friends visit the Disney area about twice a year, and I have recommended they not spend lots on pricey hotels where they just sleep and get up and go each day. They are planning to stay here on their trip in February. I plan to stay here again if I am in the area.

Yelp
An OK hotel. Think about a standard highway motel anywhere in the country and this is what you have. I stayed for one night for a quickie Disney trip. This hotel is about a 15 minute drive to the parks. They have a shuttle to the Disney parks that leave once a day and return twice a day. Not very handy. The goods: Low prices (compared to the way overpriced park and 'fancier' hotels in the area). Close to a lot of restaurants and fast food. Free breakfast (standard motel breakfast, waffles, cereal, breads, etc). Make sure you bring the breakfast coupon that is in with your room key packet. Staff was friendly especially the breakfast helper. I think her name was Carty. Water in shower was hot. Small pool was nice. Small fitness room. Free parking and no resort fee. The bad: Bathroom was a little dirty. Room was a little loud. TV was small, but had a lot of channels. The area was a little rundown (in a touristy way). I would stay here again. The low price and all of my 'goods' out way my 'bads'. Just over look the cleanliness of the bathroom area.

Yelp
Like it's title, it is By the Parks. This hotel is not "new construction" but it is very adequate for a family or reasonably priced stay. We felt the area was safe and family- tourist oriented. Enter rooms from outside. Our second floor room was poolside. Super clean. Beds were comfortable. Noise level was low. Pool noises from the kids very minimal. Water pressure in shower was medium-high at night with temperature nice and hot...in morning, low pressure and occasionally lukewarm temp--hotel was fully occupied so demand must have been great. The breakfast is grab and go. Coffee or tea is 24/7. Staff SUPER helpful and friendly. They are wearing masks. Note--Lots of sanitizer in public areas. There's a Walmart Supercenter, CVS, Circle K, Souvenir store, Asian Fusion, Western Sizzlin close by. We walked to the Sakura Asian Fusion-delicious. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Yelp
I have no idea where to start this review... I gave it a 1 because it won't allow me to rate it a 0 . DISAPPOINTED. Disappointed in so many ways! Its location is everything! It can have more customers stay in this location aside of having their rating goes up. Location is the only thing worthy. Parking... is "ok" but the way it looks, anyone from outside has access and cars are most likely to be damaged or stolen. Lobby is completely outdated. Furniture, colors and structure! Rooms are completely outdated! As soon as you walk in, you smell cigarettes. It feels stuffy in the room, makes you feel you can't breath. The rug in the room is also outdated, feels moist and dirty containing stains. Floor seems not to be swept or moped correctly that you can see the corners with dust and dirt. Bathrooms are completely broken that you see the tiles glued to together. Every appliance needs an upgrade. Bottom line: Will do for an emergency stay but it's uncomfortable to be in the room and sleep. (I did not sleep! Couldn't wait to be out and leave! Felt suffocated! It's disgusting.) I strongly do not recommend this. Truly hope this review is seen by management and they can learn from their mistakes. You want to make money? You have to invest. Needs a whole remodeling make over! From the outside, inside and even employees! Feels and looks more like a motel. The only difference is it's a little more than a motel.

Kiki C.

Yelp
It is very close to the parks and it looks nice, however I wouldn't recommended this place. As soon as we got into the room we had started sneezing and our nose began to run, followed by most of us getting a cold from whatever contagion they had not cleaned. The carpets and ac were laden with dust and the TV was really small. Not to mention the staff had no empathy and sensitivity training when it came to disabled people. They made my sister feel extremely uncomfortable and extremely bad about herself when they came to us and complained about her "odor" in earshot. My sister is incontinent, she was a wreck about this and extremely sensitive about this fact, coupled with seeing staff plugging their noses while running around giggling like children. Absolutely disrespectful, if you have any sort of disability I would recommend you stay somewhere else, Westgate Towers right next door is very kind, accessible, and considerate.

