We checked in at the hotel with our twins for a night just to visit Temple of tooth. We got the perfect room for our family. They were considerate about our needs when allocating the room. I have to say that customer service was exceptional. The buffet spread during both dinner and lunch was excellent. The convenience of the location when visiting the temple enhanced our experience with our little ones. We are considering visiting again when we are in the area

The hotel bar was a great place to unwind in the evenings — cozy, well-stocked, and with a relaxing atmosphere. We also spent time at the pool, which was clean, well-kept, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy after a day of sightseeing. Overall, Queen’s Hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality. It’s an ideal place for families, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kandy. All the dishes are perfect. The staff members are also really nice. Specially the desserts are very delicious. It's the first time I've seen such a beautiful buffet with wonderful dessert corner.
