Quality Inn Red Lodge Gateway To Yellowstone

I was in town for a retreat and the place they housed us was the quality inn in red lodge. I am so glad they did. First off the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The check in was easy! The facility is clean! From the foyer to the pool to the dining area and the rooms; this place is clean. The room was comfortable with decent linens and simple amenities. There was a small fridge and microwave. The water pressure was great and the shower was hot. In closing, if you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and friendly place to stay in Red Lodge, the Quality Inn is your place.

Checked into the hotel on September 15, 2024 and had an excellent experience with front desk staff, Dakota. She was professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly she was kind hearted. After being on the road for hours, being graded by a kind staff, member was awesome! She is the epitome of Customer service and the hotel should be proud to have such a great employee. We will definitely return to Red Lodge, specifically to this hotel, in the near future.

Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. The indoor pool and spa was nice. The only issue is paper thin walls with zero insulation. Noisy neighbors both nights kept us awake with crying kids and then loud TV on all night! You could overhear conversations without trying. I'm sure it went both ways! That being said it is still one of the better locations and options in that price range.

Front desk staff was fast and efficient. Fresh baked cookies and coffee were ready and waiting for tired guests, which was a HUGE bonus. Within walking distance to downtown and a gas station right next door. 2 deer were wandering around the outside of the building...10/10 will stay again!

Everything was very nice. Room was good size and clean. Sheets were soft. Shower was enjoyable. Everyone was very pleasant, especially Tonya, the breakfast lady. Really enjoyed staying here and will be back when in the area. They even call your room to make sure everything is fine.

This is a great budget hotel located just outside the orbit of Yellowstone National Park.||My room with a king-size bed was a little on the small side, but I'm just sleeping here. I like the solid-surface flooring, it just feels cleaner. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet, the pillows were good.||I must have looked parched when I checked wearing my motorcycle riding gear, because without even asking Kylee grabbed me two bottles of cold water. I also watched his interact with other guests and she is a great ambassador for the hotel.||After showering and heading out to dinner, I found complimentary warm chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. Nice touch.||The hotel is just on the edge Red Lodge's small downtown and is just a short walk from all the restaurants.||I highly recommend this place.

Pretty decent little hotel in Red Lodge with easy access to the Beartooth Highway and surrounding areas. Rooms were clean, hotel was a little noisy. Easy short walk to downtown restaurants.

Wasn't expected much but bypassed stinky Billings to get closer to Yellowstone. Jolene was so helpful on the phone and happy and cheerful when we got here after midnight. You wouldn't expect that the basics of a clean room and a Jimmy Dean sausage biscuit breakfast would make me so happy, but yes! We stayed at the worst place in Rapid City, and an almost adequate place in Denver, so this place is a winner!

Clerk at the front desk couldn't be kinder or more helpful. New plush carpet... while it's older, the bathroom has a large spa tub. Very clean large room. At half the price I typically pay for terrible room/service etc...Will be back, will share on and offline...

Quality, yeah right. Zack at the desk... Rude spoke to me like was an idiot, really didn't appreciate the sass. I own a business and he would be out of here. He compared this dump to a subway sandwich shop, that's the closest comparison I've heard. Rip OFF. Air BNB is way better! Don't waste your money, time or breath speaking to these people. I never write bad reviews, specifically because I own a business. This was ridiculous.

This place was great. It was well priced the room was clean, the hot tub and pool where great. Staff was nice and it was a great night sleep. I would stay here again. I liked the internet service and it is close to all the stuff and far enough away to be quite!!! Great job!

Over priced for the SMALL outdated rooms. A lot of money was spent in the lobby For that great first impression but the guestrooms don't look like they've been updated since the 80s.

Passed the clean bed inspection!! I was very pleased with Quality Inn. First thing I checked were the beds to make sure they didn't look used. I'm very nit picky about looking for hair and stains. None of that. No, unusual smells. Breakfast buffet was great. Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, Chobani yogurt, etc... Pet friendly. My Scooter was happy. I would defibrillator go back again.

ZERO STARS. With one week's notice, I was told by the general manager that my reservation could not be canceled and my prepaid room fee refunded. This is absolutely unbelievable. If there is any chance your plans may change, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS MOTEL.

This was our first time staying at Quality Inn in Red lodge. A good friend recommended this place. We had an excellent stay. The rooms were great, nice fresh breakfast in the morning, newspaper, rags to wipe our bikes down, and very convenient to downtown Red Lodge. The staff was excellent with shout outs going to Jesse, Caroline and Susan who were very accommodating and helpful. We are building a home in red Lodge and this will be our " go to" place until our home is completed.

Definitely the cleanest option in Red Lodge that is also "pet friendly", however nowhere when booking does it mention the additional fee for having a pet is $100/NIGHT. Had we known this we would not have booked here, considering the pet fee was almost as much the nightly fee for the room. Personally I don't think it's ethical to state online that you are "Pet Friendly" and then charge an additional $100/night at the time of check-in. Will not be staying here with my pup again.

Pricy but clean and comfortable. Lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was as expected and acceptable.