Yelp
Checked into this hotel the other night and was not impressed.I knew going into it that it was not going to be a 5 star hotel by any means. There was hair on the bathroom sink counter and all over the floor upon our arrival.Luckily, I brought my Clorox wipes which gave me a little more piece of mind to set my things down. The chair near the window was stained.I had no desire to sit in it. When pulling back the sheets to one of our queen beds there was a green stain.Who knows what on earth it was: grass stains? Fecal matter? Whatever it was, I didn't want to have anything to do with it. Any time you moved on either of the beds it made a loud squeaking noise. It appeared to be a problem in the room next door as well. Anyone who got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom would wake everyone else up. All in all, it was not a hotel I would return to. Too much is missed by housekeeping.

Moon K.

Yelp
Absolutely disgusting! Moldy smelling outdated rooms with stained carpets. Never again

Yelp
Stayed on my recent trip to Orlando and was really happy with these accommodations. I got an ADA accessible room, which had a ton of floor space (probably to accommodate a wheelchair). The room was clean and housekeeping was so cute in folding my towels into swans! The location couldn't be more convenient to Disney World and it's not too far from Universal Studio either (if you have a car.) Tons of free parking for guests and a decent free breakfast buffet option as well. My only issue was that their elevator is a little small and a bit jerky. Oh and I kinda wish they had an ice machine on every floor instead of just the 3rd floor. Overall, I definitely feel that for the price it's a very solid choice and I would book a stay here again. If you can ask for a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor so the lights from people parking their cars won't shine into your room late at night.

Chad C.

Yelp
Basic hotel here remodeled a few years back. Location is the best if visiting Disney. Rooms are clean and updated. The problem is that the breakfast area is very small for the amount of people coming in and out. Also like others have said the wifi is very poor. I see they use Spectrum and should really complain to them. My TMOBILE is faster than the wifi. My iPhone had an update and it took all night to update since you have to use the wifi.

Yelp
Just visited this hotel for the last week since I was in town for disney world. Overall not a bad place to stay for a week. Had a king sized room, smelled clean and looked very clean as well. Hotel staff was very very nice, and was available for any questions and tried to help in any way they could. There is a heated pool outside for use if you do not want to leave the hotel one day. They do also have a park shuttle which mainly goes to one disney park and then after that you have to use disney transportation afterwards, which is still not a bad deal. They also offer transport to SeaWorld and universal, however we didnt do those so I'm not sure how they work but I'm sure it is similar. I think the only knocks I had was although the breakfast is free and included, however it was often a little difficult to get a seat downstairs because of how crowded it got, and the breakfast becomes monotonous because there are usually the same options everyday or every other day. The other issue was that the internet was not great. Overall would recommend it for someone who wants a cheaper stay with transport to disney or universal as it is close to the disney parks. Well worth for the price you pay.

Yelp
I am a disabled vet on limited income saved for 8 moths to go on vacation with friends. I checked in on July 23 2021, the hotel double charges me I got to go to magic kingdom on sat but had to leave Hollywood studios after 3 hours because I ran out of money.while my friends got to keep having fun in Hollywood and then went to Disney springs without me . I spent more time fighting with hotel to get my money back than I got to spend in the parks Finally got it back on Monday when I was head home. thought it was over. Got home and the next morning then they hit my back account again. making me over drawn. The general manager was surpose to give me a free night. Did it on paper but the full amount went though my bank account twice. Warning do not stay here the is how they treat a disabled vet think what may happen to you

Yelp
This review is not for the hotel stay rather ZERO customer service as I did not get to stay there THANK GOODNESS!!! we booked stay for a family vacation but within 24 hours we had to cancel due to positive covid test. Hotel manager refused to refund our stay at first and we had to waste many hours calling travel agency and hotel but finally after they saw review on TripAdvisor asked us to remove review and issued a refund.

Ken D.

Yelp
I chose this property for the location and having a shuttle to the parks. What a DISAPPOINTMENT, it's a joke, four shuttles going in the morning to one park and three returns in the evening. This motel is the fifth stop and people are standing before you get on. The driver cowboys it and by the time you get to the park you are black and blue from being knocked around. Do NOT book if you plan on using the shuttle. It is useless and only used to advertise that they have shuttle service. The rooms are very cold and smelly.

