I cannot say enough wonderful things about this bed and breakfast! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available to offer recommendations or assist with anything we needed. The location is absolutely PERFECT—close to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, the breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. If you’re looking for a charming place to stay with top-notch hospitality, this is it! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Queen Anne! It has a European hostel feel to it, but with much nicer rooms. Our room (suite 3) was perfect, and super cozy. Breakfast was spectacular both days we stayed, and they were super understanding with allergies. The hosts were some of the nicest people we've met, and there are binders full of menus for local eateries. Good parking in the back, great tea selections, and so much more. I can't recommend the Queen Anne enough. I also can't remember staying in such a fantastic hotel or BnB here in the states.

As someone with a lot of anxiety around travel, I found the Queen Anne to be both relaxing and convenient. The atmosphere is amazing with local art inside of the historic building. The smell is like fresh made breakfast but not overpowering. The rooms are quiet and serene. The breakfast itself oh my gosh! What a treat! There is great value here!

Stayed here while on a trip to Denver & really enjoyed it! The first room we were in was Aspen and it had beautifully painted walls and was very cozy but had to be moved rooms due to a shower issue. However, Lisa was more than accommodating! We were able choose from another room and we ended up in one called skyline (which has a jacuzzi tub!!!) During our stay we also had the choice of a complimentary breakfast which was well worth it! Food was great and they also had baked cookies out during the afternoon! The rest of the staff was very kind and I’d definitely stay here again!

Great location. One of the best staff, cozy rooms. I travel a lot for work and we are forced most times to stay at name hotels. This is was very close to where I was working and I am so glad I found this beautiful gem. Loved the rooms and also great breakfast. Special thanks to Nicole👌💕 The only one thing that I would like to mention is that please don’t bring huge suitcases. There is no elevator and you have to carry it upstairs, which I am ok. Great parking as well. Loved it 👌👌👌👌

The Queen Anne Urban Bed & Breakfast is number one for a reason. Our two night stay was great even before we arrived. They send you a link to a guide explaining thorough directions/instructions on your code for the inn and your room, parking options, local restaurants, etc. It made it so easy to check-in. We also got a lovely tour from Hannah when we arrived. The place is charming and full of eclectic art. Stevie made delicious breakfast and was super friendly. I did not expect mushroom & goat cheese toast. Yum. The back garden was adorable. We were in the Fountain room, which was huge and overlooked the park. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a massive jacuzzi tub/shower and two sinks. Not to worry, there was a footstool for us shorter people to get into the tub. Note, there is a step to get up to the toilet. I also liked our desk area and comfy armchair. The location was great for exploring Denver. About a 20 minute walk to RiNo or Union Station. I would highly recommend Queen Anne to others traveling to Denver. It was a great way to close out our first trip to Colorado.

As other reviewers mentioned, I plan to stay here again. Lisa was wonderful and I was very impressed with this B&B. I loved the location, The Fountain Room I stayed in, and the quality of everything. The teas and cookies when I arrived were a bonus, as well as the special care in my to-go breakfast, since I had to checkout super early to make it to jury duty on time. I'm just trying to figure out when I can make it back! Thank you!

What a wonderful B&B, gorgeous and unique. We were a tiny bit disappointed the gas fire place was turned off. Maybe it only is usable in Winter. All the staff were lovely, Claudia was so nice to meet and Stevie went above and beyond searching for a charging cord for us. The breakfast was perfect. Loved the beautiful gardens!!

Yelp
Stayed here for one night because of the location and due to the fact they provided free parking! If you struggle with stairs, this place isn't for you. It's very close to downtown, walking distance to Coors field and Pearl street with a 15-20min walk. We stayed in the Garden room, which faced the back of the property and their garden area. The room was small and no frills but met our needs for one evening. The bed was pretty comfortable but the pillows were too floppy. The AC worked very well which we were thankful for since it was 90 degrees outside. Everything was clean but a little dated and the water pressure of the shower was pretty bad. The garden area had 4-5 tables and it was very quiet; we enjoyed lunch one day back there. Nicole checked us in and showed us around. I liked how there was a fridge for guests to use and water cooler with glasses for you to bring fresh water to your rooms. I can't remember the name of the chef who cooked breakfast in the morning but he was great! He was able to meet our dietary needs. We opted to eat our breakfast on the front porch which overlooked the park and was great for people watching. Overall, good no frills spot if you are looking for parking and breakfast that are included. Definitely a more personalized experience compared to staying in a hotel.

