In my years of travel, I can honestly say that this is one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The location, physical plant, rooms, and rooftop are incredible. The breakfast was sublime and was the perfect start to every day. But what made it one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed. Every member of the staff was unflappably kind, pleasant and helpful. On the first night we arrived, my wife fell sick and the staff bent over backwards to help us and accommodate. Their treatment of us only got better from there, and I want to give a huge shout out to Lidia, Beatriz, Carlos, Juan, the other breakfast and rooftop service staff, and the incredible (!!!) cleaning crew for making this trip so pleasant. 12/10 recommend this hotel!

Perfectly located in the city’s historic quarters, Querencia de Sevilla hotel is just steps away from the Cathedral, La Giralda, and the charming old streets that make Sevilla so magical. Its proximity to the metro and bus stops makes exploring nearby neighborhoods effortless. The rooms are beautifully recently designed, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is the hotel’s crown jewel, featuring a refreshing pool and panoramic views of the Sevillian skyline. A truly elegant stay that combines comfort, location, and beauty all in one. We will be back!

Excellent boutique hotel in the centre of Seville. Really nice room very comfortable beds. Very clean. Great service from reception staff. Roof top bar great for a glass of champagne and to see the sun setting with the view of the cathedral and tower. Special shout out to exceptional service from Carlos in La Maestría on the second floor. Great food and lovely ambience. Plus very good value for money. Would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Querencia de Sevilla! A special thanks to Desiree and Eloy for their excellent service and warm welcome — they truly made us feel at home. As a Marriott Titanium member, I was delighted with the beautiful design, comfort, and especially the bed. We also greatly appreciated the upgrade they provided for our anniversary, which made our stay even more special.||The entire team was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day. The prime location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Sevilla.||We highly recommend this hotel to couples, friends, and anyone looking for a memorable stay in a fantastic setting. Thank you to everyone at Querencia de Sevilla for making our trip so special!

Apart from the exceptional location and overall cleanliness of the property (including rooms upon entry and after each housekeeping visit), we were treated very politely and with deference to being a guest. ||Rooms are a tad too small, but cozy and comfortable. The shower offered a tub/jacuzzi immediately adjacent, and the many water features offered a comfortable shower experience.||Breakfast could use a bit of variety…same items were offered each day, which didn’t do justice to the many culinary delights in Seville. The food items were fresh and pleasantly displayed, however…just recommend mixing it up a bit. David was the star employee at each breakfast, and never lost his smile or “can-do” attitude. Others working the breakfast scene could learn a bit from David, however.||Overall, very satisfied and would recommend this property for its location, quality of service, and attention to detail/cleanliness.

I received an email regarding street blockages in Seville, and the prompt and proactive responses ensured that my arrival from the airport late at night went smoothly without any inconvenience. Upon arrival, I was warmly assisted by your night reception staff, Fernando, whose help and friendliness made my check-in process quick and pleasant. I was truly impressed by the beauty and comfort of my room, although I unfortunately did not take any photos as it was late and I was tired.||The following day, I was assisted by one of your staff members whose name I regretfully cannot recall. Their guidance regarding key tourist locations in Seville was incredibly helpful, especially as it was my first visit to this beautiful city.||At check-out, I was assisted by Paula and Pablo, who were both extremely efficient and attentive. They thoughtfully arranged a breakfast for me to take away due to my early departure, despite the breakfast area not being open yet.||The level of service I received throughout my stay was exceptional, and I will not hesitate to recommend Querencia de Sevilla Hotel to my family, colleagues, and friends. This hotel is well located and most tourist sites are in walking distance. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lots of nice touches, it felt luxurious to us! The roof top bar and swimming pool are great and the views across the city from there are amazing. We found all staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast offered a great selection. We would come back and stay here again for sure.

We had a very nice stay at this luxury Marriott property. The location is superb and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff, most notably, Eloy, was super helpful in everything from questions about the hotel, things to see, places to eat and the booking of reservations. The morning breakfast was also very outstanding. It had many local foods as well as things cooked to order. To top it off (pun intended), the rooftop bar and pool were a very relaxing place to view the city, have some drinks and socialize.
