Really lovely service and calming experience. Loved the flash they had on the windows so couldn’t resist. Getting tattoos on holiday is my new thing and I was able to walk in and get it there and then. Lady on desk explained everything to me and the artist was able to prep everything promptly for the design I liked. Really happy with the results and would recommend any one passing who fancies a tattoo to take the plunge🥰

I planned a trip to Portugal to get my very first tattoo here because I fell in love with Ann's work, while randomly searching for tattoo inspirations on Instagram. And I am so so happy with the result! <3 Ann gave me all the time I needed to decide on the final design. You can really tell that she loves her work. I felt very seen and secure with her. My friends and I had a great experience getting different piercings. Our piercer made us feel super comfortable and explained the process every step of the way. She also gave us plenty of space and time to decide on placement and jewellery and was super knowledgeable about the aftercare process, giving us in depth advice and even saying that we could contact her if we had any concerns relating to the piercings.

Queen of Hearts has a top team. From the beginning of walking inside, through the process and until the end, they provided an amazing service. The artist Ann, did a great job, very friendly, very communicative and does her job professionally on a high level. Can only recommend to anyone who is in Lisbon and wants to get a tattoo done. I had an idea of a design, but Ann managed to design one herself in a short amount of time that looked way better and fitted into my expectations even more then i had in my head. I'm amazed. Came here before for my multiple ear piercings and now brought my niece for her navel piercing. Absolutely amazing service! Everything explained and shown clearly, the procedure itself is sterile and all questions about aftercare answered. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! I got my nose pierced at Queen of Hearts Tattoos in Lisbon and had a great experience! The place was affordable and welcoming, the staff were great. I had a great experience. I walked in without an appointment and they fit me in right away. The piercing was quick, professional, and turned out perfect. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place in Lisbon!