Yelp
A super fun experience! Beautiful and unique rooms, tasty breakfast, and all around cozy vibes in a great location! We were able to go to the art museum, zoo, and restaurants at a pretty decent distance. Would love to come back in the future!

Yelp
I have such mixed emotions about this B&B and my stay here. My wife and I love B&Bs and have stayed in dozens of them over the years. There are significant positives about the Queen Anne. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood. There are some very nice restaurants walking distance and there is a small city park across the street. The outside and the inside dining area are very nice. The front porch has around four chairs that over look the park. There is a very nice garden area in the back that is set up for breakfast on pleasant mornings or relaxing in the afternoons. There are 13 rooms crowded into a historic home on 3 levels (two upper floors and one lower). We stayed in the Roof Top Room. Although it was most likely one of the larger rooms, the queen bed made up a substantial part of the room. The best part of the Rooftop Room is the large roof top area, just off the room, that has a nice size hot tub, two chairs and a table. The view is not quite as advertised, but it is nice. As is somewhat typical of old houses, the HVAC system is less than optimal. As a result, my sinuses were giving me trouble each evening. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. A problem unique to the timing of our stay was that the stove top had broken before we arrived. As a result, the staff decided to alternate, each of the four mornings during our stay, two breakfast items (waffles one day and quiche the next). The only other option each morning was oatmeal. Also, no one mentioned the issue with the stove until breakfast one the third morning! No effort was made to work around the issue with the stove. I will say that the waffles were delicious. However the quiche was dry. The fact that only one meal option is offered each morning was also very surprising and disappointing. As a final note, this is definitely not a place for those who struggle with steps.

Yelp
What a find! This B&B was spectacular and we would def. stay again when we visit Denver. Made-to-order b'fasts by the chef/owner were amazing each day; they take great care to make guests feel welcomed and comfy. We were definitely both! The rooms were eclectic and inviting; comfortable beds, adjustable AC unit and clean. Things I would suggest are adding an in-room coffee maker, bathroom fan and small tv for local news. The coffee brewed for guests downstairs is GREAT as well as the tea, but I'm an early riser and like a cup in my room before 7AM. Eating on the porch and back patio watching squirrels and talking with other guests was great fun. So glad we found this beauty and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you QA staff! :)

Yelp
Best B&B anywhere near Denver. Amazing team, owners, design and breakfast! Great location with tons within walking distance.

Yelp
This was a surprise trip for my husband, who loves breakfast, so staying at a bed and breakfast for 4 nights should have been perfect for him compared to staying at a hotel or an Air BnB. I chose the Rooftop room because it has a private deck with a hot tub which had views of the city. If you are the least bit claustrophobic, this room is not for you. Since it is rooftop, the one wall is slanted. It's slanted on the side of the bed my husband normally sleeps and since he couldn't maneuver around it, we had to switch sides which puts your sleep out of kilter. The shower is also slanted, and even though he isn't a big guy, it was awkward for him showering. Besides that, the room is fairly small and dark, so it wasn't the greatest experience. Also, old homes and central A/C don't work well. There was a window air conditioner, but it sounded like a freight train when running, so we couldn't sleep with that running. The innkeepers were very nice and gave us a tour upon arrival. There is some parking in the back, which is a bit tight, but also some street parking. The location is good. We even walked to Coors Field and felt comfortable doing so. Now for breakfast. The first day was beautiful so we were able to dine outside. Sourdough waffles with fruit compote, fresh fruit and a blueberry muffin. There is also a selection of teas and fresh coffee. Breakfast the first day was very good. The second day was cold so we had to eat inside. The menu was quiche with mushrooms and tomatoes, fruit and a scone. I don't like mushrooms but figured I could pick them out. No, they were so small and ground into the quiche so I couldn't do that. The quiche was very dry and neither of us liked it. The scones were excellent. Our third morning, we were served waffles again. What? A big reason I was staying here was for the breakfast. I learned that their stove top has broken and this was the best they could do. I am not sold on that. We were to be here for 4 breakfasts and now I learn I will be eating the same thing twice. Unacceptable. Buy an electric skillet and make some eggs or pancakes or better yet, bake a breakfast casserole. Super disappointing. We weren't going to do quiche again the last morning, so we left without breakfast and had to pay for it in a restaurant.