Aaron M.

Yelp
Easy check in and the smell of new paint. Very clean and cool room when arriving. Was able to lie directly down and sleep for 9 straight hours.

Yelp
We recently stayed at this hotel during a trip to Disney World! The hotel was fine but was not what I expected based on the reviews I read. It was clean, quiet, staff was friendly and located very close to the parks. The property felt old and our room was very basic. The breakfast food was terrible so we opted to go out to a restaurant the second morning. There is a Walmart located extremely close. The area surrounding the hotel is not the nicest but it does get nicer as you drive down the street just a little bit. Our visit was fine but I definitely wouldn't select this hotel again.

Anna D.

Yelp
Ok the place is what you pay for . Super clean. My daughter lost the keys the manager send 4 workers to help . Extremely nice people .

Joe E.

Yelp
The facilities and staff are very warm and inviting! Everything is clean and on point! As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted and shown some of the best hospitality. Oral made the experience above and beyond! Very professional and friendly! I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone who wants friendly and quality service. We are less than ten minutes from Disney! There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner! Walk in and meet Oral and his staff. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Pro: Hotel has an elevator & coin laundry type but use cr card. All basic need are met such as microwave, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, large mirrors, good lighting, & generous towels. Beds & pillows are comfortable, AC ran well, good housekeeping. Breakfast so so. Plenty of parking space, & very good location. Con: the 2 rooms we stayed smelled musty. Tip:The top floor (3rd) much quieter than 2nd fl.

Yelp
Our family of 5 stayed here 32 days and absolutely loved it. Our family usually takes a month each year and spends the time in Orlando going to Disney World. When we started our search our number 1 criteria was that we wanted a place that was clean. Secondary was that it had a shuttle to the parks, free breakfast, a heated pool and overall good reviews of friendly service. We spent weeks researching all the hotels and landed on Quality Inn by the Parks as our top choice. They had the best ratings in our price range and everyone said how clean it was. They also checked all the secondary boxes for us. They also didn't charge a resort fee like a lot of the hotels in the area. Beware when checking prices because a lot of hotels won't include the resort fee in their quote and charge you at check-in. This Hotel didn't have any hidden fees. Being here as long as we did, we of course experienced a few issues that would be expected but they responded quickly to help us. For instances our refrigerator broke while we were out at the parks and we came back to having all our food spoiled. I mentioned it to them and they replaced it within 5 minutes and even gave us money to replace all the spoiled items. They then gave us a hand written note the next day from the managers apologizing for the incident. That was a great example of the level of service you can expect here. Pros: * The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to make you happy. We spent a lot of time with them and got to know them on a first name basis and they are really good people. They care about the overall guest experience at a personal level. Thanks Nelson for providing me with so much insight into the team. * Very clean. They mop the pool deck daily. They keep the breakfast area very clean. The rooms and linens are clean. I can't think of any areas that I would consider nasty or dirty. * Free hot breakfast every morning. * Unlimited coffee. They have good coffee. It's a good medium roast and a decaf. You can get it whenever you want it. It comes from some kind of on demand dispenser so it's always hot and fresh. * Pool is large and clean. Our kids had fun swimming in it. It was very safe and they mop the deck every morning so it's clean. Lots of furniture to lay out and eat at. * Close to the parks. We were 5 minutes from the animal kingdom parking lot. 10-15 minutes from Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Magic Kingdom. We could even see Disney fireworks from outside the hotel. * Close to shops and restaurants. We went several weeks with no car and were able to walk to plenty of restaurants like Chuy's, IHOP, Texas Roadhouse, Krispy Kreme, etc. They have sidewalks all the way that are far from traffic so you feel safe while you walk. We walked many nights and didn't have any issues feeling unsafe. * Shuttle system is simple to navigate. They had 3 pickup times from the hotel and 4 pickup times at the park. They would pickup at 8:40 and 9:45 to drop you off at Hollywood Studios, 10:50 would drop you off at Epcot. They would pick you up at 5:30, 6:20 and 10:40 at Epcot and 11:30 at Magic Kingdom if MK was open until 11 that night. They were mostly on time, I think we only had one instance where they were about 10 minutes late. The service is ran by Platinum and the buses were clean and the drivers were friendly. They go to Universal too but we didn't use that service. * On site laundry services. It cost 2.75 to wash a load and 2.75 to dry a load. Cons: * Wifi can be really slow during mornings and evenings when everyone is on it. It can come to a pretty much useless state so don't expect to be able to do real work or stream movies from it during those times. * Shuttle pickup times were a little inconvenient. There is a big gap after the 6:20 and 10:40 pickup times. So you have to either leave the parks pretty early or really late. It would be nice if there was another pickup time in between those so you could spend a little more/less time at the parks. * They have 2 washing machines but both of them broke and were down for about 5 days. I kind of feel like this isn't really on them. They have 2 of them and you wouldn't normally expect both to break and they are at the mercy of the repair company. Fortunately we had already rented a car and were able to go to a local laundry facility called Laundromart of Four Corners that was really clean and easy to use. * Breakfast seating can get crowded depending on when you go. If you plan on going to the later part of the breakfast around 9:30 it will likely be crowded and you might have to wait for a table. The best times seemed to be around 7:15 and 8:15. When we went at those times it was usually not very crowded and seating was easy to find. The staff is really good about finding you a table quickly though. You can tell that they really care about getting you a seat and providing you with good service. Overall I would highly recommend this place and will be using them again.

