Queenstown Top 10 Holiday Park

The Queenstown top 10 Arthur's Point is excellent. It's about a 15 minute drive from the city centre of Queenstown proper, a bit further up in the mountains, yet it feels like it's miles away from the intense bustle of the tourist centre. All the cafe's, restaurants and supply stores are about a 10 minute walk from the park itself, and the park offers shuttles into Queenstown every hour which for those who don't have a car - excellent. ||||The park itself is huge, yet very tidy and well organised with clear spaces for each kind of stay - campervan, RV's, chalets - everything is catered for. The shared kitchen spaces were impeccably clean and tidy, with all sorts of accomodations - however they don't have kitchen utensils (like a kit, plate cups cutlery etc) available for everyone so make sure you bring your own kitchen kit! ||||The bathrooms and other ablution blocks were sparkling clean and very well taken care of, which was a huge bonus. The water was hot and the pressure was great, which after a long day of adventuring was a huge bonus. ||||The internet was fast and all technology in the park was up-to-date and easy to use - we love the accessibility! ||||There's at least one camp cat who was clearly very well taken care of and friendly, not to mention all the native birds and other wildlife - just a real balm for the body and soul.||||All the staff we interacted with during our stay were friendly, warm and welcoming - full of helpful advice and really helpful.||||Would highly recommend this park for anyone wanting to experience the hectic adventures of Queenstown, but want very reasonably priced and excellent accomodations to relax in. One of the best holiday parks we have stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing. Courteous and extremely helpful. We asked for a few recommendations and they were really kind to tell us our options. They also mentioned the benefits we get as part of our Big4 membership. Due to this we used their spa. We stayed in the 1 bedroom motel and were given the corner room. The views were amazing from the doorstep. The rooms were also very spacious. The play area for kids is also nice. If you are looking to do shotover jet boat, it is at a walking distance. They also offer free shuttle to the city. I will highly recommend them and will definitely stay with them next time we are in Queenstown.

A fabulous place to stay. Just outside Queenstown but there is a regular shuttle into the centre of the town which means no need to pay for parking. The people who worked at the Holiday park were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Perfect place that was I can say. Only stayed fr 1 night, wish could have stayed longer. Amenities are nice and clean. Prices are genuine. Staff was really friendly. Heater was on in our room when we checked in, which was like a treat after a long day. Views are amazing, location is perfect. Highly recommended

My husband toddler and I had an excellent holiday at 10 top! The staff and facilities were beyond expectation. The park was clean and well kept with lots to do, the hot pool was wonderful and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, a close safe drive to everywhere we wanted. Would highly recommend!

About 10 mins out of town . You need to drive or get on their shuttle bus . As a note, we booked the shuttle bus to be picked up but they forgot about us . So Uber it was . Generally reasonable facilities. If your in a van or motor home , you will be jambed in during the peak season looking at the way it is set out . Great views of the surrounding mountains , but as noted before you will need additional transport to see or visit anything . Since writing the above review the site manager had contacted me to indicate that there was a public bus that apparently stopped at the front of the park . Unfortunately we were not made aware of this upon our arrival, checking in etc . Not sure of the running times on either week days or weekends . Suggest you enquire when checking in .

From the moment we arrived, Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The facilities were very clean, the rooms were very comfortable as well. The site has good shared facilities, more than enough for what we needed. Would definitely come again.||

Good choice for budget accommodation near Queenstown. We stayed in one of the cabins, it was rustic and comfortable, everything exactly as advertised. Bathrooms and kitchen were busy but never too crowded. It's a short drive to town, and they run a free shuttle for the carless.

I stayed here for 2 nights. We took the family room. Inside can fit 6 people. The location was quite far from the cities around 9km or 5 miles. The cellphone signal was really bad here. The room was good and clean enough. Free wifi only 250mb. If there is free unlimited wifi probably i will give 4 stars. CONCLUSION = RECOMMENDED if there is free unlimited WiFi!

A much more spacious site compared to the Queenstown Creeksyde Holiday Park. Between the two, I prefer Queenstop Top 10 Holiday Park. The site is more spacious and modern. There was no issue navigating our camper van into the stall. It did rain a bit, so there was a slight puddle in the spot we were in, but that's out of anyone's control. The kitchen hob set up is a bit odd, basically blocking the use of 4-6 hobs because they're in a corner. If you're going to cook during the normal dinner hours, expect to share hobs. There is a BBQ grill outside the main kitchen and another griddle BBQ setup further across the park. There are plenty of washing machines and dryers to use. The bathrooms are also clean and plentiful (5 toilets and 5 showers). There is also a movie room available for use and a heated pool (need to pay) if you fancy a swim. Internet is limited to 1GB/24 hours/device, which isn't too bad if you have multiple devices and/or are just browsing the web. If you're looking to stream videos or upload/download large files, you'll crush through the 1GB allowance in no time.