Yelp
This place is awesome. The room was beautiful and displayed local art from the community. The Loval Artist Suite #2 had a two person hot tub and a single shower. The bed was huge and the bathroom shower was a couple years old, given that the buildings are over 100 years old. Our door led straight to the outdoor garden/sitting area. Despite the COVID Pandemic, the people here were so kind and helpful while also maintaining distancing and sanitation. We had the privilege of meeting the owner who cooked an amazing vegetarian breakfast. If you love to support local businesses and artists, this would be a great place to visit.

Yelp
Our first time visit to Colorado started off with a bang at this awesome bed and breakfast in Denver. I am so glad I booked this place and spent two nights here because our stay was so memorable. This place truly gave us the authentic bed and breakfast experience, which can be hard to find sometimes. The term "b&b" are abused a lot, I find. Sometimes there is no breakfast included. Cheers to Queen Anne! Here are the reasons why... Pros: Cute home both interior and exterior Beautiful garden Great Happy Hour for guests with local wine and fresh fruits Delicious breakfast cooked by the owner, who was a chef in NY Fresh baked cookies, muffins and scones Beautiful kitchen with fridge use Friendly team of breakfast servers and check in hostess Spacious and comfy bed in the Garden room Free parking Great historic neighborhood walking distance to downtown attractions Cons: None. We will return if we come back to Denver again!

Sarah L.

Yelp
Wonderful hosts. However, our room was in need of repair, frankly uncomfortable. While l enjoy and expect the intricacies of older homes, the room smelled like urine and we were unable to open window. For the $$$ l wouldn't recommend

Amanda L.

Yelp
This place was fantastic. Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband during a recent Denver trip. The inn is very centrally located and within easy access to Denver attractions. The room was beautiful, clean, and full of local artwork. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious and the breakfast staff were lovely. The innkeeper was great at giving a rundown of the area and she also was constantly baking cookies. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody planning a trip to Denver.

Yelp
Booked a night here and was completely blown away! This is not your grandmas bed and breakfast. The entire place is filled with local art and handmade Colorado furniture. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff were extremely friendly and gave us plenty of great recommendations in the neighborhood, we felt right at home. Every element of the inn is so thoughtfully put together and reflective of the community! Would recommend to friends, family and any others looking for a great experience in the heart of Denver.

Michelle M.

Yelp
This is a beautiful B&B, with amazing rooms, beautiful garden, delish food and super sweet staff! There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here and hope to make it back again one day.

Yelp
If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Denver, this is definitely it! Living in Denver, we decided to do a one night "staycation" at Queen Anne. We had the best experience and loved it so much! The owner and staff are so friendly and accommodating, and really care about their guests. We stayed in studio 2 and the room was extremely clean, very comfortable, and perfect for the two of us. The best part was the private hot tub! Breakfast in the morning was prepared by the owner, Milan, and it was outstanding! We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Yelp
We booked through priceleline for Xmas Eve and Xmas morning specifically because we were worried about restaurants being open on Xmas morning. The communication procedure wasn't the best for a late check-in. Make sure to call them before you arrive. Upon checking into the "Skyline" room we found that the skyline had been replaced by a giant parking garage under construction. Not exactly the view that was implied by the name of the room. But whatever, it was a warm and cozy room on Christmas Eve. The real disappointment was waking up Christmas morning to find out that you had to sign up for breakfast the day before at a specific time. When I called the day of check-in they told me that breakfast was from 8-10. But in reality you sign up for a breakfast slot of 8-9 and 9-10. So...long story short I rummaged through the kitchen and made my own breakfast from what was available. I'm sure this place is 4-5 stars normally, but the room we booked was falsely advertised as having a "skyline" view and there was no staff around for breakfast at the time we were told it was going to be served.

Dimitri V.

