Quesadilla Mobilla

Awesome vegetarian food, also they can customize quesadilla for Jain (no onion, no garlic, and no potatoes). Just ask them for a cheese quesadilla and add as many veggies as you want. The taste was amazing, must try the place if you are vegetarian. They took their time to understand what we were asking for and prepared nice quesadilla. Kids and adults both ate whole quesadillas.

Best place to eat in Moab! They recently moved to the food trailer park down the street from where they previously were located. We go here everyday when visiting Moab for lunch or dinner. Even when camping! My favorite is the Southern Belle, but all are good options!

Got the Enchanted Chicken quesadilla and it was delicious! Was definitely enough for me, but could’ve shared it with someone else. Especially enjoyed the sauce that came on the side. And-nothing beats eating under the canopy’s in Moab!

Absolutely delicious! We didn’t even get a chance to take a photo — we devoured those juicy quesadillas like hungry coyotes. Big thanks to the chef and the team for an amazing dinner. Solid 10 out of 10!

Absolutely love this place! The Quesadilla Mobile has long been one of my favorite spots in Moab. The quesadillas are seriously the best I’ve had anywhere! Fun presentation, tons of delicious options (the Dirtbag and Sweet n’ Spicy are my go-tos), and their location at the Moab Food Park is awesome.

The quesadilla was HEFTY! Absolutely loaded with meat and ingredients. Very delicious and great food for the price.

This place is a must try if you’re in the area. 10/10 chicken quesadilla was amazing. Highly highly recommend if you’re feeling Mexican, this is the spot!!! Tried 2 others before and they were terrible. The vibes here are awesome. Very friendly staff and great people. 💪🏼💯
