Hotel was pretty dated and not very clean. Carpet and curtains were stained. We had ants in our room. The towels were extremely small... could barely wrap around an adult. As others have stated the A/C unit is right next to the bed and pretty loud when it goes on and off throughout the night. That being said the beds and pillows were comfortable and the front desk was accommodating when needing extra towels and pillows (although they should consider providing extras in the room for a 6-person unit). The full size fridge was nice for storing snacks and drinks for Disney. It is fairly close to Disney Springs, although the traffic in the area is pretty heavy so it’s still probably a 20 minute drive. Probably won’t stay again - I’ll spend an extra $30 a night to stay somewhere nicer.

If you do not listen to any other review please listen to mine. this hotel is only a good idea if u are okay with saving money and just want a place to sleep. Gabby is very nice. the hotel is not very clean. the breakfast is free but no variety and not very good. they are remodeling which is fine and needed. there was hair all over our fleece sheet. the elevator takes so long to arrive. the rest of the staff is not very nice. the fitness center was out due to sprinklers. great location. I will be back to Orlando but will not stay here ever.

Google
Not bad but not great. The room had pretty much a full kitchen which was great but it was pretty dated. This pictures of the pool look much better on line than in person. The hotel was undergoing renovations when we stayed, it wasn't loud or anything but was a work in progress. They had a sign about towels and not using too many, but they have more at no charge. I just hate those signs. I mean look, I get it, we don't want to use too much detergent or whatever, using too many towels isn't environmentally friendly or what not. But I'm not going to reuse a dirty towel. Plus, the things are so small I really could use two per shower, and it's not like I'm a super big guy. In any case, they are cool about it, I just didn't care for the sign. Breakfast was really good though! And honestly, for like 120 a night or 130 or whatever, I can't really complain. It was about exactly what I expected from a Quality Inn.

Great value for the money and close to Disney. Look no further if you want a best place to stay and low cost to spend. Room is well maintained and very spacious. It is equal to 1 bedroom apartment. 2 burner stove Dishwasher Iron pad Two queen beds with good quality beds Sofa set Dining area.

Google
A perfect place to stay with your family. We rented a room for 5, and we spend there almost 15 days. It was a great experience. The staff is friendly and always provide help. It looks like the entire property was renewed, but the appliances of the rooms need to be replaced, as some of them don't work properly. The breakfast is included in the room, but it would be good to have more healthy options like fruit and some natural juice.

The room was very big. It was a one bedroom suite. But it didn't seem very clean. The furniture was very out dated and dirty. The refrigerator doors opened the wrong way. So annoying! The duvet cover had stains on it. The tub had marks all over it too. I didn't feel clean showering in it. I don't think I'll stay here again.

Stayed one night. We got a one-bedroom suite. A very roomy living room and bedroom. A little outdated, but not bad. Had a full kitchen, but only had two plates, one bowl, some spoons, and one butter knife. For some reason, did not have any forks. But did have a pot and pan for the small stove. Had a very small pool and a jacuzzi. But the jacuzzi was roped off and not usable. It was one of the reasons I had reserved the hotel, so that was disappointing. Supposedly, they had a hot breakfast. This was the second reason we booked this hotel. I don't know if it's because of covid, but they told us they were only doing "breakfast bags" for breakfast. We found out the breakfast bag contained one apple, one mini bottle of water (yes, a mini size), one small muffin, and one granola bar. That was it! I was so shocked! That was supposed to be in place of our hot breakfast. They could have had a line to hand out foods that we actually wanted if they didn't want people touching things, or they could have taken orders the night before, but they chose not to do that. We were going to a theme park, so we ended up going without breakfast. Not happy at all. With things as they are now, I would not stay here again.

Oscar Rs

Google
Overall pretty good. My biggest problem was the lackluster breakfast. It was a single granola bar, half-size water bottle, an apple and muffin. Everything from the pool to the rooms to the surrounding area were amazing. Disney world and Universal studios are each about 15 minutes away. There are multiple shopping and restaurant areas nearby.