Yelp
There were other places we would have preferred, but we picked this B&B for the free parking. In the end we didn't rent a car because getting into the city by train was so easy! All in all this was a good choice, although the location was fair ( a decent walk to most things, which wouldn't be a problem if it had been cooler). We stayed in the Tower room, which was pretty contemporary in its furnishings (not too frilly). The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well considering how hot it was the week we were there. Very nice full breakfast with a very friendly wait staff! A nice choice, I would say.

Chantelle A.

Yelp
Quaint. Friendly. Awesome. The service was top notch and the rooms were very clean. I slept like a baby until I smelled breakfast. Not a bad way to wake up.

Yelp
I loved, loved, loved my time here. For my wife and I's year anniversary I got us three nights at the Queen Anne. It was amazing. Neither one of us have been to a bed and breakfast before, and this place set a high bar. I reserved us the Rooftop room. It is a small room, but beautifully decorated. Ironically, the third story balcony was bigger than the room.... because there was a hot tub on it! We took advantage of it every night. In fact, we watched the New Years fireworks fired from downtown Denver from the hot tub. Totally worth it. A completely awesome experience. Additionally, the Queen Anne provides two more services. They cook breakfast, as much as you like, and it's all gourmet. Breakfast each morning was great, and it was even better because we met a lot of great people from all walks of life. It was fun to enjoy amazing food and learn more about people. Next, there was nightly happy hour. The Queen Anne staff brought out a white wine and a red wine along with cheese and crackers. It is all free of charge, and once a bottle runs out they bring out a brand new one. It was, again, fantastic to meet new people and enjoy local wine. The staff at the inn are also great. I wish I could name them all specifically, but I can't. We had such a great time and we definitely have to give a shout out to all the employees.

Karlie W.

Yelp
AMAZING stay!! We spent the night in the rooftop room and had an unforgettable experience. The view is amazing and the hot tub was perfect. Service was amazing. Breakfast was amazing. The house smelled of muffins upon arrival. We were greeted with tea, coffee and snacks -I can't say enough good things about the charm and character of this place. Definitely a must stay!!

Gabi M.

Yelp
I thought I'd change it up a bit during my recent trip to Denver and I stayed at Queen Anne B&B instead of a hotel... While it certainly was a nice experience, I'll probably stick to hotels in the future, especially for the price. Pros: friendly staff, welcoming ambiance including a welcome glass of wine upon arrival, homemade breakfast, unlimited water and tea, decent bath amenities, free parking, convenient downtown location. Cons: thin walls, homeless people hanging out in the park across the street, no 24/7 staff. We were woken up the first morning by our neighbors who were having a really good time (if you know what i mean). And the next morning, an alarm was going off next-door but there were no guests in the room and since it was before 7am, we couldn't get ahold of the innkeeper to turn it off. That wasn't fun. Looking back, it may have been more of a 3 star experience but I'm rounding up due to the friendly service, especially from Sara, who welcomed us upon arrival, gave us a full tour including history of the building, and helped get us a last minute reservation to Root Down.

Susan G.

Yelp
I stayed here while waiting for my apartment in Denver to be ready. It's really comfortable and an inviting place to stay. I was here in October and there were trees turning their beautiful fall color. The food is amazing! I was served made-to-order omelets during my stay. Yum!

Sarah G.

Yelp
Typically when traveling I stay at Marriott's... but a good B&B, while 180 degrees different, is just as good. And given the prices for downtown Denver hotels, and the fantastic Yelp reviews for Queen Anne, I thought I'd try it out. You can definitely tell that this house has some history behind it, and I can imagine the B&B it used to be (the traditional Victorian type). But I'm more of a modernist, so while I enjoy the whimsy of a bygone era, I also appreciate the modernization that Queen Anne is currently undergoing... room by room. And the sustainable touches were obviously a huge draw for me as well. Here, the emphasis is on local (to the point that in the summer most of the veggies they'll be serving you at breakfast come from the garden out back). Speaking of breakfast... wow. We stayed for two nights, and were treated to a fantastic vegetable frittata our first morning by Milan, who also gave us no less than 10 restaurant recommendations (which made choosing our destinations later in the day that much harder). But even on a Thursday morning during the B&B's slow season in February - we were lucky enough to share the beautifully crafted breakfast table with some interesting dining compatriots - one of the B&B perks. Strangely enough, even though we booked the Oak Room, when we arrived we were 'upgraded' to the Tabor which had an unbelievably detailed full wall mural of life in 1894. Our second night, we were offered to switch to the Fountain, the original master bedroom (since upgraded to include a whirlpool tub). Temperatures for the time were unseasonably warm, so we actually ended up opening the windows and setting the thermostat down to it's minimum (seems to me that the whole home is maybe still steam heat?). I'd be a little wary in the summertime as I couldn't discern the AC capacity of the home (and I like things cold when I'm sleeping). The only other snag was breakfast the second day, which was prepared by one of the innkeepers. The waffle was fine, but the scrambled eggs were too salty for words (or to eat). Luckily the breakfast buffet was on hand too and included banana bread, clementines, cereal, yogurt, etc. Ultimately I'd stay here again, and it'll be interesting to see where they go from here.

