Queenstown Top 10 Holiday Park

One of the best holiday parks we have stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing. Courteous and extremely helpful. We asked for a few recommendations and they were really kind to tell us our options. They also mentioned the benefits we get as part of our Big4 membership. Due to this we used their spa. We stayed in the 1 bedroom motel and were given the corner room. The views were amazing from the doorstep. The rooms were also very spacious. The play area for kids is also nice. If you are looking to do shotover jet boat, it is at a walking distance. They also offer free shuttle to the city. I will highly recommend them and will definitely stay with them next time we are in Queenstown.

Bus stop across the road. Very clean and modern. Heated cabins and shower/toilet blocks. Laundry and large kitchen area. Cabin the best with heat pump, electric blankets, private and huge tv. Hard beds if you like that. Would be great in summer- a very cold walk to the showers and toilets in June with sub zero temperatures though!

We stayed during the first snowfall of the season. The cabin was warm as were the staffs conversations with any of them we interacted with.||||They even sprinkled salt at the doorstep to prevent the step from freezing.||The complimentry hot tub was not somthng we knew about but it was ammazing sitting in the dark (our choice) watching the snow flakes fall.||The kitchen and games room were always clean and fully stocked. The communual fire was lovely to sit and relax around and meet other campers.||We will return and recomend to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay here in the one bedroom motel unit. The facilities were great, the rooms had everything we needed and were quiet. The shower was lovely and hot and we appreciated the shuttle to get into town each day. Special mention must go to Janine who does a fabulous job on reception and goes out of her way to help, nothing is a problem. Would recommend staying here 100%

The staff were lovely and informative. We stayed in a cabin which was very cozy. Had a TV, heat pump and electric blanket which was great for the cold weather! Bathroom and kitchen area were clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

staff here are so lovely, facilities are amazing, really nice showers and toilets that are kept clean! stayed in one of the double bed huts and it was the cutest room ever! bed is very comfortable and has great heating and tv. also the views were amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Queenstown’s Top 10 Holiday Park! We spent the first night camping in our tent and the second in a cozy cabin. Both experiences were fantastic. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for watching movies on our laptop, and we appreciated the convenience of doing laundry while there. We also booked a relaxing spa session, which was a nice touch. The bathrooms were always clean, and the cabin was warm, comfortable, and had plenty of power outlets and extra pillows for a cozy night’s rest. The outdoor seating in the cabin allowed us to enjoy the stunning views and sunsets. The park also offers a shuttle into town, so you don’t need to worry about driving. Overall, the Top 10 Holiday Park is tidy, quiet, and a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend

LOVED this holiday park. Fantastic location, all the amenities were clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were well laid out so none of your stuff gets wet, and the hair dryer works well. Hot showers. Great camp kitchen. The staff were all great, and shout out to Janine who was super helpful, friendly and polite.

Good choice for budget accommodation near Queenstown. We stayed in one of the cabins, it was rustic and comfortable, everything exactly as advertised. Bathrooms and kitchen were busy but never too crowded. It's a short drive to town, and they run a free shuttle for the carless.

I stayed here for 2 nights. We took the family room. Inside can fit 6 people. The location was quite far from the cities around 9km or 5 miles. The cellphone signal was really bad here. The room was good and clean enough. Free wifi only 250mb. If there is free unlimited wifi probably i will give 4 stars. CONCLUSION = RECOMMENDED if there is free unlimited WiFi!

A much more spacious site compared to the Queenstown Creeksyde Holiday Park. Between the two, I prefer Queenstop Top 10 Holiday Park. The site is more spacious and modern. There was no issue navigating our camper van into the stall. It did rain a bit, so there was a slight puddle in the spot we were in, but that's out of anyone's control. The kitchen hob set up is a bit odd, basically blocking the use of 4-6 hobs because they're in a corner. If you're going to cook during the normal dinner hours, expect to share hobs. There is a BBQ grill outside the main kitchen and another griddle BBQ setup further across the park. There are plenty of washing machines and dryers to use. The bathrooms are also clean and plentiful (5 toilets and 5 showers). There is also a movie room available for use and a heated pool (need to pay) if you fancy a swim. Internet is limited to 1GB/24 hours/device, which isn't too bad if you have multiple devices and/or are just browsing the web. If you're looking to stream videos or upload/download large files, you'll crush through the 1GB allowance in no time.