Yelp
This is actually a Country Inn and Suites by Radisson now. Room is nice. Looks like it has been taken care of, though it does show its age in places, like door edges and frames. I will certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Yelp
Okay the goods They served bacon!!!!!!! They had 3 different breakfast in 4 days. One getting recognized as unique with breakfast burritos you can custom make on the menu. Nice job! Plenty of waffle makers with Mickey faces! Close to Disney parks, restaurants, and grocery store. Pool ,hot tub, gym ect Friendly staff Not so good * -1 out of 3 dryers worked properly and that one we had to hold door shut. -it is an older building that you can tell they have attempted to update with paint. No loss of stars but important to know, don't expect brand new facility. -a/c was nice in rooms but really noisy compressor. I woke up 4-5 times a night. -no screens on windows. Not sure what that's about -priced out hotel next door and it was actually cheaper. -mistresses were pretty firm no every morning I woke up with a back ache. Recap-again for the amount we paid I expected a tad more. While it's for sure not 1 star I believe this would qualify for 2.5 stars. Just can't give 3 stars.

Yelp
This place is low price budget and it need a solid renovation. The beds got comfortable. But clean this place up and remodel it.

Tyra W.

Yelp
This is the worst hotel I ever went to the rooms were dirty. The bed were nasty they mad the bed with dirty sheet and blankets. The bathroom was dirty the doors was broken it was just out right disgusting. I would never go there again. The staff at the hotel was rude and disrespectful and was no help at all. They kept giving us different dirty disgusting rooms and expecting us to sleep there would never ever go there again.

Yelp
This hotel was amazing. I was just trying to find a hotel outside of Disney Springs, so we could relax after a busy day. This place was SO close to Disney Springs. Maybe 5-8 minutes with traffic. The check-in was super fast and easy. We did have to get a parking permit, which was free. But had to go to a different counter to get it. That's okay by me. The elevator up was nice. We got to our room and have officially found our permanent Disney hotel. We were in a king-sized bedroom suite. The kitchen had an island of sorts, with spots for 4 people to sit. It came complete with a refrigerator, microwave, two stove-burners, toaster, coffee makers (and coffee), dishwasher, and sink. There are also plates, cups, bowls, silverware, corkscrew, and can opener, pots, knives, spatulas, cutting board and washcloth. There is soap for the dishwasher as well. There were 2 TVs. One in the main area, and the other in the bedroom. Two separate remotes. The king-size bed was VERY nice. So comfortable. When we went to lay down, I then realized I had left our pillows at home. The pillows here were not a disappointment. So squishy!!! This room was also very bright. I HATE dingy hotels, and this was the complete opposite. Lots of lights and color. The bathroom was, well, a bathroom. Nothing to amazing here. Lots of towels and washcloths, soap, shampoo and conditioner. I didn't see much for wear and tear, or anything that needed cleaning. We had free wifi, too. With a code provided. We parked to the side of the building, under neath a light post, and realized our room overlooked our truck! For being outside of Disney, it was so quiet. No loud noises, or children to be heard. I know they were there, because breakfast they were present. The hotel staff was SO nice. Very attentive and helpful. Breakfast... was.. amazing. There was so much to have! It was buffet style. Here's a small list of things: Mickey waffles (1 big, or 4 small, you make yourself. Very easy, even the kids were doing it.), cereal with milk, yogurt, fruit, toast, pastries, muffins, crispy potatoes, pork sausage, scrambled eggs, and so much more! There was hot water in two sections for tea, plus coffee and juice. salt, pepper, butter, peanut butter, jam, and cream were also present. It was a very nice and open area for breakfast. 630am-9am. Perfect time to eat before heading to the park. For free breakfast, it was spectacular. There was a man in the lobby, who helps with tickets and although I wasn't buying a ticket, I was listening to him help another guest. He was very helpful and knew the answer to every question she had! Even offered to help her with her fast pass in the morning. Check out was a breeze. We also were not bothered by any of the maids. Some hotels we've stayed at, they loved to come clean when we are at breakfast. So frustrating. This one did not do that. I did not use the pool, or on site laundry room. Also, random, but there was a few arcade cabinets inside the ice vending room. Really enjoyed this place. Wish I could give it a higher rating!

Yelp
We stayed at this hotel for two days, it was the worst 2 days in our vacation, where planning on staying longer but my kids and I started getting sick, carpet inside room was dirty and smelly, hallway carpet was filthy, stove did not work. Stay away from room 140 ac makes it impossible to fall asleep.

Yelp
TRAVEL AGENT HERE- DO NOT STAY HERE! Unclean and unsafe during covid! There was blood on the floor near the elevators, walls covered in grime where buttons where, couch absolutely covered in stains, hotel reeked of trash- room smelt worse. Smeared handprints on mirrors (form previous guests!), switches and handles sticky! Fully operable double hung windows on the 3rd floor!! A child could lean and fall out if windows unlocked! Room does not look like photos at all. Absolutely unacceptable how filthy it was on any given day but ESPECIALLY DURING COVID! We paid for 2 nights and left after the first- we couldnt take it anymore- owners unwilling to refund. Absolutely deplorable. I do hope Disney pulls their good neighbor status- I would never reccomend to a client. Stay at Wyndham Syutes across the street- 1000% better with great customer service!!