Brittney M.

Yelp
I love the idea, but it was one of the worst nights of sleep I've had in a long time. We were in the garden room, so the cheapest option, but it was still $150 so I expected to be able to sleep. Instead, my husband and I couldn't open our window because of other guests outside smoking at all hours. We could also hear every single thing the upstairs guests were doing: every step, sex at 1 am, flushing the toilet, etc. So we didn't fall asleep until around 2 am and were slated for breakfast at 8. Yay. Things I like: free parking, location, overall cuteness of the house. I won't be staying here again though.

Sarah A.

Yelp
One night in Denver; loved our stay here. Lovely people, and perfect location, perfect room, perfect breakfast.

Jonathon C.

Yelp
Amazing room (rooftop) Breakfast and crew made it great. Good location and a park next door. Highly recommend and to get the view from that room!

Nova S.

Yelp
I HIGHLY recommend this B&B - the owner and staff are WONDERFUL people. The food was excellent, the room was beautiful, and the location is fantastic. It was so much better than staying at a hotel. We LOVED it and will definitely be back for all of our trips to Denver!

Amelia M.

Yelp
This is such a special place that we wish we could stay longer. It's a unique bed and breakfast in a wonderful location. Two historic homes have been renovated to create unique guest rooms that are decorated with spectacular work from local artists. The staff are excellent. In the back, there's a wonderful garden space which is an oasis amidst the city. It's located across from a park and is very walkable to dining and breweries. The breakfast is locally sourced and delicious. We will definitely come back here.

Lee B.

Yelp
Spent two nights at Queen Anne B&B last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was none too large, but it was one of the less expensive rooms so I didn't expect anything huge. It was sufficient, especially if you're not spending much time in the room. It could probably use a little upgrading here and there, but it's very cool old building and has a quirky antique ambience, which is charming. Breakfast was great both mornings and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It's about a 10 or 15 minute walk to the 16th Street Mall, and maybe 20 or 30 minutes to the DCPA theatre district. Will certainly put this on the list of places to stay in downtown Denver!

Dametria W.

Yelp
Very cool place to stay. The rooms are exciting if a bit close together. This place was in the heart of Denver and was near multiple city attractions. Overall awesome experience!

Carla L.

Yelp
Went here for our anniversary. Close to bars and breweries. Very nice little spot. The host was very friendly, she even went out of her way to pack us breakfast since we couldn't make it because we had to leave earlier. They also have a Wine and cheese happy hour

Bethany B.

Yelp
Peaceful oasis in downtown Denver. Within walking distance of several attractions. Easy, free parking. Wonderful wine and cheese hour (also free w/ Colorado wines)! Beautiful, tranquil garden in back, and charming rooms! I would love to return someday!

Jane M.

Yelp
We stayed in The Tower room, which was very nice. The owner met us at the door when we checked in, and he gave us a tour of the property. The home is an old Victorian dating from the 1800s. Everything is updated and "hip". The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

Christina P.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here this week. The room is clean, comfortable, and well supplied with the necessary things. The hosts and staff have been fantastic- friendly, knowledgeable, and full of good recommendations. And the breakfasts, holy moly. This guy's cooking is worth waking up for. The house smells of baked goods in the afternoons, and those baked goods have all been excellent. We have enjoyed our stay!

Ro M.

