Queens Beach Resort

Very comfortable. The room was very clean. The kitchen/couch area of the room was better than expected, there were dishes available for use. The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. I must stress on the ambience and staff....very comforting. There were security around the compound all day and night. Would definitely visit again. The jacuzzi need a little maintaining, the both pools are perfect. Breakfast was not disappointing it was put together very orderly and was very attractive.

The entirety of this place is very well maintained. I only had a problem with the bathroom, it needs updating. I hated the cracks in the tiles and silicone around the tub. The staff was friendly however I recommend that visitors should be shown to their room rather than be directed to it. It'll make the welcome of this place even more appealing. All pools were pristine. Loved the indoor warm water pool. I enjoyed my stay here to the max.

I had the pleasure of spending 3 days, during the week here. The pools are lovely. The staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my time here. They were doing upkeep, painting and such, and even the painters were fthe iendly.the rooms are nice and roomy. Only thing missing was provisions to make coffe.

Down for a wedding (Gyuaguare) on the Saturday and relax on the Sunday. Been before plus used to live down there so know the options. 100% satisfied.....very nice food and staff. Room - no complaints, spacious, coffee, kitchenette, great AC. Yes, bathroom sink was maybe fitted 6 inches too low.....but this is Trinidad! Yes, there was music from next door property when we came back at night......but, again, this is Trinidad and the music was good and didn’t bother us in the room. Beach access and security is also good.

What can I say? |My expectations were low. As the time passed I was wowed.|The staff is very responsive to requests!!!! They were quietly overlooking the movements of all there. Loved them all! |Food was great! Breakfast a BIG wow!|The bedrooms are their main concern. Acs working, rooms clean, a tv in each room, bed comfortable, linen so clean they gave a squeaky clean feel under fingertips, living room chairs comfy and clean - perhaps sanitized regularly, clean clean clean, all clean and fresh. |Indoor pool is a great great idea. We used there a lot.|Outdoor pool -good. Seemed always quiet and attractive.||NOT SO GOOD...|Are the outdoor toilets - wow . In desperate need of revamp and sanitizing.||The beach front area - a total total disappointment. Just being left to rot apparently. Why why why? Why not just give a paint job and a few tables and plants??? Why not lean the beautiful space up??? |Please clean it at least. Throw away those ugly chairs etc. can I suggest you use the concrete chair/tables. Paint them up. Nice.||Loved Queen’s Beach Hotel. Will be back.

We stayed the last weekend in August 2019. I decided to give them a try.... even though I had a bad experience with the service in the past.... hoping that with the new upgrades to the facilities and the increased price the quality had also improved.||||If you want to charge people 150 USD a night we will expect a certain standard of quality. The bathroom leaks and does not drain off properly when you shower. At night there is no access to the beach, the gate is locked. The communal jacuzzi was spewing dirty brown water and clearly in need of sanitising. The bedroom smelt musty. Many things on the dinner menu were not available, including most of the desserts. Our lunch order was messed up.||||But worst of all was the breakfast - included in the price - advertised as a buffet breakfast - this was a failure. Both mornings there was a very very very unfriendly young woman manning the breakfast station, watching the food like a hawk. We were basically told we could only get a certain amount of each dish prepared... literally a spoonful... forcing us to have to eat things we did not care for in order to fill our plate.... not acceptable for a 150 USD a night hotel. ||||Then, she came to clear the plates while we were still having breakfast and placed dirty plates with half eaten food from other tables in front of us on our table so she could rearrange how she held the plates. When I told her about it she looked offended rather than apologetic.||||The only really nice thing about the hotel was the indoor pool which really came in handy to cool off and relax. The fountain was great. Free wifi was a good bonus and the kitchenette in the room was a nice touch.

Good for a getaway. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was good but not exceptional. The ambience was the biggest treat, multiple pools and spacious enough so no crowds even on the weekend. Enjoyable.

The place is amazing! Firstly, the customer service must be commended and the food was exceptionally delicious. The ambience was worthwhile in exploring the two pools (outdoor and indoor) and the rooms are luxurious.