Garrison S.

Yelp
Absolutely fine and fun! It is definitely not fancy but it is super clean and in an absolutely great location! Parking is free. It is approximately 10 minutes from Disney and about 5 minutes from Disney Hollywood studios. I also noticed that it's really near the Animal Kingdom Lodge so I will bet Animal Kingdom is close also (I'll be there tomorrow). The room I have is a split suite and super spacious for one person (or two but I'm alone). :) I would suggest having the breakfast! The lobby and breakfast area is really cool looking! The breakfast itself is much like other Choice properties. Lots of continental stuff and and eggs, etc! The one thing that really stands out is the staff! From talking on the phone with them to check in, each interaction has been noticing short of positive and accepted! I would highly recommend this property!

Felix I.

Yelp
I recently stayed here for one night. The check in and out process was quick and easy. The people working the front desk were very professional and courteous. The room was clean and quiet. We had a mini fridge and microwave. The free breakfast in the morning was pretty good; you have several options such as eggs, cereal, waffles, coffee, and juice. The location was also great with lots of restaurant options nearby. I'll definitely be checking this place out again whenever I am in the area.

Yelp
We were driving to our resort and decided to stop for one night!! It was huge surprise!! For $60 night- very clean room, beautiful and clean pool, very good location, very friendly staff , good breakfast. Highly recommend!!!!

