Great 9 hole course. Accuracy off the tee is a must. The rough is long and shallows balls. Very unforgiving. Very picturesque and challenging course. Will definitely play here again next time I'm in the north. Hopefully I bring my game with me next time.

We booked exclusive use of Quamby Estate for our wedding in March and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. It was so special having the whole place to ourselves for the weekend, such a beautiful way to spend time with our wedding party and make a weekend of it. The grounds and buildings are absolutely stunning, and being able to have everything in one place made the day feel so relaxed and seamless, including golf as an option on the morning of the wedding. Huge thanks to Dannii and all the Quamby staff, everyone was so friendly, helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Dannii coordinated our beverage package for the wedding and the wines were all incredible. Such a beautiful place with great people working there. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing overnight stay at this beautiful estate. The whole experience was amazing. From being greeted so warmly by Georgie, the general manager, to the beautifully appointed rooms and historic and luxurious charm of the estate house. It was a chilly weekend and they had fires lit in the common areas and had thought of every aspect to make people welcome - a library of books with ample reading nooks, games and well manicured grounds to walk. One night was not long enough! Will definitely come back.

Advised my niece that they were fully accessible for a wheelchair when in reality it was an absolute disaster.

We stayed two nights at Quamby Estate as a treat for ourselves after a driving tour of Tasmania. It couldn’t have been better. An amazingly historical country home with intriguing history beautifully decorated in period but with all the modern conveniences and service. Although we didn’t play golf they have a nine hole course if you fancy it. The room was awesome, comfortable and clean. The staff were all great. We really felt like the lord and lady of the manor in our country residence, it was a great way to end a great holiday. The food was awesome, a great selection of wines and beers and we had a great stay. We would thoroughly recommend Quamby Estate for a special place to stay for any event.

A beautiful venue. Such a nice place to spend time in with family and friends for a wedding. My only complaint would be that there wasn't any seating for older guests, while waiting to join bride and groom for the reception. The rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a wedding. Can't wait to return again one day and stay a bit longer.

Wonderful first time overnight visit to this colonial estate. The grounds and outbuildings are really interesting and begin to tell the story of this place. The main house itself is outstanding, furnished throughout with antiques, crammed bookshelves and lovely items such as hand painted silk wall hangings. Bedrooms are similarly attractive and very very comfortable. We were upgraded to a deluxe spa room, an unexpected pleasure. As we happened to be the only guests we dined ‘a deux’ overlooking the garden vista. Breakfasted the next morning in the same area but with the French doors wide open to the sunlit verandah with a great view of the wedding tree. Jordan and Chris were affable, friendly and accommodating during our stay. One minor issue during our stay and they managed it impeccably. Cannot recommend highly enough.