Yelp
My father in law booked this hotel from a third party discount hotel vendor, and it's been a pretty good choice. We had a two queen bed suite on the fourth floor overlooking a large pond and part of the pool. The noise level has been been very low, even with all the families nearby. The actual room is pretty nice. The couch folds out into a bed for added sleeping space, but we didn't need it. The bedroom is very room and even has a TV, albeit an outdated one. There is plenty of closet and drawer space which was much appreciated since we were here for a week. The kitchen is nice and has cooking utensils. The beds are SO comfortable. I was so happy after a long day at the parks that I was able to plunk down on those soft pillowy beds of heaven. To match, the pillows were just as heavenly. No hard pillows, no pancake thin pillows. Perfect pillows. Free parking, free shuttle to the Disney parks. The only downside to the shuttle is that sometimes they run at really weird times and we ended up having to take a taxi back to the hotel which was insanely expensive. The breakfast here can be kind of crazy. There are the usual offerings of baby sized muffins and danishes, cereal, yogurt, etc. They also have really delicious sausage and surprisingly delicious eggs even though the eggs look like something an alien would eat. They also have make your own waffles but I felt the mix was really bland tasting and didn't bother making them again. Of course, by the second of seven days I was over the breakfast options available. The only thing I can take a star away for, because it is HUGE in my book- internet speed. It is seriously prehistoric and almost makes me wonder if I'm on some kind of vintage dial up. It really and truly is that bad. If this place didn't have so many other positives, I would give a 1 star just for this.

Yelp
I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 5 years. They have recently gone downhill in terms of cleaning; rooms are not as clean as they used to be. I'm guessing they are under new management. Also, check your bill carefully as they charge you extra fees without telling you anything. Even if you pay with points (like I did), and they assure you that there are no ther fees at checkout, they will charge your card several days later for "hotel service fees". No breakfast was served, also had to change rooms because they gave me a different, cheaper room that I had reserved. Overall, there are plenty of other hotels in this price range in this area that are not as sneaky and deceitful as this hotel.

Yelp
Bed bug bites are all over my face neck shoulders and feet. Gross. Tiny hairs all over the room due to poor cleaning. Find another place to stay!

Yelp
Pro: Clean, spacious. We checked in late and it was a breeze. Free breakfast (scramble eggs were already salted.) you can make your own Mickey Mouse waffles. Con: 1) Wad of someone else's hair in the tub drain. 2) Sounds of knocking started at 3:30am. We think it was the pipes on the wall. Beware of room 204 because of this. 3) mattress too firm for my taste

Yelp
Checked in came to room, AC frozen and not working, drip pan for AC dirty and moldy, cabinets rotted, dishwasher rusting. Went to front desk, they dont care, supervisor doesnt care, basically said too bad and refused to call the manager. The manager cant be disturbed. Its ok that I am in this substandard room, paying 163 per night but manager cant be disturbed. Have 3 year with us so opted to let her sleep as its 2am so we are stuck. Used to be a nice place, now staff doesnt care and its gone down hill. Dont waste your money, go elsewhere.

Yelp
The worst experience ever and im military so I have traveled the world. They don't want to do anything at this hotel. Customer service is horrible. I went to get another face towel and the john at the front desk kept asking ne why I needed one and why I couldn't get one from my room. He argued with ne like we were cousins. Even called my husband bruh, like we know each other from the block. Really the whole staff acts like they are over worked and under paid. Or toilet would not flush and the maintenance man didn't come had to call a second time and when he finally arrived he had an attitude like he didn't apply for this job. Im not really seeing the Quality In this hotel. Literally if the hotel next door wasn't at full capacity I would have left this one.

Michelle N.

Yelp
Bed bugs! Beware! This hotel is infested! Stayed with a school group and two rooms I personally stayed in had bed bugs on two different floors. Numerous other rooms had them too. We brought a bed bug down to the front desk that we captured, they moved our room, and then the next day they claimed they did not find and bed bugs when they checked. Shady company. I had 8 bites on me when I left this hotel! Stay here at your own risk. It can cost thousands of dollars to remove the bed bugs from your home.