Yelp
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We were there for 6 days 5 nights and this was terrible. On Tuesday we checked in with Kevin at 11pm who is an absolute gem. He was the only person who was sincere throughout my horrible stay at the hotel. The breakfast is horrible, the only fresh items are the DIY waffles. Other than that the eggs are rubber (worse than school eggs), sausages were dry, fruit salad looked 10 days old because the fruit color was dying out. On Wednesday we spent the entire day at the parks and we came back to the hotel with everything being replenished except for the coffee and the coffee pot being cleaned. My mom is a heavy coffee person and needs fresh coffee at least 4 times a day. Needless to say, she was upset that housekeeping did not clean the pot (which had left over coffee) and there wasn't any fresh coffee bags. I walked over the front desk and spoke with Kevin, he apologized, hands me a big pile of coffee and told me if I needed anything else to just let him know. On Thursday, it was a rest day from the parks and we woke up later than usual. We went to breakfast around 8:30am and came back around 9:15am and we walked into a clean room without fresh towels. I had NO IDEA that housekeeping began cleaning so early or we would have put the "DO NOT DISTURB SIGN". Before coming to the room I asked the ladies in the front to ask housekeeping to change the towels since it was the third stay and she tells me that they change the towels every day which made me happy. 5 minutes after the conversation there was knock on the door and before I could walk over to the door they were opening the door. What ever happened to announcing and knocking before coming inside? All three housekeepers were there and the one in charge said "I was told you complained about us". What ever happened to being respectful towards the guest? I explained everything to them in English and Spanish because they looked lost in English. Everything was settled and I knew they weren't coming back to clean the room after leaving to Tampa. I spoke to Kevin about it the following day and he told me that housekeeping should not be cleaning until after 9am. We came back to the room after our relaxed outing and noticed that they did come in but only to take all of our towels and trash but they did not replenish any of it. The floors were filled with hair and the beds weren't made. If they came inside to do all of that, they should have completed the ENTIRE job. I called the front desk, spoke with Nelson. He walked over and gave me towels and trash bags. On Friday everything got worse, we left for the parks and came back to a uncleaned and not replenished room. I was LIVID and to add on to the misery, it was 11pm. I spoke with Nelson while Kevin was settling in and he did not apologize for anything and said that there isn't anything he can do except to give me more towels. He also said that housekeeping DID go in there because they logged it in. I wanted a new room and he said they were booked solid. As I'm on the phone with my mom, Nelson became a magician and asked if I wanted to switch rooms (but I thought you were booked solid). I said yes. I go back to the room to video tape the messy room and noticed that they actually did go inside but to only remove the towels and the trash and did not replenish them. Messy beds, 1 piled up high trash (there was 2 trash bins) hair still on the floor, no soaps, NOTHING. When we settled in the new room, my mom later notices that her brand new shoes were messed with. Her laces were sliced ! I will NEVER go back to this hotel, if I find anything funny on credit cards I will be reporting this hotel, I do not trust these housekeepers, I am totally disgusted! The walls are super thin, you can hear EVERYTHING and the beds are the worst! Nelson was shocked by the pictures that I later showed him so that made me feel as if he thought I was lying. Kevin was sincere about everything!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay in Orlando for two days since we were going to the Disney parks and for the price it was actually a great deal. The hotel was good literally 8 mins away from Magic Kingdom. Breakfast was included in your stay and they were also very accommodating with us. We had driven from NY and arrived early morning and they were able to have us check in earlier then check in time. My only negative would be that the showerhead was a bit rusty and so was the tub but nothing that really bothered us.

Jackie S.

Yelp
We stayed here for four nights and had a great time. Since it was considered a low season in late January 2014, the hotel was cheap for $40 per night. I requested a room away from the main street and on the top level, and they were able to accommodate me. We didn't have any neighbors. The hotel and room looked older, but it was clean. Location: Very close to Disney World. It was a 10 to 15 minute drive along I-4. The neighborhood has a lot of budget friendly hotels and tons of souvenir places. Amenities: - Free wifi - Mini fridge & microwave - Hair dryer - Soaps, shampoo, and towels - Cable TV - In room safe (which you pay a daily fee for) - Free shuttle to the local theme parks. We did not take advantage of this since we had a rental car. Breakfast: Free continental breakfast which included cereal, muffins, fruits, eggs, sausages, and waffles. There were a lot of carb-filled items for the breakfast. It was the same food for four days, but I ended up eating oatmeal everyday for a healthier option. Parking: Free parking on-site. I would stay here again.

Dania M.

Yelp
Stayed here with my family last week for 3 nights. Very nice everything was clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly. They have free breakfast from 6:30-9:30 I believe those were the hours, they have a lot of different options for healthy breakfast everyday is different. A small dining area and the gym is very clean as well. Pool area was small but nice. Definitely recommend you get a good value for what you pay.

