Quest Ballarat

I have stayed at Quest apartments before, so was pleased there was a Quest at Ballarat where I could stay with my daughter on this visit. I booked the executive two bedroom apartment because there was a full bathroom in one of the rooms, and a shower stall in the other. I prefer a shower stall, so this suited very well. And I have to say one of the reasons I love Quest is the beds. Their mattresses are amazing. I have said over the years that if ever I need a new mattress, Quest mattress will be the one.

Absolutely loved our stay at Quest Ballarat. Apartments are bright, spotless and spacious. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable. Reception staff super helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Quest Ballarat in Dawson ST Nth for 4 weeks and the room, facilities and staff were all fabulous. Parking and gym onsite was great and I appreciated the kitchen facilities as well. Quest is conveniently located near pubs and restaurants being near the main street of town. Double glazing helped keep the room warm and the noise down. A great place to stay!

Travelled from interstate for family event. Booked a studio for a week just for me. Perfect location. Spacious, quiet, well appointed and comfortable room (with a super comfy king size bed). Good sized shower with great water pressure and an LED shower head. Friendly and welcoming staff. A business hub, gym, guest laundry and courtyard area, too. Thanks Quest!

Great shower... staff were lovely super early check in so that was a win Curtains didn't shut properly as per our photo so that made our afternoon nap hard and lots of light in the morning.

We booked a show in Ballarat and wanted to stay somewhere close to the venue. We originally booked based on location and cost but Quest delivered so much more. Service was top notch, the place was quiet, we had all the amenities we needed, and the bed was a great size and super comfy.

I wouldn’t recommend. Great location but other than that, very lacklustre. Body wash in the shower was empty. You have to be 5ft or smaller to fit under the shower head. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was non existent. The bed sheets/throw looked very dirty. It was just overall not a very pleasurable experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great central place to stay in Ballarat. Clean apartments with everything you need. Lots of space to have family in.
