Quest Docklands Apartment Hotel

Overall comfortable 1 night stay. Booking/Room as described, with all necessities provided.Staff were welcoming, warm and helpful. I would recommend Quest Docklands and would consider staying again myself. Fantastic location with walkable surroundings and nice sights! Smooth check-in & check-out process; precheck-in option is a great feature, I saw it too late to utilise.Air vents may need cleaning as it didn't feel as cool as expected, woke up a little sweaty but the humid morning could have been messing with temperature.Air definitely flowing though as had to fiddle with the curtains to minimise slight bumping sounds it was making against the frame.I appreciate the welcome letter, especially the clarification on the no smoking policy. Environmentally conscious attention, always a plus!

Well appointed apartment. Ideal for groups. The options available for bed configuration is a bonus. Location perfect for visiting the city and sporting venues. Central for trains, trams and buses.

Overall we were very happy. This is the second time we stay at Quest. Location is great and close to trams and many places we wanted to visit. Amenities were very close. The staff were very helpful in directions.

Room clean. Aircon/heater works ok. Old style model. Soap, shampoo smells lovely but condionder in second room empty. Would stay here again as in general every was good especially for price and location.

This is our go to hotel when travelling into the city it's close to all the main attractions, the rooms are updated and have everything you need. They are always clean even their coffee and tea selection is great. Staff are friendly and willing to help if needed. Prices are great for what you get.

Reception staff were friendly. Struggled to get a park to check in. Such a pain. ||Room was clean but the floor had a funky smell. But everything else was fine.

We stayed for 4 nights in Dec 2025. Overall was very good experience. The reception staff were excellent. We got upgraded to a single bedroom apartment.

Perfect hotel when coming from out of town and need a hotel for going to concert or football at Marvel stadium. Literally 1 min walk. Rooms are a bit dated and could do with a refresh. Staff very friendly

We stayed at the Quest Docklands for over 6 months. I loved the location which was convenient to anywhere in the city. We could catch the trolley or just walk anywhere. The rooms were well kept, comfy beds and the staff was overly amazing and helpful. It was easy to make it our home..
