Queenstown Motel Apartments

Great location. Clean and well-maintained apartment. The spa bath was very relaxing. Five-star pillows, and mattress. Large smart TV with many options to watch. Well-equipped kitchen and fair price.

Location is good - you can easily walk to Queenstown centre and the view we had from our room was great over the lake, but there is a lot of road noise of passing traffic. Cooking facilities are limited and the microwave is so high it's difficult not to pour hot liquids over yourself as you take cooked food out. Could do with a few more plates and cutlery but sufficient. There's a frying pan, but soon sets off the smoke alarm if frying. Bed and room is comfortable.

Great location for walking to all of Queenstown amenities. Staff excellent and clean room. We found it a little noisy from traffic early morning but we are from quiet area so we weren't used to it

Last minute booking when my flight got canceled. On the main road into town so very noisy during the day but who comes to Queenstown to spend time in their room. Thankfully it was quieter at night. Double and single bed in the lounge and a small bathroom with shower over the bath. Decor a bit dated. Only a 5 to 10 minute walk into town. A view of the mountains from the walkway to the room and across the carpark.

Stayed here for 7 nights. Perfect location, they just updated new carpets and furniture as well. Huge bonus free parking and free wifi. Staff was friendly. Definitely recommend.

the staff are kind, and it’s located in a lakeside area with a view. Everything we needed was provided, and my kids felt comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Basic rooms, decent TV, no view from our room, room was very hot. Staff were nice enough.

Well located motel just 2 minutes away from the town centre by car. Great amenities and they have Sky TV. It's that well located that we are able to get to the local sites within minutes. My only peeve was that one side of the mattress was too soft. I guess it needs to be changed. Thanks r the upgrade it was excellent 👏 👌

Stayed here for three nights during the end of our tour in New Zealand and wanted to like the place, and did like the place for the most part. Sure the place had its quirks; soap in an unlabeled dispenser, hair dryer hidden in a drawer under the television, very very slow internet, 2 remotes for the TV that had different functions, but the place was clean and did have charm. My review is mostly positive until the last night of our stay when we came back to our room and found that our backcountry campstove was taken off of the balcony where we were airing it out in preparation for our future air travels. At first we thought it was stolen, until we called the office inquiring if they had taken it for some reason. And they had, despite it being written in their Guest Book that they were not to touch personal property. When trying to figure out how to get the campstove back (from 8PM to 8AM they are apparently not on-site) we were chewed out personally for several minutes while we maintained a very professional and calm manner in trying to get our possessions back. In the end we had to jump through hurdles to get the stove back, and were not given it back until right before our flight took off. We can understand the hesitation with seeing a campstove on the balcony and the bad review is not based on them even taking the stove. They were just doing what they thought would protect their property, even if it was an over-reaction. The negative review is a result of how we were treated afterward. We did not appreciate being berated for minutes nor the unnecessary inconviences we had to endure to get our property back. With the customer service we received I cannot find it in me to recommend this motel to anyone, despite the quality of the hotel. To top it off, they never did service or clean our room during any of the three days that we were paying for our stay. Thus, we received no service at times and bad, rude service at times.
