😊: Perfect location and easy walk to different places to eat and drink. Room on the smaller side but perfect for a couple. Nice bathroom. Very comfy bed. Staff very friendly.. 😢: Downstairs bar area was nice, tiny bit cold for a mid winter evening. Bar staff lovely and great selection of drinks available..

I stayed there two nights and had three meals in the hotel. The staff friendly and welcoming; the stay was perfect. Clean, comfortable, quiet -- all that one asks for in a hotel. ||The breakfast was fantastic. I had the scrambled eggs on sourdough toast with bacon. Huge and delicious. I was there on Wednesday for 'Parm' night (it is Australia after all). Lovely meal. ||The scones are to die for as is the homemade strawberry jam -- make sure you buy a jar before you leave.

😊: The room was comfy, bed was good, but prefer a king bed to a queen. It was very spacious.. 😢: We stayed at this hotel for the convenience of a bar to have a few drinks at and a restaurant to have a meal at, and neither were open on a Sunday night when we happened to be there. This was very disapointing for us..

I thought my days of being up at 3am listening to “the vengabus is coming” were well and truly past me, yet here we are. Stayed for one night and had the worst sleep I’ve had in a long while. Was expecting a quiet regional getaway but instead got a function/nightclub blasting tunes until 3am. I’d give this place a miss on a weekend. Too loud.

Lovely old hotel that has been renovated. Guest rooms were very comfortable. Only thing missing was a hair dryer. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the dining area was excellent but there are also many other dining options within a short walk away. We would happily stay here again.

Such a lovely traditional hotel in the middle of town. Super clean, well maintained and the facilities are fabulous. We booked a king room which was great, well designed and the room was quite large with everything we needed including a mini bar.

Booked room for one night months ago, as going to visit elderly aunt. Rang to reconfirm booking 2 weeks ago only to be told you hae cancelled...no I didn't. Rebooked and paid for room only to be told today it was cancelled again! Not good enough so would advise people not to book there

😊: helpful, friendly staff, good private carpark, comfy well appointed room. 😢: Bit weird having an internal room ie windows to corridor not outside.