Yelp
Not the greatest place to stay. Wi-Fi sucks, every time you turn your phone off you have to reconnect. Air conditioner in my room makes a horrible noise when it turns off. Two key cards quit working after two days. And for some reason the maid service comes at 6 o'clock at night.

Yelp
My boss books my travel and this hotel was a great choice. The room had full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Had room with couch that probably folds out to bed with flat screen TV. Also had large rooms and bathrooms. Room had double beds with flat screen TV as well. The view of outside was nice of pool and lush green landscape.

Yelp
This is a fantastic alternate to staying at a Disney resort. The room was easily twice as big, with a kitchen for snacks (could've cooked here, but why? I'm on vacation!) AND a separate bedroom. This is a big plus for me, since my bf likes to stay up late and watch tv. In one of those Disney rooms, I would have had to just grin and bear it. Here, he got his shows, I closed the door and got my sleep, and we were both happy. Also, there was a LARGE group of Jr. High school kids staying here during our trip and we never heard them. Room was quiet the whole trip. The only reason we even knew they were there is because we ran into them in the morning at breakfast. Oh, and about that breakfast. It was good, with make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, breakfast breads and pastries, etc. Certainly not restaurant quality, but its a free breakfast in a hotel. After a couple of days we were over it, and there are plenty of options in the area. Also thought the location was excellent. Far enough from the bustle to be relaxing and quiet, but close enough to Disney and Universal that we didn't have to start out before dawn. A 15 minute drive, tops. Maybe 20 to Universal, which was a straight shot down the street. Easy to get to everywhere, even for us, who were unfamiliar with the area. We were both pleased with our choice to stay here. It was not fancy, but clean and comfortable. A good place to come "home" to at the end of a long day. And I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
What a horrible experience. Horrible customer service, front desk never answered phone, had to go downstairs for everything we needed. Called the first night for more blankets and sheets for the INCLUDED sofa bed, asked us to go downstairs because they couldn't bring it up stairs for us. Tried the breakfast the next morning and what a disaster. Not enough toasters for the obscene amount of people trying to get breakfast. Coffee ran out, eggs were rubbery, and sausage was over cooked. The last straw was that the A/C worked when it wanted in the bedroom. We're sweating after showering before bed and then would freeze over night. This place is a dump, if you're looking for cheap you'll get what you pay for. We will never stay at this hotel again and will be contacting management to complain and demand a discount.

Yelp
We took a chance on this thru booking.com and driving over 20 hrs to our destination. It was extremely reasonable for all that was offered. A kitchenette (with dishwasher) separate bedroom with two Queen beds) and a pull out couch. Just the perfect distance between both Universal and DW. They checked to make sure our stay was going well and maid service was to our liking (which it was) & the ContinentalPlus breakfast was included. Had a great time and very appreciative for the pictures matching the brochure!

Yelp
I chose this because of the suite layout. We had 5 people on our trip and we were debating booking 2 regular hotel rooms. I found them on booking.com This place was great. 2 double (I think queen) beds plus the sofa in the living room folds to a double bed. Kitchenette: 2-eye electric stove, full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and dishes. Two TV and 2 phones. Also the staff were really nice from the front desk to the morning breakfast staff making sure we were satisfied; and the concierge lady helped us get our park tickets and had some great recommendations. They have a shuttle which can take you to some of the Disney venues.

Yelp
I stayed at the hotel from Dec 6 to Dec 10. On the day of check-in, the clerk at the front desk Mr Patel had difficulty finding my reservation under my name, I gave him the confirmation number, he found my reservation, but it was under my wife's name. Probably, I mistakenly put in my wife's name, as I thought I was putting in the guest name. I told him that I will need to have my name on the receipt when I check out. He checked my ID and my wife's ID, and told me there will be no problem that the receipt will be under my name. Both at the booking and at checkout, I used my credit car. But when I checkout, a female clerk said they can not put only my name on the receipt, and I have to call booking.com to resolve the issue. I called booking.com, and they suggest to call Quality Suite and ask Mr Patel to confirm his agreement with me about the invoice. But Mr Patel totally denied what he said. His dishonesty totally ruined my experience. The kitchen in my room was not very clean. The treadmill at the fitness center was not working. The side door of the hotel was never locked. The staff was more interested in texting than answering the costomer's questions.

Yelp
The bed was comfortable enough I guess, but the pillows were so hard I had to throw mine on the floor. Complimentary breakfast is always nice, but not when the sausage doesn't take like meat, the eggs are subpar, and the coffee tastes like brown water. Staff was very friendly however, and our room was spotless. Beautiful little hotel and affordable. Grab your own pillow from home.

