Google
Fodors has never let me down, and it didn't with Quesadilla Mobilia! This was the most beautiful, perfectly cooked, and amazingly thick quesadilla that I have ever had in my life! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! It's extraordinary!

Google
This is such a cool little area in Moab, where all the food trucks set up shop and a very small area. It’s covered and cooled with mister’s now and it’s just a very awesome atmosphere. I’m here in the middle of the summer 98° today and I felt good just sitting there having dinner at the end of the day and some shade and mist. I got the enchanted chicken quesadilla and it was very good. It was also very very loaded, I kinda like my quesadillas with a little less stuff and a little more cheese. But I would consider this superduper fancy for a quesadilla. This also is also very good with it. Not disappointed, actually very pleased with the meal and the taste.

Google
Awesome vegetarian food, also they can customize quesadilla for Jain (no onion, no garlic, and no potatoes). Just ask them for a cheese quesadilla and add as many veggies as you want. The taste was amazing, must try the place if you are vegetarian. They took their time to understand what we were asking for and prepared nice quesadilla. Kids and adults both ate whole quesadillas.

Loaded up. The quesadillas were delicious the menu creatively catered to every palate. We got the fiery fungus and the New Mexico identity crisis. 🤌🏼🤌🏼

Delicious! Perfect after an exhausting day of hiking/biking. Couldn't believe how heavy it was, downed it immediately. Will definitely be going back. I got the

Google
Got the Enchanted Chicken quesadilla and it was delicious! Was definitely enough for me, but could’ve shared it with someone else. Especially enjoyed the sauce that came on the side. And-nothing beats eating under the canopy’s in Moab!

Google
Amazing quesadillas! Absolutely stuffed…my wife & I could have ordered one to split, & still been full. Very friendly, great options. The salsa is incredible, worth the trip on its own. I would have been sad if we’d missed this.

Google
One of the best quesadillas I've ever had...fast friendly service and great staff...if you get the chance to eat here take it!!!

Yelp
Very hefty quesadilla! They don't skimp on the finely shredded chicken in the Enchanted Chicken. Two people could easily split it for lunch. Great flavors and lots of gooey cheese. The salsa and sour cream were a great addition.

Yelp
The most INCREDIBLE quesadillas you will eat. Never expected to find such a delicious food truck in the middle of Moab, but I will definitely not complain - except for the fact I don't live close enough to come back anytime soon! They don't serve your average quesadilla - these quesadillas are gourmet and positively packed with lots of cheese and fresh, delicious inclusions. I don't think I've ever had such a massive quesadilla. The Southern Belle was INCREDIBLE with savory beef, onions, corn, potatoes... Just thinking about it makes me want another one. Only downside was the chipotle lime sour cream on the side did not have as much chipotle flavor as I would've liked. Small little outdoor seating area, but super nice and has misters - it was so hot outside while we were here, and this made our meal so much better! Hands down, highly recommend stopping by for lunch or dinner.

Yelp
Service was friendly and food came out quick. It was nice they had their own dedicated seating outside the Moab Food Truck area. Quesadillas are definitely loaded, but the meat (both chicken and pork) lacked that "pop" of flavor without dipping in the salsa or sour cream.

Yelp
A food truck just short of 5 stars?!?!?!? Had to see and taste it for myself. We came here pretty hungry after sunrise hiking at Arches and decided to split the Southern Belle quesadilla that was toasted to crispy perfection. It's HUGE! Plenty to share since there's no way I could eat one of these on my own. It's so THICK too! Came stuffed with red chile shredded pork that's ultra tender and very flavorful, sweet potatoes which I happen to love and an interesting addition, and sautéed corn & onions for extra flavor as if it wasn't already flavorful enough. Each bite was fantastic. Our quesadilla also came with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and chipotle lime sour cream. We ate it all up and left totally satisfied. Appreciate all the outdoor seating that's shaded and the friendly service with a smile. This place should definitely be on your Moab list.

