The menu consists of simple, flavourful eats from wood-fired pizzas to Prego rolls and hake and chips. They offer a wide range of craft beers on tap, authentic Mexican tequilas and gin cocktails. Queen Victoria Hotel

"A design-conscious hotel with 35 rooms in Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront. Royal and sumptuous, with purple accents and monogrammed robes. Guest rooms are decorated in a soothing palette of silver, gray, and taupe. Porcelain-tiled bathrooms have restored antique vanities and original artwork."

Love this hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms, great beds, and tasty breakfast. The service is really top notch. For example, the staff didn't just recommend a place for dinner, they made a reservation and walked us there as well. It's an intimate place, with great views. I fully recommend it!

Beautiful hotel, nice bar and restaurant but greatest asset is the people. My luggage from the US didn’t arrive and the manager and a concierge helped me find the right stores in a nearby mall to buy clothes and other necessities. Thank you!

The peoole that work here are amazing. But the hotel is not. No views. And no one could find it. We did not choose this hotel, it was forced upon us without our permission by the company that booked out tours. Driver's could not find it. Having to cross the street and walk down and you two flights of steps to do anything was ridiculous. The food was not good in the restaurant. I asked for sunny side up eggs and got a hard over cooked egg. I asked for it runny, again over cooked hard we egg. I asked for the over ready and runny...hard overcooked egg. The toast was cold every morning. Sausage was cool not hot. Wife sent back Bacon twice the couldn't get it right without burning it. The room runs off of a main power switch where you must use your card to control it. My wife struggled as did I. The room is just average and had a great view of the parking lot and a wall. Like I said we would have been completely miserable, but the people who work there are so very nice.

A fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff, offering a delicious breakfast with a stunning Table Mountain view. The modern facilities, efficient and quiet air conditioning, and convenient on-site parking (no reservation needed) add to the comfort. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of the Waterfront, making it ideal for both tourists and business travelers. While the rooms are slightly smaller than expected for a 5-star hotel, the charm of the historical building compensates for this limitation.

The hotel was amazing. Rooms were fantastic, and the staff was even more wonderful. They really went above and beyond. We will be back to wonderful Cape Town and we will definitely stay here again. I also had a massage at the hotel spa and it was truly one of the best ones I’ve ever had. When you get one ask for Susan - she is amazing!
