It was exceptional. I went in 2019 before the renovations, and it was alright. Now, since the renovations, it is SO much better. It's like a museum inside, and the guide was a huge help. Very knowledgeable, and the history of Madagascar really comes together. I recommend going with the two hour tour, because there's so much to see. It's too bad they don't let you take pictures inside, because there is some really beautiful stuff. Although, if we were allowed to take pictures, it would have taken 4 hours.lol
