So I had to make a short notice reservation for the weekend. The rooms looked decent online. But when I entered my room, I saw a dead roach in the bathroom and apparently a live one in the trash according to my husband. I was already upset about paying almost 200 for two nights. I checked the beds, there was hair in them. So sheets weren't washed. And a used floss pick in the coffee cups. And the carpets were so dirty they made my feet black. I wanted to complain to the office reception but I felt they wouldn't do anything because of their nonchalant attitude. I won't be back.

The guy at check in was super polite and atentive. Made me feel comfortable and explain to me where I could find everything with out me even asking. I stayed for 2 nights and when I got to the room the a/c was off which maybe petty of me to complain about but I booked in advance and they knew I was coming and Tucson is hot so that I didn't liked. The room itself was very clean and spacious. It smelled good and was fully stocked. It didn't have a fridge which I didn't like, but it did have a microwave. The pool was murky and dirty. I didn't get in and since I just needed a place to sleep in didn't mind but if you're looking for a place you can take you're kid, I don't think that's the place. Breakfast was varied and good but the a/c wasn't on it don't think. It wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't remarkably good either.

The room was fine but the fridge didn't work and there was no coffee maker. The maids actually knocked on the door the second day despite having a do no disturb sign up. I've never had that happen anywhere before. Having read reviews, I expected the room to be much dirtier. The carpet was stained, but in general everything was clean and stylish. The breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon or sausage, and waffles plus continental type options. The pool looked clean but I didn't try it.

This place is really bad. I didn't even stay one night. Dirty sheets. One mattress had a HUGE dark colored stain on it. Pubes in the sheets. Back door propped open with a brick. Rickety stairs inside and parking is completely inadequate. They wanted me to park in a MUD PIT and pull my suitcase through it. I was supposed to stay 3 nights with my 2 kids. We stayed 10 minutes. One of the top 2 worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

This place is OK.... I arrived at about 11pm and there was no parking. I had to park across the street at another hotel. My request for a ground-floor room if they did not have an elevator, did not make it to them. Given they were completely booked, I had to be placed in a second floor room. (I am unable to climb steps very easily so this was extremely difficult). the upstairs walkway to the door for the rooms was almost disintegrated and the room smelled really bad. The carpet and bed spread were both stained. I was afraid to sit anywhere. But was tired so I made do. The next morning they move me to a ground-floor room. It was almost as if I was in a completely different hotel. This room was much nicer! I believe it had been renovated. Both beds were fairly comfortable, And the staff worked hard to accommodate me. That’s the reason they get three stars instead of none.

Stayed for two nights and the motel is quiet, the parking lot becomes full quickly and no one tells you that you can park on the side street. Coffee in room is awful, don’t use it. Front desk at night is almost useless and non informational. You get a full breakfast and coffee in a great 60’s style atmosphere. Nice room and overall comfy stay.

Upon pulling up I noted there were only a few cars in the parking lot. After seeing the rooms I understood why. On check in the first room we were given had an empty spot where the refrigerator was supposed to be (part of the list of attributes for the room I booked and a key reason I decided on this place). Also the safety lock on the door was missing on the room. The room was very run down and the carpet looked horrible. I went to the office and complained and they gave me another room that did have a refrigerator and the lock was working. Otherwise the room was as pitiful as the first one. The carpet is so disgusting that I would not even consider walking barefoot on it. The cover on the bed has a cigarette burn hole in it (by the way this is a non-smoking room- hmmm). The bulb in the bathroom is likely a 25 watt bulb - not even bright enough to shave. The tissue and toilette paper feel like sand paper. Just really not up to par - more like a $29 per night room. I would NOT stay again!

Room smelled of urine. Sink had hairs in it. Sink drained really slow. Very low water pressure. Stained pillow cases and sheets. Breakfast foods were cold. No muffins or sugar free syrup that all other Quality Inns have. Talked to front desk person, they were sorry but the owner doesn't care. Just sell rooms. This hotel needs to loose it's branding.
