Great experience, other than the fact that there was no ability to plug in an HDMI cable to the TV and play from a laptop, due to a "Foxtel only" remote, with no ability to change inputs from the preselected one. However, management responded to my feedback; hopefully they're not locked in to Rupert, and this could be addressed. Other than that, front desk staff were excellent and the room was sparkling clean. Highly recommended if you don't mind Foxtel.

Loved Quest Albury! We were visiting family & normally stay elsewhere, thought we'd try somewhere new & super glad we did. Will definitely stay again next time we visit family. Great value for money, super clean modern apartment, comfy bed, awesome large shower. Staff were wonderful, super friendly & happy to assist with all our questions. Located within walking distance of shops, cafes & restaurants. Free on-site parking

We stay in Quest apartments all over Australia and this one was a real let down. The biggest issue was the terrible AC which was unusable because it was so loud and made a crackling type of noise as if the units were broken. Basically they should have been replaced by now. There are many split systems available which are inexpensive and quiet. We also found the attitude of the person on the front desk unsatisfactory for a customer-facing business. If the AC was replaced and attitude fixed it would be a good place to stay as the rooms are spacious and well equipped with nice views of the surrounding area. And it's a good location near all the main shops, cafes etc.

Stayed at Quest Albury for work. The rooms are decently spacious. You have enough room to move around. The kitchenette is a great addition for those wanting to have a quiet night in or breakfast in the room. I really like having this option available. The bathroom was clean and very usable. Not complaints. Overall the room was great, a little old but nothing to make it uncomfortable. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be staying here again.

The Quest was the perfect location. Close enough to venues to walk home after the event and walk to breakfast the next day to meet up with friends. But far enough away from the main street to be peaceful. Highly recommend!

Good stay. Most staff very lovely & helpful. Impeccable rooms. Only downfall is we were promised 10% off as we are Quest members but was not applied and was charged full rate. Parking is also super confusing if you’re a first timer.

Room was nice but was really disappointed with my stay. We were woken up at 8am sharp due to extremely loud and constant construction noise right up until we checked out. To put us in a room opposite not one, but the whole hallway of rooms getting renovated when there’s multiple other floors we could have stayed on is extremely frustrating.

We stayed at Quest Albury for a sleep-over during our Sydney to Melbourne road trip—and honestly, we wish we had more time there! The hotel is modern, sleek, and absolutely spotless. Everything felt fresh and new, with thoughtful, high-quality amenities throughout. We booked the one-bedroom apartment, which was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was cozy, and to our delight, the room was perfectly warm when we arrived—such a welcome relief after a long drive in freezing winter weather, especially since we got there super late. The receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating. Since we arrived after 9 PM (when reception closes), she made sure our room key was safely left in a secure box for easy access—such thoughtful service! The location is excellent—just an 8-minute walk to Woolworths, which made grabbing some fresh fruits and snacks a breeze. The apartment had everything: a fridge, oven, microwave, full cooking utensils, plus a washing machine and dryer—perfect for families or road trippers wanting to freshen up. There’s even a restaurant called 2640 conveniently located beneath the hotel, and everything in town felt close and easily accessible. Highly recommend Quest Albury—clean, modern, warm, and so well thought out. It made a quick stopover feel like a mini getaway!

Yelp
As an Australian Attorney that travels a lot between Australia and the USA, I usually stay at the Hyatt or Intercontinental chains and of course in a large regional Australian town such hotels do not exist. I discovered Quest Albury via a friends referral and I must say he was right on the money. The service was fantastic, the room secure (an important factor in my line of work), very clean, nice lay out and a great view of Albury. Check in was streamlined and I even met the owner operators who are also very personable. The charge back from the restaurant and bar below is great and I must say the whole experience was fantastic with great parking tool. Overall the pricing was right for the area and my only wish was that Quest be in the USA on the east coast. Finally, if you are thinking of a romantic or family get away I would recommend Quest Albury in a heart beat.

Yelp
It's 2015 and these apartment are by no means modern any more and are in need of refurbishment. Definitely not a 4 1/2 star hotel, more like a 3, and disappointing for a Quest apartment. Air con is old and noisy (and smelly - yuk! like someone is breathing on you), tv's are small, the shower head is old and crappy and sprays pulsating water all over the place, beds need changing and are lumpy, housekeeping hadn't changed the light bulb so bedside lamp not working, alarm clock not plugged in. Staff are friendly which is nice but doesn't make up for an uncomfortable stay. I won't be staying here ever again. Best Western is better.