Yelp
Delicious! Highly recommend. We had the enchanted chicken quesadilla and the spicy pork one with sweet potato - don't recall the name. Both delicious and filling- couldn't eat it all. Service quick and friendly, prices around $13 each which is average for a food cart.
google avatar

Yelp
Just excellent - had three different quesadillas, all were awesome, excellent service as well. Highly recommended!

Yelp
My husband and I had the Cubano's Cousin which had red chili pork, black beans, sautéed jalapeños and onions, banana peppers, and of course, cheese. It was one of the best quesadillas we have had. They didn't skimp on the ingredients. Great bang for your buck. Definitely give this little yellow food truck a try!

Yelp
Fun food truck located in the Moab Food Truck space. They serve on thing, and do it very well and as you might guess that is quesadillas. They have about eight queso offerings along with chips and guac. The wife got the Southern Belle: Savory shredded beef with roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed onions and sautéed corn. Grilled perfectly with cheddar/jack cheese and a great cheese skirt is the result. I ordered the Enchanted Chicken: Tender chicken w/ green chile sauce, topped with sautéed corn, onions and red bell peppers and refried beans. Again, grilled perfectly with the same cheese mix. We also ordered a side of chips and while not homemade they were crisp and warm when server. Ambiance was what you expect from a truck parked on the side of a street. Why only four stars you ask? Well the salsa (served on the side) was mediocre. I ordered spicy and it was not. Rather bland and boring. The mild green chili was ok but did not pair well with the shredded beef and the other ingredients. I also got quite excited about the chipotle sour cream which simply tasted like sour that had some very light brown tinge of color and some unknown seasoning. They probably added some minute amount of chipotle, just not enough to balance out the sour cream. Highly recommend the place and we will be back. But will skip the salsas.

Yelp
We stopped for a late lunch while in Moab after a long day of hiking. The food was ridiculously delicious!! These are not your run-of-the-mill quesadillas. They are stuffed with interesting combinations of flavorful ingredients. We got the Enchanting Chicken and the Southern Belle to split. Both had a crispy tortilla with soooo much melty goodness in the middle. The sauces that came with them were amazing as well. Order a side of guac...you won't be sorry!

Yelp
The "New Mexico Identity Crisis" may have been the most delicious quesadilla I've ever tried. Very creative ingredients. I figured it had to be good when my "best restaurant" searches kept coming back with a food truck recommendation. Amazing flavors!
google avatar

Yelp
Super tasty green chili chicken quesadilla was LOADED with ingredients and had great flavor. The staff was friendly and the food came out rather quickly. It's located right in the heart of downtown in the food truck court. Shade available but can get crowded.

Kelly C.

Yelp
Their vegan option was loaded with veggies and so delish. Also had a gluten free option so it was the first quesadilla I've had in years and wow, so yummy! The owner took my order and she was a gem.

Aidan A.

Yelp
Amazing service!! I got the southern belle and it was a very good quesadilla. Also a very nice area with air conditioned bathrooms.

Yelp
Our favorite place to eat in Moab! Consistently good and delicious . They are only open from 11-6 each day.
google avatar

Glenn G.

Yelp
We had read excellent reviews of this food truck and stopped by for dinner on our second night in Moab. It was also very convenient to our hotel and adjacent to a larger food truck park. I would agree with the reviews that the quesadillas were delicious. We split a New Mexico Identity Crisis enchilada, plus chips and guac. I believe this is a woman-owned truck based on the staff. They got busy right after we ordered, and definitely seem like a popular spot. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Great food, the service amazing and great place, the atmosphere friendly and clean. Some co-worker recommended they said the best quesadillas in town.. he was right

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick snack while shopping on main street Moab. What a surprise. Best quesadilla I have ever eaten. Very large. Well toasted. Stuffed full of meat. Melted cheese. Delicious.

Nathan P.

