Quest Hotel and Conference Center - Cebu

The room I got had a great view, and the breakfast buffet was awesome. The rooms are full of free stuff, and the housekeeping was attentive (they managed to always refill my shampoo, tidy up my bed, and provide freshly glass-bottled water). Also, I was able to experience one of the easiest check in and check out processes for 3/4 star hotels. They won't get deposits for incidentals, and they won't keep you wait when checking out. The pool can be larger, though.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations!The hotel's location is perfect for business travelers like myself. It's strategically situated in the heart of Cebu, making it easily accessible to major business hubs and attractions. Grab is also easier to book. The room is clean, and well-maintained. Although it’s smaller on the actual than the photos, still I appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable bed, which ensured a good night's sleep.What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were warm, friendly, and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.Also, the breakfast here is appetizing. It is really good! Lot of choices!Overall, I highly recommend Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in Cebu. I'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay for 3 days whilst in Cebu. All the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive, especially Dan on reception when we checked in and out, and Kate who was really chatty every morning when we arrived for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. We had late check out which was reasonably priced. The breakfast selection included in our room fee was exceptional, such a wide selection. Everything we tried tasted lovely including room service.

Great in-room service!! Great food! I was starving by the time I arrived around 11PM and the kitchen made a life-saving omelette with vegetables and fruits! My food was brought by Noe, a lovely employee who was super kind and friendly. And this was around midnight where I wasn’t expecting anything and yet I got the best comfy food I could get. Thank you for being so lovely.

It's an awesome hotel! Very clean and modern. The staff are all very friendly. Rooms are top notch in cleanliness, coffee maker, safe, big TV, comfortable beds, etc. Security is excellent at the entrance. As well, the floors are card/room key access only!! Just a short five minute walk to the HUGE mall that has EVERY store and restaurant you can want. I will definitely be considering this hotel again the next time I'm in Cebu!

We had an amazing time celebrating New Year's Eve! The food was absolutely incredible. We loved every bite! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. We're already planning our return trip and can't wait to experience it all again!

Great hotel. All staff were excellent. Very polite and helpful. Rooms were spotless,with good amenities . I congratulate the Housekeeping team. Breakfast was good but a little confusing to obtain a hot drink. Needs a small adjustment. Have stayed before and will stay again. Recommended.

Amazing hotel not far from the airport and in the middle of the city centre with easy access to the main mall. The staff are extremely kind and I loved the stay. The bed was so comfortable and the view from the hotel is so good. The breakfast buffet was so good and full of different variety of foods. I loved the stay and highly recommend this place. There was a food sized gym and a pool as well.