Yelp
Clean rooms, excellent hot breakfast selections (great for starting a long day at the amusement parks) free shuttles to & from Disney parks. Every employee we encountered from front desk, to house keeping to the people helping with breakfast were very friendly & polite. Conveniently located near restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. Wash room allowed me to do a load so I didn't have to go home with so many dirty clothes. Only thing is, the stove in my room took way to long to heat up, but I never reported it. I just used the microwave & coffee maker and the full fridge. Free parking. Unlike alot of the other hotels I looked up in the area. Would definitely recommend this place & we would stay again.

Yelp
My family stayed at this hotel over a week ago. An incident occurred where FDA, front desk associate stopped my son at the front entrance door. FDA started interrogating my son asking whether my son was a guest or not. My son provided the FDA his room key and last name the room was registered under. Apparently, that was not acceptable for the FDA so he proceeded to call the police..It was approx 0120 in the morning. We were woken up by a police officer standing inside room by the bedroom door asking if the person next to him was actually our son. We said yes and asked what happened. The Deputy proceeded to say our son did nothing wrong. We asked to speak with mgr but was told to wait in the morning. Deputy left. Around 8:30am, we went to the front desk to complain about the incident and were advised to email hotel Mgr V.P. My husband was able to meet with Mgr P that day, Mgr P stated that it was out of his hands and that we needed to submit our complaint to Choice Hotels. I was shocked by this statement but complied thinking this must be their policy. So i contacted them and the response from choicehotel.com was that they were unable to mediate resolution and that we needed to contact the hotel..WOW UNBELIEVABLE. No one wants to take responsibility. Terrible service to give us the runaround. There should have been a manager available that night to assist the FDA to better manage the situation. There should have been proper policy and procedures instituted when dealing with individuals that appear suspicious on their property. That was NOT appropriate and as a paying customer, i did not feel this was dealt with appropriately. My son is a young black man and he was PROFILED by the FDA on duty that night. This was very traumatizing experience especially to be woken up by a police officer in the middle of the night. Can you imagine the thoughts that run through a parents mind when you have a cop at your room? The staff of Quality Suites Lake Buena Vista treated my son like a criminal and further victimized him and all of us by not taking complete ownership of the situation. I would hope Quality Suites Lake Buena Vista recognize their fault and make strives to be a better company.

Derik L.

Yelp
For the price you can't complain. But I just want to share my experience here so you will not be surprise when you get here. There is some small tiny bugs crawling around inside the suite and I also noticed a cockroach crawling in the room we stayed in. The suite the kitchen has a sticky floor, sink was slowly clog but was fix the last day, shower curtains won't stay closed so water will splash out to the floor and will need wiping after. Customer can't smoke inside building but you will find smokers around the building and pool areas. With COVID I don't think it's a good idea in the pool areas. You will inhale the smoke the person smoking and better hope the person doesn't have COVID. One of the elevator sometimes get stuck on certain floor it will get fix when you tell them. Breakfast will be serve but not what you will expect due to COVID. Overall if you don't mind the small bugs and you just want to just have a place to lay your head down and do the things you have to do in the day then it's not a bad spot to stay at. I gave the rating a 2 is because I don't want people to think it's a mid to high end hotel. Oh I will recommend bringing your own pillows and towels maybe some sheets for better protection. Not sure how well the cleaning service is I only observed trash being taken out maybe there's a different crew that comes in to replace the sheets after we leave for our adventures for the day? I hope this will help someone who can't afford the high end hotels