Yelp
The food was incredible. One of the best quesadillas I have ever had. I ended up heading here on a road trip and ate the rest on the road but I wish I took more with me.

Yelp
Quesadilla Mobilla came up as #1 on Trip Advisor for food and it's so obvious why. You might think, "$13.00 for a tortilla with some cheese, wtf?!" But no, it's not just $13.00 for a tortilla and cheese. Let's get into this. This modest food truck whips up gourmet quesadillas with a twist like you've never seen before. Their lengthy menu is full of delicious options. It was so hard to choose! Ultimately I went with the Sweet & Spicy (plentiful layer of fresh spinach is covered with our delicious spicy roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed red bell peppers, black beans and green chile, all fused together with cheddar/jack cheese, $12.00). I didn't want to share (you won't either so get your own!) so my husband got the Enchanted Chicken (Tender chicken slow cooked in homemade New Mexico green chile sauce, topped with sautéed corn, onions and red bell peppers with a thin layer of our tasty refried beans. And finished by melting it all together with a blend of cheddar/jack cheeses, $12.00). The quesadilla came out quick! And holy moly, they're huge! The Sweet & Spicy was generously stuffed with veggies and ooey-gooey cheese. The blend of seasoning was out of this world, and you've got the get their housemade chipotle sour cream on the side. The Enchanted Chicken was extraordinary! So much chicken and other ingredients packed with flavor. It was quite messy to eat but in my opinion those are the best! I also felt great afterwards, so the ingredients must be high quality. Definitely worth a stop whether you're staying or just passing thru Moab. 10/10 would return!

Yelp
Didn't find this place by reviews, google, Yelp, or anything online. Stopped one day when we were out here 4 wheeling. 1. It gets busy, so plan for some time. 2. Just eat there. It's very very good. 10/10. No further explanation needed. If you know my reviews you know what #2 means. Just go there. Thank me later.

Yelp
My husband loves quesadillas, so as soon as he found this place in Moab, he told me we were going. We tried the Southern Belle. I loved that it wasn't your traditional quesadilla. The addition of sweet potatoes was my favorite part. There were many other options I would have been happy to try, but we went next door to check out the food truck park. I'd happily come back next time I'm in Moab.
google avatar

Victoria T.

Yelp
Quesadilla Mobilla was just okay. Def not very authentic quesadillas, but we came to try it because it had such good reviews online. I got the southern belle quesadilla, and I thought it was just average. I didn't think the addition of the sweet potatos made it any better than a regular quesadilla. It felt like quesadillas catered toward American audiences.
google avatar

Stan D.

Yelp
We like this place so much we went there twice. The first time we got the southern belle quesadilla. We were so hungry. We ate it before we could take a picture. The second time we got the New Mexico quesadilla. Both times they quesadillas were very full excellent flavor and a great blend of other items in the quesadilla.
google avatar

Yelp
Super spot to get fabulous quesadillas! Huge, fresh and delicious! Dedicated owners working hard to provide an excellent meal! Check it out!!!
google avatar

Mattie C.

Yelp
So so tasty! They cute the quesadilla into 4 slices and it's perfect to share between 2 people. We got the southern belle with mild salsa and chipotle lime sour cream and it was just the right amount of spice without being too over powering. A great place for a quick but filling lunch! I would definitely come here again
google avatar

Yelp
The chicken quesadilla was mind blowing! i saved half in my cooler for another meal on my road trip back to Phoenix. Fast service and convenient location; folks can choose from several food providers nearby if you are traveling with a fickle herd of pedal pushers during your moab biking escapades!
google avatar

Dawn K.

Yelp
We ordered a few different quesadillas, and let me tell you these are some of the best! So much flavor, crisp on the outside, gooey cheesy delicious on the inside!
google avatar

Ella S.

Yelp
Food was served quick and the amount was hardy. The ambiance was nice, all outdoor seating since this is a food truck. The tables are really close to the trash cans so you can smell the trash when you eat down wind. Otherwise not bad.

