Quest Docklands Apartment Hotel

I recently made a last-minute booking with Quest Docklands for a single room and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. From the moment of reservation, the concierge team demonstrated exceptional communication, providing timely text updates with clear instructions to ensure my safe arrival and easy access to the building. This level of attentiveness and professionalism is rarely seen and far exceeded my expectations compared to many other places I’ve stayed. To my pleasant surprise, I was upgraded to a One-Bedroom Executive Apartment upon check-in. The upgrade not only added extra comfort but also highlighted Quest Docklands’ commitment to guest satisfaction. The apartment was immaculate — the cleanliness was remarkable, with every detail meticulously maintained. From spotless surfaces to a dust-free environment, it was evident that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The space itself was modern, spacious, and well-appointed, offering both comfort and functionality. It felt more like a home away from home than just another hotel room. Combined with the outstanding service from the staff, this experience has set a new standard for me in terms of quality accommodation. I would highly recommend Quest Docklands to anyone seeking reliable service, thoughtful hospitality, and superior comfort. I look forward to returning in the future.

This is our go to hotel when travelling into the city it's close to all the main attractions, the rooms are updated and have everything you need. They are always clean even their coffee and tea selection is great. Staff are friendly and willing to help if needed. Prices are great for what you get.

Perfect hotel when coming from out of town and need a hotel for going to concert or football at Marvel stadium. Literally 1 min walk. Rooms are a bit dated and could do with a refresh. Staff very friendly

This was a fantastic place to stay during my first trip away from my family. The facilities were excellent and the location was perfect. The only complaint I had was the flag pole outside my room from the Marvel Stadium made a high pitched tinging noise all day and night which made it difficult to sleep.

Outstanding customer service. Comfortable, clean and well set out rooms. Secure undercover parking on the premises is a huge positive. Perfect position for events at Marvel stadium. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again

Lovely large, clean room (albeit not modern). Excellent location - directly opposite Marvel Stadium. Despite a big match happening the noise was minimal, you could hear loudspeaker announcements but not in a disruptive way. Room was super dark overnight (with the help of a tshirt over the heater light). Downfalls: - room temp was 30 and split system also on 30 so when we got into the room it was boiling hot and stuffy - room was very dark with not a lot of natural or unnatural light - shower was small and water temp terrible, inconsistent water pressure and had to keep adjusting the temp because it was either freezing or boiling and no in between - no blankets in room (and no information on welcome sheet about any from front desk) - no milk, water etc in fridge or room (could purchase bottled water from front desk however this was not made known anywhere and only saw upon check out) - staff gave very minimal information, not sure if there was a restaurant or anything but assuming there wasn’t Extremely expensive compared to other hotels nearby and wouldn’t return personally. Don’t feel like there was anything enticing about the place except the location.

We were in Melbourne for a family gathering to celebrate a family members birthday. Location was close to transport which was a plus.||Our 2 bedroom apartment was excellent for our needs. If I have one complaint, it would be that the pillows were not the best!||

Overall good place to stay, close to trains and shops. Right next to Marvel stadium. Negatives were the beds were hard! Can be noisy if an event is on at the stadium.

We stayed at the Quest Docklands for over 6 months. I loved the location which was convenient to anywhere in the city. We could catch the trolley or just walk anywhere. The rooms were well kept, comfy beds and the staff was overly amazing and helpful. It was easy to make it our home..
