Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect so many restaurants, shops, and transport options just steps away. Felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Can’t wait to come back!

My guest used a hair dryer and forgot to return it to its place, just left it in the room. 1 hour after check out I received a pretty rude message, without asking first, immediately accused my guest of stealing the hair dryer and said if my guest was from a slum area? and threatened to report it to the police, I called and went back to the hotel but in the middle of the trip then he sent another message that the hair dryer had been found and without saying sorry at all. They sent the apology after I urged the reception to tell the manager who sent the message to apologize to my guest. Really disappointed with the service.

I wish I had read all of these reviews before I booked Gateway Apartments through Booking.com. They kept saying that our card was "invalid". We even tried a second card and that was also deemed "invalid." I emailed multiple times offering to pay over the phone, I also called multiple times and they also would never answer. Our booking was then cancelled just days from when we were due to arrive. I called the phone number multiple times and then they disconnected it. A horrible, stressful experience and I'm amazed they are still allowed to operate given their fraudulent behaviour. I will be alerting Booking.com that they should not have Gateway Apartments on their site - it's an absolute scam.

Do not book here if you want to cook a meal have toilet paper have all rubbish emptied. We just stayed for 5 days. 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 people. In desperate need of repairs.So many rules!!!Would not recommend for anyone.also 1 disgusting old tea towel and a pathetic cloth. Dirty tissues found first day under drawers. Had to tighten all handles on drawers!!

Fine place, You get what you pay for, A lot of people saying it's a scam if booked through booking.com, I can't confirm or deny didn't book through them, so this is based on my experience here. Rooms are fine, have everything you'd need for the price, its pretty bare minimum in terms of everything, Airport is right beside you, and can see the planes taking off. (As an aviation geek this isn't a problem) plus its right off the main road, so if you're a light sleeper I'd probably avoid this place.

Same scam as all the other people on here. Booking done through booking.com Credit card supposedly declined and booking cancelled 4 days out from arrival. No reply to calls and emails. Because booking.com only allows reviews when you successfully stay there all the people who get stitched up can't write a review and they maintain a good rating.

I have read some reviews of past guests or would be guests and it appears this establishment has a history of canceling bookings, and from the sounds of it, offering to other guests at higher prices, especially during high demand times. |I had a 2 night booking in Easter(2025). 5 days before our stay (2 days before our trip) I received notification on the Booking.com app saying my payment hadn't gone through, although $600 out of $1100 had been deducted from my CC. Next day I noticed a missed call from QG and immediately called them back. Call went to voicemail asking me not to leave a message but, email them. I calked them several times hoping someone would answer.|After 4.30pm the phone even stopped ringing.|I emailed to say the should attempt to transact the payment again, as I had sufficient funds and my CC was valid. I got a message saying my booking was canceled and the apartment was no longer available.|Everything happened withing 24 hours. In all my attempts to call them, I was not able to speak to a real person.|Also they do not have a front desk check-in. Keys are left in a lock box for guests to "self check-in"(God forbid you need after hours assistance)|Customer service is non existent.

My 2nd time to stay! Cheers to superb experience! Location is close to everything like in Central, Airport, Lake in the City, Garden, etc. Facilities are clean and two thumbs up for housekeeping every day! Till next time!