Yelp
Exterior doors to the rooms rather than entries contained in an interior hallway. All but non-existent internet. TV smaller than my laptop screen. Old, but they've made an attempt to update. Superficially clean. A couple of long black hairs in the sink and the corners of the bathroom floor are filthy. This whole area is full of disney-deranged people who are rude and pushy. It gets a star because I didn't have to sleep in the car.

Yelp
No stars. The sheets were stained and the room had a strange odor. Shower was not clean enough for my liking. Later someone from the hotel called me and accused me of stealing the sheets I asked for in order to replace the stained ones. They were still on the bed. If they had changed the sheets, they would have known.

Yelp
Stayed here in November for a full week. Got a good price in the off season. Room was fine, with a fridge and microwave. Beds were OK for the price. It's functional and clean, but certainly not lavish. AC unit in window took a few nights to adjust right for sleeping. Very few other guests while we were there, but oddly they clustered all of us in rooms near each other, probably to make it easier for housekeeping, rather than spacing us out for more privacy and peace. Not that our neighbors were loud, it just would have been nicer not to have them on all sides of us. Pool was OK. Nothing special. Breakfast buffet was good. But I have to tell you, eating the same breakfast for 7 days in a row got very old (after day 3). Cold cereal, yogurt, sometimes bananas, sometimes oatmeal. Round egg paddies and sausage links every day. Muffins, pastries, coffee, tea, juice. Disney was siphoning enough of our money, so it was nice not to have to pay for 1 meal a day, but still, I wish they'd change the menu a few times. Desk staff were very nice. They gave us a note to get a discount at some restaurants. Plenty of those nearby. You can walk to them. None are particularly great, though the pizza place was very good.

Yelp
The hotel is nothing like it looks like on the photos. The shower smells weird and the water is dirty. The beds aren't clean and the sheets smell. The cabinets are dusty and dirty. Overall I wouldn't recommend coming here, it's a waste of money.

Yelp
We chose this hotel outside of Disney World because it had incredible prices. It was clean and had friendly staff. It's daily breakfast was also quite good. The main thing we did not like here was that it's complimentary shuttle was very inconvenient. It basically has one departure and one pick up for each park per day; although, it did not go to every park. The first day we arrived late morning and still wanted to go into the park. We had missed the shuttle and it was only a 2 mile walk into Animal Kingdom Lodge, so we thought we would walk in and grab a Disney shuttle to the park from the lodge. Let me tell you that that is not easy to do. There are absolutely no sidewalks along the way. Also, when taking the shuttle back every night, they never had enough space for all of the guests and it would take an hour as they tried to figure out getting more shuttles. It was awful. Now that was the shuttle company, but it was one that the hotel contracts with, so the hotel still holds some responsibility. We ended up taking taxis a lot of the time because we didn't want to deal with the hassle of the shuttle. Besides the shuttle, I would recommend this hotel, but I would never stay here again if I had to rely on the shuttle service to Disney and Universal Studios.

Yelp
Great Location If you are visiting/staying off site Disney world parks and Orlando. Real convenient close to gas, food, gift shops. Really clean place nothing fancy but overall great service, helped right away when I needed something. Will be staying there again on next visit.. We averaged 5-10 min drive for all the Disney parks, just make sure u avoid taking any highways and interstates and take Disney world roads you will be ok.

Yelp
I wish there were more stars to give because this hotel deserves more than five of them! We stayed there 4/21-4/24 for the Disney Dark Side 1/2 Marathon weekend. Every single one of the staff we interacted with was amazing. They all deserve raises because they are the people you want representing your hotel! Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and plenty of it. And we couldn't have stayed closer to the Disney parks without staying at one of the resorts. I didn't take any photos because the photos on their site are so true to life, I felt I couldn't improve on them. I lucked out and got my room (two double beds) for 62.00 a night on one of the comparison sites and with the mini fridge and microwave in the room in addition to everything else I've mentioned, I feel like I got the value of the century. Definitely will return for any future trips!