Sorangel C.

Yelp
Great food! Best quesadillas ever! We had the Cubana's Cousin - all the flavors together were very tasty ! We got the hot dipping sauce to give it an extra kick! Highly recommend, can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Date of visit, 09/07/22 After our visit to Arches National Park, we stopped here on the recommendation of personnel at the ANP visitors center. My wife had the Southern Belle with chicken and I the Fiery Fungus. Both were very delicious as were the sauces. A nice crispy exterior folded over a soft center full of tasty meat, cheese and other ingredients. Highly recommend and would return when in the area.

Erica K.

Yelp
We ordered the Southern Belle, The Enchanted Chicken and the New Mexico Identity Crisis. We also got extra guacamole and the chipotle sour cream. They were all so good, we shared and each had a piece of all of them. The Southern Belle pork is well spiced and pairs perfectly with the corn/sweet potatoes and onions, it was the best with the guacamole. The Enchanted Chicken was delicious and the New Mexico Identity crisis was delicious with the salsa and sour cream. I can't pick a favorite, they were all so good. Super easy to find the Moab Food Truck Park and the tables/covers were perfect to lovely. Service was great, food order was quick and efficient and our quesadillas came out quickly. We ate almost everything before I took a picture, but there are lots of pictures already. Will definitely be back to have more.

Yelp
Sweet & Spicy made this carnivore question ever eating meat again! Sweet and Spicy Quesadilla

Yelp
Read the reviews and had to stop by after hiking all day! Quick service! Amazing food and quality!

Yelp
A FANTASTIC food truck to grab some food after hiking at Arches National Park all morning. I ordered the cuban quesadilla and my friend and I found a nice table in the shade 20 feet away from the truck. The employees were beyond friendly, provided prompt service, and use a microphone speaker to call out names when the order was ready. My cuban quesadilla was mighty tasty and the perfect lunch before continuing onto my next adventure! Lots of love to Moab, Utah!

Mya B.

Yelp
VERY VERY VERY good! I got the enchanted chicken quesadilla and it was easily one of the best quesadillas I've ever had! Highly recommend! Also, the service was quick for the amount of people that were there Ate here again 2 days later as we were driving back through town and was just as good the second time
google avatar

Brena E.

Yelp
What a cute name for a food truck! I went over lunch and this place was packed! I was lucky to get a table. I ordered a quesadilla that had meat and it was so filling. I couldn't finish the whole thing. I feel like a couple people could share one order for an inexpensive lunch. I got sour cream with mine and they came in individual packets, but it was nearly impossible for me to open. Might have just been a fluke or just me, but I was frustrated by that.
google avatar

Grace K.

Yelp
This place was right in the center of town and on the Main Street right by the Moab food truck park. It was super crowded but it didn't take too long to give our order and wait for the food. Me and someone else split the Sweet and Spicy and we added corn, got both salsas and both sour creams and it was delicious. They are very big so it was a perfect portion for lunch to split it in half. The outdoor seating was nice and though it was crowded it didn't seem like anyone was without a place to eat. If all else fails I guess you could walk over to the middle of the food truck park. Anyways, super good break between morning and evening Arches exploring. Highly recommend!!!

Balakumar R.

Yelp
Tried after a friend recommended this place when visiting arches national park. Got their sweet n spicy and enchanted chicken quesadillas and the price to portion/quality ratio was definitely worth the buck. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick grab.
google avatar

Karen F.

Yelp
Grabbed a quick bite here. It's busy, but worth the wait. Ordered the chicken quesadilla and was really good. Shredded chicken with lots of flavor. I ordered the chipotle sour cream with it, and its a great option. Check them out.

