The staff here are top notch. Luca came to get our car at a nearby street so we wouldn’t have to deal with narrow and one way streets. They later went to the garage to get my husband’s jacket after he realized he forgot it in the back seat. They were kind and happy to help with all requests, always asking if they could do anything to make our experience better. I also love having a hotel chat feature with the front desk. Very convenient. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were great. Most hotel restaurants are bland but I would gladly eat at this one again. The room was comfortable and quiet, the orange scented toiletries were lovely and the location is perfect. It’s an easy, flat 8 minute walk to the Alcazar and the cathedral. Their roof deck has great views of the cathedral as well. I would highly recommend the Querencia!

Stayed 4D3N Sep 2025. Fantastic location for first-time visit to Seville. Easily walkable to all major sights and great food spots. Heads-up: Uber/Cabify may not drop you right at the door since the hotel sits on a dead end alley. If it stops short, don’t panic, just walk down or check Google Maps. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and overall this was a better-than-expected Autograph Collection stay (we’ve had mixed experiences with the brand). Our room faced the interior shaft with no view, but the layout was great with good separation between the bed and bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. Didn’t use many amenities, but the rooftop is a highlight, amazing cathedral views. Sunset seating can be competitive and is first-come, first-served (no guest priority). Breakfast was included for us: small spread, basic made-to-order options, fine as a morning filler. Service was friendly and helpful overall, with a few questionable moments but nothing major. Value-wise, it punches above its 4-star weight. Value sweet spot is €250–300/night. Even better under but above that, luxury expectations go up. Would absolutely recommend, especially for first-time visitors to Seville. Well done and hope they continue to deliver great experiences for other guests as they did for us.

We felt truly pampered during our stay at Querencia. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt right. The hotel is clearly very well run, beautifully decorated, organised, and supported by a team that works incredibly well together. Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The location is super central, which made getting around very easy. The reception team was always kind and helpful, and their food recommendations turned out to be excellent. The beds were unbelievably comfortable - after just four nights, we felt completely refreshed. The room was comfortable, spotless, and very cozy (we also had a wonderful view over the square!). Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. Breakfast was a highlight. The fruit, cheeses, and ham were incredibly fresh (seriously… where does that fruit come from?). We also loved having local options like Spanish omelette, as well as the local cookies (dulces conventuales), which we couldn’t get enough of. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed it - the fish dishes were excellent! Although I’ve traveled a lot for business over the years, this hotel easily ranks among the top 3 I’ve ever stayed at. What truly makes it special is the team, the warm atmosphere, and the attention to detail. Every day we were greeted with genuine smiles that made us feel welcome and cared for. A special mention to Emma, who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a smile and always remembered our order. She is a true professional and a real gem. If we could give this place 100/10, we absolutely would. It was unforgettable, deeply relaxing, and a stay we’ll remember for a long time. Our stay at this hotel was amazing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Eloy (I believe that was his name) welcomed us and truly made our stay even better with his kindness and attention. The rooms are very comfortable, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need. On top of that, the hotel has a terrace with one of the best views in Seville. We are definitely coming back to this hotel next time!!

In my years of travel, I can honestly say that this is one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The location, physical plant, rooms, and rooftop are incredible. The breakfast was sublime and was the perfect start to every day. But what made it one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed. Every member of the staff was unflappably kind, pleasant and helpful. On the first night we arrived, my wife fell sick and the staff bent over backwards to help us and accommodate. Their treatment of us only got better from there, and I want to give a huge shout out to Lidia, Beatriz, Carlos, Juan, the other breakfast and rooftop service staff, and the incredible (!!!) cleaning crew for making this trip so pleasant. 12/10 recommend this hotel!

We stayed in Seville for four nights and this hotel was a highlight of our visit. Welcoming staff from the moment you walk in the door, fabulous breakfast in a stunning setting and a gorgeous room (ours was on the 6th floor with a terrace, overlooking the steeples and roofs of Seville). The service was superb. The location is fabulous and we walked everywhere. Stay here, on your Seville visit.

Perfectly located in the city’s historic quarters, Querencia de Sevilla hotel is just steps away from the Cathedral, La Giralda, and the charming old streets that make Sevilla so magical. Its proximity to the metro and bus stops makes exploring nearby neighborhoods effortless. The rooms are beautifully recently designed, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is the hotel’s crown jewel, featuring a refreshing pool and panoramic views of the Sevillian skyline. A truly elegant stay that combines comfort, location, and beauty all in one. We will be back!
