Let’s begin by saying that this is not a four-star hotel — at best, it resembles a decent hostel. Given the high price point, I expected significantly more.
On the positive side, the location is quite convenient, with a tram stop right in front. However, this also becomes a major downside, as the windows are so poorly insulated that you can hear all the noise from the street clearly from the room.
The entrance, where the reception is supposed to be, is extremely small and often left unattended. When the room was cleaned, the bed was barely made, coffee pods were not replenished, and towels were not replaced — we had to ask for extras ourselves.
The TV remote had its batteries held in place with tape, which says a lot about the overall maintenance. Breakfast was very basic and felt cheap, with no fresh bread available.
All in all, this was a big disappointment, especially given that it’s marketed as a four-star hotel and priced accordingly. In reality, it barely meets the standards of a one-star accommodation.
