Quality Inn Red Lodge Gateway To Yellowstone

The GM, Chaz, checked us in and he was very personable and super helpful (also funny) He was also back the next morning!. We stayed in room 203 (be aware, there is no elevator) and the room was large (a king and a queen) and very clean! The setup of this is room is very thoughtful; all sides of the two beds have a night stand and light. There are enough outlets and USB ports. The A/C was quiet but not cool enough; the beds and bedding were comfortable. |The breakfast attendant, Tonya, was absolutely wonderful! Breakfast was the expected fare.|The room price was a bit high for my taste, but we just needed to stay somewhere and sleep.

Chaz, the GM, was there and he was super friendly and nice! The room was clean and large and very thoughtfully set up (nightstands on both sides of both beds).We had enough outlets and USB ports. The A/C was quiet, but didn't get cool enough. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked very inviting. Tonya took very good care of a yummy breakfast in the morning.

When we got there the person behind the desk told us our room got missed by housekeeping. He said he quickly tried to clean and said he doesn’t normally clean the rooms. When we got in there it was alright. However, there were hairs in the bathtub and a shower curtain on the bed for a blanket. We asked if we could have another blanket and he gave us another shower curtain material blanket. I think for $217 we should have been provided a clean room with decent bedding. When we asked the hotel to make it right they just said bless his heart and they knew the room got missed. They didn’t ask what they could do to make it right with us. They completely blew off our concerns.

Positive: The staff was truly exceptional. The pool and spa were perfect temperature and CLEAN. I personally like the not carpet floors because I know it’s cleaner. Negative: ""

The hotel was clean, and everything looked very well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will certainly stay here again when we are in the area. Only complaint is that all the vending machines were out of order. ICE, CANDY & SODA - However, there is a very nice store next door. In addition, the Coffee is awful at all Choice Hotels!

The staff provided incredible customer service and hospitality. The common areas and rooms were clean and well maintained. They were very pet friendly. There was a designated outside pet area which included poop bags. It was the best Quality Inn experience we’ve ever had.

Very nice & new hotel. Staff was fantastic! Rooms were spotless with very comfy beds. Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Tanya, with breakfast crew was outstanding...& yes, her yogurt recommendation was right on!

We flew into Bozeman on Aug 21st and drove to Red Lodge for a trip over the Beartooth Highway and a visit to Yellowstone National Park. This was our first visit to Montana and Red Lodge. We were so pleased with the Quality Inn for an overnight stay. We checked in kind of late- about 9ish pm. The front desk attendant was very nice and greeted us and welcomed us to Quality Inn and Red Lodge. She gave us the information we needed for our stay. Our room was very clean and comfy and all we needed for the nights stay. If we ever make it to Red Lodge again we will definitely stay at Quality Inn Red Lodge.

Wasn't expected much but bypassed stinky Billings to get closer to Yellowstone. Jolene was so helpful on the phone and happy and cheerful when we got here after midnight. You wouldn't expect that the basics of a clean room and a Jimmy Dean sausage biscuit breakfast would make me so happy, but yes! We stayed at the worst place in Rapid City, and an almost adequate place in Denver, so this place is a winner!

Clerk at the front desk couldn't be kinder or more helpful. New plush carpet... while it's older, the bathroom has a large spa tub. Very clean large room. At half the price I typically pay for terrible room/service etc...Will be back, will share on and offline...

Quality, yeah right. Zack at the desk... Rude spoke to me like was an idiot, really didn't appreciate the sass. I own a business and he would be out of here. He compared this dump to a subway sandwich shop, that's the closest comparison I've heard. Rip OFF. Air BNB is way better! Don't waste your money, time or breath speaking to these people. I never write bad reviews, specifically because I own a business. This was ridiculous.

This place was great. It was well priced the room was clean, the hot tub and pool where great. Staff was nice and it was a great night sleep. I would stay here again. I liked the internet service and it is close to all the stuff and far enough away to be quite!!! Great job!

Over priced for the SMALL outdated rooms. A lot of money was spent in the lobby For that great first impression but the guestrooms don't look like they've been updated since the 80s.

Passed the clean bed inspection!! I was very pleased with Quality Inn. First thing I checked were the beds to make sure they didn't look used. I'm very nit picky about looking for hair and stains. None of that. No, unusual smells. Breakfast buffet was great. Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, Chobani yogurt, etc... Pet friendly. My Scooter was happy. I would defibrillator go back again.

ZERO STARS. With one week's notice, I was told by the general manager that my reservation could not be canceled and my prepaid room fee refunded. This is absolutely unbelievable. If there is any chance your plans may change, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS MOTEL.

This was our first time staying at Quality Inn in Red lodge. A good friend recommended this place. We had an excellent stay. The rooms were great, nice fresh breakfast in the morning, newspaper, rags to wipe our bikes down, and very convenient to downtown Red Lodge. The staff was excellent with shout outs going to Jesse, Caroline and Susan who were very accommodating and helpful. We are building a home in red Lodge and this will be our " go to" place until our home is completed.

Definitely the cleanest option in Red Lodge that is also "pet friendly", however nowhere when booking does it mention the additional fee for having a pet is $100/NIGHT. Had we known this we would not have booked here, considering the pet fee was almost as much the nightly fee for the room. Personally I don't think it's ethical to state online that you are "Pet Friendly" and then charge an additional $100/night at the time of check-in. Will not be staying here with my pup again.

Pricy but clean and comfortable. Lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was as expected and acceptable.