Yelp
Too bad 0 stars is not an option! Without a doubt, this is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at in my adult life. The carpet is disgusting, and I would not take a shower without wearing shoes or walk in the room with bare feet. The carpets had debris, trash and leaves all over them. There was food left out in the hallway for several days. The door to our room looked like someone had used a battering ram to gain access to the room. The electronic door cards would only work for 1 swipe and then we would have to get another card. We got 5 or 6 new cards during the four miserable days we were stuck there. The sofa bed was stuck in the couch, and the staff came and "fixed" it. Unfortunately, the "fix" meant that the sofa bed could not be put back in the couch during the day. The broken bottle of Arbor Mist on the sidewalk was a nice touch. Even after reporting it to management, it was still there the next day. Despite calling the front desk and requesting that our bathroom be cleaned thoroughly, nothing was done by management. I really cannot convey what a horrible, disgusting place this hotel is. We left 1/2 through our stay and moved to a brand new hotel down the road which ended up costing less than the "Quality" Suites. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Yelp
First, I didn't like how housekeeping stole my wedding ring. Second, the hotel is falling apart. The elevator didn't work, the carpet was nasty, the rooms are dirty and moldy, and the pool/spa is covered with green slime/mold. Third, the staff is not helpful. For example, let's say you took your wedding ring off when you took a shower and forgot to put it back on before you left for Disneyworld and upon returning, it was gone. Only housekeeping was in my room. Dont expect any sympathy or assistance from the hotel staff or GM. Apparently, it is unreasonable to expect your items to still be in your room when you go out and about. Also, the hotel outsources their housekeeping. So basically you have people without background checks coming into your room and the hotel simply says, they aren't their employees so they cant do anything about it. Last, Breakfast was ok but make sure you use a little bit of waffle batter so your waffle actually cooks through. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else that doesnt have a theft problem and with a company who will appreciate the business you bring them. In 38 years of traveling, I've never had anything stolen from my room. This experience has traumatized me to my core. I feel violated and the hotel staff does not care about this. On our way to Hilton, cant wait to check out of this hell hole.

Yelp
I stayed here with my hubby's family for my kids 11th bday trip to disney this past weekend .I booked it because I was looking for an affordable suite type hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, breakfast needs a little work but it's free. Rooms clean & comfy. Very good for the price. Would recommend. Not too far from Disney parks.

Yelp
Nice .... It's ok, been to better for the same price, yeah it's centralized and great for the pups especially the low rate for their deposit. The first room was dirty, asked to be transferred to another room, then when we transferred it smelled musty and like mold, instant migraine, once again transferred at 1:30am. Needless to say I'll stick to Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort. Thumbs down. I'll give it 2 stars bc the 3rd room was nice.

Yelp
This was a last minute getaway with my girls and I have to say I was so pleased with Quality Suites! Originally we were going to book at a Disney hotel but the ones available were to pricey for a last minute trip so I started searching on hotels.com. Found this awesome hotel for $85 a night! Check in did not take more than 2 mins, excellent service and the suite was great! It has a full kitchen with a small dining table, living room with a large sofa bed, and then the separate bedroom with 2 queen beds. The room was very clean and it includes free WI-FI. The only complaint I had was that every time the A/C shut off it made a loud BAM! It would startle my 2 year old in the middle of the night and my sister heard it more from the living room since she was sleeping in the sofa bed. Other than that the room was perfect! The breakfast is great. It is a hot buffet style with eggs, sausage links, fruit, breakfast breads, cereal, yogurt, and pastries. There is also a small station where you can make your own Mickey Waffles. Excellent for Families! What i really thought was a nice touch is that while you are eating breakfast there is a hotel employee going to each table making sure everything is OK and if you need any assistance with purchasing tickets, reservations, etc. The pool is fantastic and they also have a Jacuzzi. The location is beyond ideal. You have everything pretty much 5 mins away. A variety of restaurants and stores. Disney Springs is literally a 4 min drive. We will be coming back! :)

Yelp
Quality Suites Lake Buena Vista is a great hotel for the money- $93.00 a night. Great location- within walking distance of plenty restaurants- from sit down fancy to fast food! There is a free bus size shuttle that goes around to the hotels in the area to the theme parks. However it is a little inconvenient for this hotel. It is the first stop on the hotel route and actually gets you to the parks 45 min later. And it only leaves to and from the parks twice a day. (Took an Uber car and got there in 10 minutes - cost $11.00 - parking at theme parks is $20- so easier to take shuttle back.) The free hotel breakfast was lacking- but it was free. The staff is nice. The place is quiet and the room comfortably sleeps 4-5 adults. The towels in my room needed to be trashed- way to old and used- I love fluffy towels- the ones I had were frayed and worn. The room also has a safe and the hotel will charge a daily safe fee even if you do not use it- tell front desk that you do not want to pay for it and they will remove from your bill. The wifi was very good- fast and reliable- which is rare in a hotel that provides it for free. Very pleased and do recommend- just can't give it a five star review.

Yelp
When we got into bed, we rolled to the middle. When I complained to the manager, he was rude. Told me noone had ever complained about his hotel. When I said he couldn't say that anymore., we walked away. Cancelled the 2nd nihgt of a 2 night reservation and went to the Hilton Across from Downtown Disney. The price at the Hilton was about the same and I have rated the Hilton with 5 stars.
