Quest Echuca Apartment Hotel

Equal best Quest we have ever stayed in (Ballarat is the other one definitely worth a stay if you're over that way) Perfectly located to walk and explore Echuca. Quiet rooms Beds super comfortable, everything we needed to cook. Balcony perfect for sitting out and having a coffee in the evening. Top it all off staff super welcoming and happy to help in any way possible. We will definitely be back.

A warm welcome, clean rooms with modern amenities. The little touches like the welcome note with chocolates (loved that they were from a regional Victorian business also) make all the difference. As a business traveller I’ll be highly recommending and look forward to returning. A bonus that it’s situated in a great location also!

The Quest was absolutely perfect for our night in Echuca. We stayed in the Studio Executive Apartment and the room was clean & tidy and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and location nice and quiet. On Check in the staff were welcoming and it was a nice easy process. Will definitely be our number one choice to stay when visiting Echuca again.

We are currently guests at this hotel and I wanted to write a review mostly about the Staff here. The duty manager Shal greeted us with a warmest of welcomes and the biggest smile. We checked in and we were not happy with the room. I Went down stairs and told her the issues with the room and without question she changed our room and she came up with us to make sure that everything was to her standard. What a wonderful start to a weekend get away. Thank you Shal for being so welcoming, understanding and so wonderful. Your customer service is by far the best I have experienced for a long time.

Nice clean property in central location that met our needs. Reception staff very courteous and helpful. Good size room and facilities making it good value.

Fantastic room and great staff. Clean, roomy, everything was perfect. We asked for recommendations from reception staff and they gave us terrific advice. Could not fault anything.

We enjoyed our stay at Quest echuca. We loved our stay because the apartment was very clean and well set up. The staff were kind and friendly. This is the best place in Echuca to stay at. We will definitely be back here.

Friendly, helpful staff. Location is central to the town and very close to the river and the port. Rooms very clean but unless you have a front room the views are just of the back of shops. Pool was very clean and refreshing at the end of a hot day but it’s just a small fenced area at the back of the carpark. Overall pretty good though and they did look after us.

I guess if you need somewhere basic to stay this would be okay. It's just another very generic, soulless apartment hotel. The decent size of the room was nice but how uncomfortable the beds were ruined it for me. There wasn't enough parking provided so we had to park on the street which was a bit annoying.