Yelp
This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. Once again, It met all my expectations and then more. For the price you get a nice spacious and clean room, flatscreen TV, friendly and courteous staff, and a delicious breakfast every morning. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends

Yelp
The only negative thing I have to say about this place is the worrisome housekeeping. My first morning here, housekeeping knocked once & suddenly the door swung open. WOW! Asked for the to come back later. Then 20 minutes later another knock & the door swung open.. asked to come back later. Then 10 minutes after that, we got a phone call regarding housekeeping. Why are they so persistent about housekeeping? The continental breakfast was ok. They had plain & blueberry waffles. Can't beat that. It's in a great location near lots of places to eat.

Yelp
15 minutes to Disney. 35 to Universal. 45 to Winter Park. This hotel was well-located enough for hopping on I-4 and getting around while in Orlando. I think the TripAdvisor reviews paint a prettier picture than reality. So here's the scoop... our room smelled a little sour, had rust in the shower, and brown stuff (?!) smeared on the door frame to the bathroom. The rooms are accessed via an outdoor walkway, which means you can't let natural light in without giving passersby a peep show. The AC cranked well, water pressure is great, there's reliable free wifi, and rooms come with both a microwave and a refrigerator... awesome for saving leftovers/eating on the cheap. In that same vein, the complimentary breakfast is served til 9:30 and has quite a variety -- in addition to cereals, ye olde waffle maker, and pastries/bagels, they have a refrigerator with yogurts and a 'hot bar' of faux egg and sausage links. We were able to eat pretty heartily each morning. Noise level is moderate; our refrigerator made a high-pitched whining that was a little bothersome. Some of the rooms face the road, and friends of ours who stayed that side of the building complained about that. Our room faced the pool. It must close around 9pm... but surprisingly, always seemed to have kids playing around up until that point.

Yelp
This is my second time at this wonderful hotel. We got there a bit late from our check-in time and were on a rush to get to a wedding. The staff manage to make the check-in quick and effective. Rooms were clean and very nice arrange (no sign of smoking cigar smell anywhere). Breakfast was serve daily and was very fresh and pleasant. At our second day while we were shopping, staff re-arrange and clean our room which I tought was a nice thing that not many places do. Overall a nice experience definitely be back soon on my trip back to orlando. Thank You!

Yelp
First the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and nice. The breakfast was great but they need help and more space with that breakfast arrangement. The ladies doing breakfast were really sweet, but the amount of people coming in compare to the space was not good. Rooms were clean, but the fridge was off, therefore, me thinking that the hotel came with fridges that were on lost a lot of food in one night. In addition, the manager received a note to contact me in reference to this but never did and that was 2 weeks ago. I thought that was unprofessional considering the staff was so friendly.

Yelp
I gave 2 stars because the entrance lobby is very outdated, on the 3rd Floor right as soon as the Elevator opens there is a puddle of water on the floor from the ac wall that was leaking, the dryer was out of order, and the WIFI was not working only in the 1st floor. The front desk lady was very nice and courteous.

Yelp
We stayed for 9 nights and had no problems. The breakfast was great and the hotel staff was very friendly. It was clean and the pool was nice. It is very close to Disney and the price was just right!

Yelp
I believe this hotel is normally priced lower than what we paid (last minute reservation for a busy weekend in Orlando)...but even taking that into account I was disappointed. I adjusted my expectations based on the typical prices...but I still expected the basics - cleanliness, courtesy, security of the room. This motel missed on the cleanliness mark...the room had a dank odor reminiscent of mold. The basics were missing - no ice bucket, 1 cup, 1 soap (do we get to wash when in the shower OR after toileting?!) They have threatening messages about taking their crappy towels, but only supply 2 bath towels (our room was reserved for 3 people - and really?..I can't get an extra towel for my hair?) The only reason that I gave any stars for this hotel was the staff. The staff seemed to make a genuine effort...and were kind and courteous...but I think they're working with such limited resources that they can only do so much. The room had a safe, which I appreciate, but the room door did not feel secure and I worried about a break-in. As I said, the staff is really the only redeeming quality of this establishment. I won't stay again.
