I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding staff at Quality Inn and Suites by the Parks, where my family and I stayed during the week of August 18, 2025. The exceptional service we received from your team made our stay truly memorable.
From the moment we arrived, your staff went above and beyond our expectations. Upon check-in, we encountered an issue with our booking, and Tezhana, the evening supervisor, was incredibly patient and helpful in resolving it before her shift ended. Remarkably, she even called during her off-hours to ensure everything was settled. During our stay, she was always friendly and helpful.
When we learned our preferred room with two queen beds was unavailable, we accepted a different configuration. The next morning, when I inquired about the availability of our original room choice, Antonio from the front desk promptly delivered new keys to our door, saving me a trip. His courtesy and professionalism were so impressive that I initially thought he was a manager.
Later in our stay, I faced a challenge with laundry due to our long days at Disney. One night, I was up late washing clothes and too exhausted to move them to the dryer. Earlier, Paola had kindly offered to assist with transferring my laundry if her front desk duties allowed. To my surprise and gratitude, she took the initiative to move my wet clothes to the dryer, ensuring they were ready before our departure. This act of kindness, far beyond her job description, deeply touched me.
Tezhana, Antonio, and Paola exemplified outstanding customer service, demonstrating genuine care and enthusiasm for their roles. Their dedication is a rare and precious asset to your team, and I hope you will recognize and commend them for their exceptional efforts.