Yelp
Perfect in every way for the eco minded traveler. All natural personal care products, recycling in every room, DELICIOUS chef prepared breakfast, sometimes with a fun twist. Don't worry, if you don't like a twist in your breakfast, plenty of items to choose from on the continental breakfast bar. Hot organic tea in the evening, wine, cheese, crackers happy hour. Sign me up. The rooms are tasteful. The staff is friendly, accommodating, approachable, and totally down to earth.

Yelp
I stayed for one week at the Queen Anne for my wedding a few weeks ago and loved every minute of it! Because each room is unique, my fiance and I decided to try out different rooms during our stay. We stayed in the Skyline, the Aspen, and Local Artist Suite 4. All of the rooms were clean, fun, quiet, and had their own special flavor. Suite 4 was especially good for entertaining some guests before and after the festivities. The staff was always very friendly, professional, and helpful. They served tasty hot breakfasts and were happy to have us show up a few minutes before the end of the breakfast hour to serve us (which was extremely helpful, given how busy we were!). They also served a very generous happy hour every night, complete with two types of wine, two types of cheeses, spreads, and crackers. They would occasionally bake some homemade cookies and offer them to guests for a special treat. I am especially appreciative of how the staff offered to move our luggage when we changed rooms, which exceeded my expectations and alleviated some of my pre-wedding stress. Our families also stayed at the Queen Anne and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, receiving a discount for their stay because of the wedding (as did we). The staff treated all of us like family while we were there. The B&B is located in a safe and hip part of town, conveniently located close to the downtown area and close to the location of our reception venue (The Mercury Cafe). It seemed like everything cool to see in Denver was within walking distance of the B&B. The Queen Anne helped make our wedding a stress-free and memorable experience we will never forget. We hope to return ASAP!

B H.

Yelp
This was a nice find for 2 nights in Denver for work. Clean rooms, pleasant grounds, relaxing front porch and patio. But best of all is the home cooked breakfast and very nice Inn keepers.

Sam R.

Yelp
The Queen Anne is beautiful, cool, fun, and supports some great forward-thinking trends (read: organic, local food; green cleaning; support for local art and businesses). Its beauty in particular cannot be overstated; this renovated Victorian blends details like dark, old wood floors and bannisters with modern, artsy decor choices. We were so lucky to have been upgraded to the mural-ed Aspen Room. The employees here were so knowledgeable and helpful! One was able to give us tons of local business/restaurant recommendations, while the other told us all about the history of the house (owned by Augusta Tabor, first wife of H.A.W. Tabor, btw). The evening happy hour and breakfast were as tasty as they were fun. Breakfast for us was scallion and cheese scrambled eggs served with parathas (they called them potato pancakes, but as an Indian food fan I recognized them for what they really are!). Parking was tight, but convenient and complimentary to our stay. Would definitely stay again and check out some of the other rooms.

Amber L.

