In Rio? Like bars? RUN to Quartinho! The service is super friendly (and welcoming to tourists), the cocktails are varied and masterfully made, and the bar food is seriously delicious. Great music, too. I had a top experience on my first visit in 2021, and an even better one this time in ’25. It’s rare to find a bar that hits a home run on all fronts, so definitely check it out next time you can.

I was recommended to this place by a staff at the hostel. She said this is where the locals hang out. I absolutely adore the ambience, and the casual seating on the sidewalk created a super relaxed atmosphere. In my opinion, the matte cocktail and octopus are must try. Every item on the menu is exceptional - you really can't go wrong with anything here.

Highly unique cocktails with lots of personality. Attentive bartenders who are happy to help you find your ideal drink. Would highly recommend even though it’s slightly far away from the usual touristic hotspots of Copacabana and Ipanema

I’ve always been curious to check out this place. On weekends, it’s always crowded. One fine day, we had the chance to visit it, and we don’t regret it. The drink menu has many options, and the snacks are wonderful. The highlight was the pork chop croquette, which was delicious! We would go back just to have it again!

This is a fun, lively place with great cocktails and excellent service. The staff were really friendly, took time explaining in English for us, and we loved the vibe; with great music. The cocktails were so good and we had the vegetarian croquettes as a light snack and they were very nice. I highly recommend this place!
