Quest Canberra

We had a very comfortable stay during our trip to Canberra. Located in the heritage Melbourne Building in the city centre, the hotel is easily accessible. Public transport interchange is right next to the hotel, which was important for us. Check in and check out were smooth, reception was efficiently manned. We had booked a one bedroom apartment, which came with a proper kitchen, utensils, washing machine etc. All the applicances were in good condition. Our room didn't come with any good view. There are a number of restaurants and pubs in the vicinity. So food and entertainment are taken care of. Highly recommended!

​Quest Canberra provides an exceptional stay with large, comfortable apartments perfect for any traveler. Having a full kitchen and laundry in the central city is incredibly convenient and a great value. The staff are welcoming, making this a highly recommended.

I had a great stay! The location was very convenient — close to shops and public transport. Parking on the street was easy during the weekend, which was a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed for cooking. The place was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

An older but large quiet, practical, quiet and very comfortable apartment for a short stay - with full kitchen, washing facilities and aircon in bedroom and lounge room.||The balcony and view (from room 22) are not great - but that didn't bother me. I was interested in feeling safe & comfortable and having close proximity to ANU and public transport as well as a quiet night's sleep. In this respect it was a perfect place to stay on a budget.||Although the lift was out of action, Arman at front desk was incredibly helpful carrying bags up/down the stairs - he always had a warm welcome, good advice on local cafes etc and went to great lengths to make sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed. He is a great ambassador for the Quest brand.

Staff were lovely. My room was spacious and had a private courtyard. It was clean and bright. I stayed for three nights on business. Overall it was nice enough. The only small anoyance was that the air ducting (I assume) buzzed really loudly in the room every evening until about midnight which was a bit annoying when going to sleep. But it was quiet after that.

We had an amazing stay at Quest Canberra. The room was modern, clean and the staff were absolutely beautiful. Everything was restocked during the day while we were out, we didn't have to ask for anything. Parking was easy and reasonably priced at $20 per day. Absolutely will stay here again

I stayed only one night, checking out the following morning. The room and building felt tired and in need of a fresh coat of paint, but were otherwise warm and comfortable. Unfortunately, in the morning there was no hot water for a shower. I tried calling reception from the room phone, but no one answered. As I was in a rush to attend a function, I had to wash as best I could over the sink — which was also partially blocked and drained very slowly. I reported these issues to reception on check-out and was told someone would get back to me, but no one did. Sadly, I can’t give this stay a good rating.