Yelp
We stayed two nights at the Queen Anne for a mini babymoon staycation. We love Denver and just wanted to get away to relax and enjoy some of the great downtown restaurants. We took advantage of a Living Social deal which made our visit very affordable. We really enjoyed our stay in the Fountain Room! Upon arrival, we were checked in and given a tour of the B&B. In addition to the homemade breakfasts offered each morning, there is a complimentary 5-7 happy hour for all guests with red and white wine, cheese, crackers, and fruit. On our second evening, there were even warm, fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! We enjoyed stopping down for the happy hour before heading out for our evening dinner plans. The B&B has a book of menus and restaurant ideas for area restaurants, along with a binder listing local breweries. As locals, we already had our meals planned, but this is a great resource for out of town visitors who need restaurant ideas! They put thoughtful care into making sure their guests have a pleasant stay. Each morning, a fresh breakfast is offered, both a hot plate and a continental buffet with cereal, yogurt, fruit and some kind of muffin/bread. I found myself wishing that there was a pastry type offering, as two of the three muffin/bread options were very similar and earthy, with lots of grains and raisins. Novo coffee is served, along with a selection of local teas, and juice. The orange juice was delicious and I'm pretty sure it was fresh squeezed! There are two breakfast seatings, one from 7:15-8:15 and another from 8:15-9:15. The second seating was always more full, but they will accommodate guests at whichever time you request you request on the sign up sheet the day before. I only wish they offered a seating that began at 9:15, as we came to relax and rest and as parents of a preschooler who typically have to wake up early, we would have liked to sleep in later, but didn't want to miss their chef prepared breakfasts! The first morning we had a vegetable scramble with zucchini, mushrooms, tomato and cheese, served with toast and jam and fresh fruit. It was fresh and delicious! The second morning was an Indian themed breakfast with potato pancakes and an egg scramble with an Indian chutney on the side. Indian flavors aren't really my thing, so I didn't particularly enjoy the offering this morning. I had hoped we might get to enjoy the amazing waffles I had seen pictured on their website, but we missed out! I love that the B&B really makes an effort to source locally and even has gardens where they grow food for their cooking in season. The service both at breakfast and the happy hour is friendly and attentive. The B&B was surprisingly quiet considering it is located right in the heart of the city! We did hear a lot of walking around in the room above us during the mornings and afternoons, so if that would be bothersome to you, I would suggest booking the top floor rooms. It was particularly warm for March, so we even slept with some windows open, but the city noise didn't bother us in the mornings. There is a school just down the street, but we didn't hear any traffic with that either. We appreciated that there was a fan available in our room. There are also fluffy white robes in the room. The bed was comfortable and there is care taken to be as green as possible. They do come and clean the rooms and make the bed each day, which was wonderful! We have stayed at other B&B's that do not offer room service. There is something extra luxurious about coming back to a room that has been straightened and fluffed. One of the reasons that we choose the fountain room was the large garden tub, wonderful for a relaxing bath! The location of the B&B is a definite plus, with so much to see and do, as well as wonderful dining, very close by. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. It is right in the heart of the city, but still quiet and peaceful, and you feel secluded from the hustle and bustle while inside the B&B. I would love to visit again in the late spring or summer when all of their gardens and patios are in bloom! We had a lovely stay and would definitely return to the Queen Anne for a future getaway.

Yelp
We had the most wonderful 3 night stay! The owner and employees are amazing people. Tasty breakfasts served every morning! Parking is available. The location is fantastic. Delicious restaurants only 1 block away (D Bar, Las Delicias, and Campfire were our favorites). The heart of downtown Denver is a quick 10-20 minute walk depending on where you want to go. HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Yelp
My partner and I stayed a night at the Queen Anne to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. It was an amazing stay. We stayed in the roof top room, which is just beautiful. The hot tub is on a lovely deck with a great view. Moreover it's not all chemically and gross, they some alternative to keep it clean, it was was a pleasant surprise. I hadn't told the Inn that we were vegan before we arrived, so we didn't plan on eating with the rest of the group. Val told us there was some tofu in the fridge and he'd make us a scramble. Our expectations were low, we don't make good scrambles our selves, but we did appreciate his willingness to try. Whoa. Were we wrong. What Val concocted in the kitchen was by far the best scramble we have ever had. It was such a delightful surprise to end such a great, romantic stay. Moreover, the location is prime, easy to get to downtown, CapHill or the Highlands. And they have parking in the back, which is such a boon. The Mercury Cafe is within walking distance (yay!), and the garden in the back and the park in front just makes it such a great place. :D

Yelp
This was the perfect start to our honeymoon. We had one day between the wedding and our departure to Curacao, and I really didn't want to have to sleep in our own bed. It would have just been such a downer after the awesome wedding we had. This place was so cool. We stayed in the top room (made to look like a tree house) which includes a private hottub. The only complaint I would have is that the website is confusing, which is how I ended up with the most expensive room. I swear I didn't see any pricing on the website. Anyway, it was a great mistake. Obviously, the idea of all homegrown food is great! The wine happy-hour was very nice. The garden out back is amazing. Really love this place. Even though we live 10 minutes away, I would love to stay here as often as possible.

Yelp
amazing! because the company i work for is based in Denver, I'm there at least once a month. i searched for a somewhat inexpensive hotel and this spot popped up on hotels.com. i went to the office first so i wasnt going to be there until after 8. they gave me the key code to the door and left me instructions on everything else. they had already called me a couple of times to touch base. great personal service! my room was amazing! because the ceilings were some what peaked, they painted it to look like trees! its hard to describe but it was awesome. i wasnt able to have breakfast but i did speak to one of the owners and he was super cool. i'll definitely stay here again!!

