Tuesday evening we dined at the most incredible restaurant in Mogan Què tal by Stena (a Norwegian inspired menu with the influence of the Canaries) I always spend ages researching restaurants before we go away as I love good food and drink and enjoy dining out so much but somehow I didn’t come across this place when I was pre booking reservations before our visit. It wasn’t until we bumped into a lovely couple and got chatting that they recommended this little hidden gem! Of course I had to find it and I emailed them straight away to see if there was any chance of a reservation at such short notice. I wasn’t feeling hopeful but they had a last minute cancellation and booked us in. You get the choice of inside seating or outside on the terrace and we were lucky enough to get the last table inside which I would recommend and book again when we return next year as you get to be involved in the action and the inside interior and atmosphere was magical. The open kitchen / plating and the chef talking us personally through each course was a fabulous touch and very unique. I’ve dined at many fine dining restaurants and enjoyed a lot of tasting menus with matching wine flights and this was just outstanding and for me personally was on par or even better than a few of the previous Michelin Star venues I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. This restaurant deserves its Michelin recommendation and definitely deserves a Michelin Star! The wine pairing was perfect for the courses and the staff and attention to detail was impeccable. The staging of the dishes reminded me of Great British Menu - it was fun and clever. My favourite course was ‘Back to the 80s’ with the beef tenderloin cooked on our own table BBQ. We cannot wait to return next year on our honeymoon and try a new selection of dishes. A must to book if visiting Mogan - a truly memorable evening! ⭐️ 🍴🍷👌🏻 😋

We have been there twice and it was amazing both times. The food and wine is great, we think it is near other Michellin restaurant, we have visited at Gran Canaria. The service is excellent, and they made a great atmosphere. When we leave the restaurant we have got new friends. You must try this place before other good restaurants and before you leave the island.

Definitely go here! 4 hours of an amazing food and wine experience. One of my favourite tasting menus yet. As well, they had no problem accommodating for my super annoying allergies (gluten, garlic, and onion). I was shocked and so grateful. My partner ate the regular tasting menu and also said it was his favourite tasting experience yet.

Food was excellent so compliments to the chef! Wine was lovely. However, the service was so slow. More staff would be needed. By 11pm, we had been there for four hours and only got served 4 courses. So it was almost like one course per hour. We skipped the last two courses as the service was so slow. Probably wouldn't go again unless the service was improved. Music was also so loud that we could barely hear each other.

For me, this is one of, if not the best restaurant in Gran Canaria! Come in and enjoy a journey through food which makes your tastebuds sing. A seasonal 7 course menu is served, a clever mix of modern and traditional, and every course with a tasty and intelligent twist. But it's not only about food. Every course will be introduced by one of the super friendly waiters or Stena himself, telling you a little story about how this course was created and what the inspiration for it was. I only put one picture of the actual food here as I do not want to spoil your experience! A truly great place, come and discover it!

Great restaurant with a delicious set menu. Very competent service and cozy soroundings. It's expensive but worth the money! One of us don't eat seafood and they managed a perfect alternative to the fish dishes in the menu. Much appreciated

This is such a fantastic restaurant, with such lovely staff. Everything is absolutely delicious, and beautifully presented. Sitting outside, watching people go by, you can feel quite smug, knowing you are having the best food on the Island. For the standard of food, we think it is good value. We will definitely go back next time we are in Gran Canaria.
