The place is not clean. There are always flies flying around the entrance. They close earlier (8pm) and they are not open on Sunday. Food is somewhat pricey, though I found their gumbo was quite good and full of different seafood. I would suggest people who have never been there can at least try their gumbo with rice (rice can make the gumbo more balanced and less salty.)

After I moved, it's been a while I haven't had a chance to revisit this restaurant. This place is much cleaner. I don't see any fly and there are some new pictures hanging on the wall. They have cheaper fried chicken combos. Altogether I'd raise my rating to 3 stars.

The only bad thing about this place is that there was no parking. You would have to park around the corner. The catfish and shrimp Po-Boy was delicious (even though I'm not a seafood person)But I liked it. My two-year-old daughter really liked the chicken tenders they weren't hard and they were really juicy, the beignets are delicious I just wish they had like a bigger option of ordering them, I think it was 3 for around four or five bucks but a bigger option would be great. On top of that they have great customer service the cashier was so helpful answering questions and explaining what specific items were. I would definitely go back.

My fiance and I both asked to make sure that there's enough gumbo meat in the gumbo that We ordered(which is the biggest size they have also cost almost $20). I even tipped $5 to the cashier. I'm very disappointed when I got home😊 Opening the container,😕😲 Scooping spoonful of nothing but tiny pieces of sausages and lots of juice. Mind you there was NOT a single piece of seafood in there! I get food from Queen's quite often. I'm not happy about the Service and the food that I paid for, which I actually did not actually get.....

Queen's is definitely an eatery here in the San Francisco Bay Area, that is a preview of what is to be expected from a New Orleans style restaurant without visiting the city of New Orleans. My favorite items are: Queen's Seafood Gumbo, Camellia Red Beans & Rice, Mixed Seafood Platter, Po-boy Sandwiches and the Spicy Chicken strips! Oh...as an additional treat try The beignets, which is an air filled type donut with powdered sugar sprinkled on top of it . You will not be disappointed, especially if you're a transplant from New Orleans, or the southern portion of Louisiana who wants a taste of home!

Queens Louisiana Po'boy Cafe is an awesome place to go and eat with your friends.
I went this week with my four friends we had delicious food Gumbo, Jambalaya, Hamburger, smoked sausage sandwich, non-grease fried battered catfish with fries, sweet potato, but most of all we had great beignets. I recommend this place to all.

Probably the closest you can get to Louisiana style cooking. Very good catfish po boy's. Gumbo is the best I've had in the bay. Legitimately a genuine taste of New Orleans.

Even though there's Po-boy in the name of this restaurant, the po boy wasn't the highlight of the meal. Neither was the fried chicken. The po boy had only a few (and not enough pieces) of oysters, you end up eating lettuce. You'd expect the fried chicken to be amazing in a southern style restaurant, but honestly it was a little average.
But, what really blew my mind were the gumbo, jambalaya and of course the corn bread. The gumbo will comfort your soul and that jambalaya... yummm add some hot sauce and enjoy! Next time I'll only be ordering these two because they were outstanding!
