Quest Hotel and Conference Center - Cebu

Quick check-in. Clean comfortable room. We had an issue with our Aircon, but they transferred us to another room with 15 minutes. Good service. Very friendly. Restaurant for breakfast was good. Buffet style. Again, great service. Location is outstanding. Ayala Mall across the street. Very good restos within walking distance. We've stayed here many times.

Current guest (room 2017) and can't wait to check out. Staying in the residences and the WiFi is terrible and virtually non existent, utensils provided in the kitchenette are sparse and the hob/electric burner doesn't work well. The staff are generally awful and allow anyone into the hotel despite their protocol of guests having to register after a certain time to enter and when complaining to management about it, they even got the times incorrect when guests are allowed even when I provided them with written evidence. Avoid this place at all cost, it might be convenient for location but the staff and facilities are terrible. The general manager Kat, was very poor in dealing with a complaint and needs training. Do not stay here.

Stayed at Quest Hotel Cebu and had a really great experience! The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay. The staff are very courteous and attentive — they really make you feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect, just across Ayala Center Cebu, so everything you need is within walking distance — shops, restaurants, and cafes. The breakfast buffet also offers a good variety of food to start your day right. Overall, Quest Hotel Cebu is an excellent choice whether you’re in the city for business or leisure. Great value, great service, and great location!

Fabulous place. Great service and excellent buffet. When in Cebu this hotel stands out among other place. Staff very attentive and no long wait for your room to be available. They understand the traveler’s need for early check in. Highly recommended after a long haul travel.

I had a wonderful experience at Puso Bistro & Bar, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, but what really stood out was the warm and attentive service. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, checking in just enough to make sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. They went out of their way to recommend dishes, refill drinks promptly, and even accommodate a few last‑minute requests with a genuine smile. There are no slippers provided. Location is safe with plenty of food options in the surrounding area. Ayala Center Mall Cebu is just a few steps away. Outside street noise can be heard despite being on a high floor (17th) so room soundproofing needs improvement. Staff are all professional and nice. Taking taxi normally parked in front of hotel.. kind of mixed reviews. First time had meter on and brougt us the quickest way to our destination. Second time, driver covered the meter with a cap hence did not realize that meter was not turned on and only found out upon reaching destination. He charged us a fixed rate.

As always very pleasant to stay here.Staff is always attentive.Buffet is also nice breakfast and dinner. The only thing I didn't like is your new so called self check in.Why? We see the receptionist then go with another lady to the self check in.It is and was faster the old and more friendly way.

I would like to emphasize how welcoming Lawrence was and how he made ways to find a better option for my emergency one-night stay. Also, Jhona (intern) has a lot of potential, as she totally assisted me seamlessly from the kiosk because I preferred paying through tap. Jhunalu was quick and accurate in her check-in process with me initially. A very good location if you wanna stay near cebu business park.