Yelp
We were very pleased with the wonderful owner and staff, great bed, cozy room, fantastic shower bath, and delicious breakfast made with many ingredients from the B&B's nearby garden. The included wifi worked well enough for our purposes, which included a fair amount of work. The social hour was well attended and fun. Guests from the US, France, Germany, and Japan were there. We were served wine, cheese, humus, crackers, and strawberries. There are numerous nearby dining options. Also close by is the starting point for RTD's Skyride service to DIA. We can't wait to return.

Yelp
This place is tip-top. We loved our room-- the general decor and ambiance of the place was great. The staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was tasty. All good.

Yelp
Outstanding! We bought out the entire Queen Anne B&B for our semi-annual Board of Directors meetings here in Denver. Our Board Members thoroughly enjoyed the quaint charm, the décor, the uber friendly staff, and the exquisite food!! Plus, it's located within walking distance to our offices in Five-Points, so the convenience made it even better. Highly recommend the Queen Anne for group gatherings or corporate retreats.

Yelp
I loved this place for its more modern design, while maintaining the sort of old Victorian feel. We stayed on the Rooftop which has its own private jacuzzi, and we loved it! It's a very small but cozy room, probably not the best if you're really tall (it has a slanted ceiling), but overall, it is perfect for an intimate trip. The breakfast was really good, we had an Indian style potato pancake with scrambled eggs and a chutney. The staff was very friendly, and they offer a happy hour between 5:30 and 7:30 I believe. Definitely a unique place to stay, also right next to Downtown Denver (I'm not sure if it counts as a part of it).

Yelp
We enjoy Victorian-era accommodations, and the Queen Anne Urban Bed and Breakfast in Denver was a top-rated choice according to Yelp, TripAdvisor, and others. It was a bonus getting my room rate at 50% off via Groupon on the largest suite available, so I was stoked for my weekend "staycation" with my better half, at a incomparable low rate for an enormous suite. Milan and Val at the Queen Anne were impeccably accommodating innkeepers, and the friendliest of hosts booking the room over the phone, and upon arrival. After a short tour of the two-home premises, I inquired with Val about any "natural food" restaurants in the vicinity. He asked me if I was Vegan (he was, I soon found out), and I told him, "Not exactly, but I am diabetic, and I want something super-healthy to eat tonight." Val cracked a slight smile, as if I had just touched on one of his favorite things to discuss, and he began to tell me in great detail about a Vegan establishment just a few blocks away.

Yelp
Just exquisite. Clean, gorgeous interior, and friendly, cool staff. It was too early to check in when we arrived on a Sunday, but one of the staff members (I WISH I knew her name--she was so great) greeted us warmly and invited us to come in, leave our bags, showed us parking, and--best part--gave us a map and provided a handful of bar/restaurant recommendations in the area. As Denver neophytes, this is exactly what we needed! We stayed on the third floor--the attic--in the Aspen Room. It was like nothing I've ever seen before. So beautiful, cozy and VERY romantic. The complimentary wine and cheese happy hour is a wonderful touch; we took our wine outside and enjoyed it in the heat of the dwindling summer day, on the peaceful front porch. I only wish we could have stayed longer than one night! I truly felt like a special guest in someone's magical, fabulous home.

Yelp
The place is super clean and the owner is very friendly. We stayed in a suite. The tub was a bit of challenge and we're young. The housekeeper was nice and not pushy. We passed on breakfast as we are meat and eggs kinda folks and they are mostly veggies. The coffee and pastries are great however. If tv in bed is your thing this is not for you. You can walk to 16th street shopping just be careful the homeless. If you want more of that outdoorsy vibe but close to the city keep going to Silverthorne.

Yelp
To start, don't judge this book by its cover. Its huge! It was much much larger then I anticipated from the photos on the website. I was expecting a "tightly cozy" b & b but was shocked at how large the property is, including the gorgeous backyard/garden. We had the "Rooftop" room, with an outdoor Hot Tub on the Balcony. Also, they had a little "happy hour" thing going on when we showed up, wine, cheese, etc. All of the other guests were very friendly. Everything was clean, quiet and relaxing. Thumbs up guys, great place!