Yelp
Opps! I forge to finsih this bad-boy from last July... So, baking up a few months...this was a nice little find - per usual - in the warm little metropolis of Moab. I can't even begin to tell y'all how good these quesadilla's were...let's just say excellent. The wait was a little longer than I thought it would be however, they were slammed and, it was 105 degrees outside so, a minute seemed like 3. ;) Well worth the wait however....great good, fresh, delicious and creative. enjoy.
google avatar

Bro H.

Yelp
They added a "vegan" item to their menu and list themselves on here as having a vegan option, but then clearly state on their menu that the vegan option is bad. This is such weirdly bad customer service that I feel obliged to write a review. Owners: take down the "vegan" option and unlist yourself as vegan on here, and I'll happily delete this review, shoot me a message
google avatar

Yelp
Says it's open and drove up to it at 11:15 and was closed Disappointed wish they had correct hours posted

Yelp
Quesadilla Mobilla is so good! The perfect place to feed my family. My kids loved the cheese quesadillas! The Southern Belle and Enchanted Chicken quesadillas were really yummy and flavorful. The line was a bit long but totally worth it for good food!
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped here after driving from Zion to Moab. We were famished and Quesadilla Mobilla did not disappoint. Big portions and delicious! Cute eating area too.

Yelp
What a spot this was!! Wowza - little did I know the treat my tastebuds and soul would be receiving! Stopped here after a long day of adventuring and hiking in Moab and I'm so glad I did!! Loved the friendly service and the fact that a speaker was used to call out names when orders were ready: fantastic organization! Now let's get to the good good: I had the sweet and spicy vegetarian quesadilla and my partner had the dirt bag. SO. OUTSTANDINGLY. DELICIOUS. What a symphony of pleasure my taste buds experienced!! The crunch of the hot and crispy quesadilla, the melted cheese, the well seasoned vegetables, the harmony of chipotle sour cream, guacamole, and spicy salsa... GIMME MORE PLEASE!! I wish I would've ordered another to take home with me!! TLDR: Yes, you should stop here and try out the quesadillas. 10/10 recommend. Tasty. Fresh. Well worth the wait!!
google avatar

Janeen D.

Yelp
This truck has been here for years and is still jamming out totally amazing and fun quesadillas. Despite having to wait a little bit in a line usually, these quesadillas are the tastiest and crispiest treat for lunch, after a nice morning on the trail. I love the New Mexico Identity Crisis. It is Green chile chicken, black olives, artichoke hearts, and spinach. It comes with sour cream and a tomatillo style salsa. I had the chipotle sour cream, but they also offer regular sour cream. Their quesadillas come packed with just the right amount of goodness sandwiched in between the tortilla, and grilled to perfection. I can't wait to return!

Wayne Y.

Yelp
Hands down the best quesadilla ever! We had plenty of traditional quesadillas from San Francisco the Mission district. This place captured the traditional flavors yet added new and healthy ingredients! It was done perfectly crispy and not overly cheesy. Still got the cheese stretching out as you pull the pieces apart but not feeling your arteries being clogged. That is a new level! We ordered one to try. It was so good and we went back an hour later for more. The lady takes the order was also very friendly and nice. There were outdoor sitting area around the food truck. That is a must try in Moab!
google avatar

Yelp
This was our best meal out of our 3 days in Moab!  We wanted to try it earlier but alas they close at 6pm.  The next day we rushed here about 20 minutes before they closed and were so happy they were still taking orders.  We shared the Southern Belle which has red chili beef, corn, onions and sweet potatoes.  And also the New Mexico Identity Crisis which has green chili chicken, black olives, spinach and artichoke.  These are THE best quesadilla anywhere I've eaten! They are not overpowered with big blobs of oily cheese, but instead each bite is full of protein and fresh veggies.  The tortilla is crispy and grilled with a perfect crunch.  At under $10 a quesadilla they are delicious and very affordable in the expensive tourist Moab city. We added a side of guacamole and even the package of sour cream was delicious! Quesadilla Mobilla definitely made our Arches road trip memorable!
