Quest Hotel and Conference Center - Cebu

Quest is a good hotel to stay at if you want to be near the mall. The beds were comfortable, breakfast buffet was extensive & service was generally good. ||The cons are: sound proofing was not good & you can hear sounds from street, including a daily karaoke from across hotel. I could also hear the guests next door. This affected my sleep. The cleaning of room was also not great. Each time I entered the room I got an allergy. Maybe carpets & AC need deep cleaning. On some days they skipped making up the bed, or cleaning the toilet. When I reported the former, they ff’d up to clean it. But this is BASIC, and shouldn’t need to be reported. ||I was also surprised tp see that the safe in the room was not attached to the wall, so this did not feel like a very secure place to store valuables if going out. ||The elevators were fast, but too few to service all the rooms/floors, as they stopped almost every floor. ||Staff in coffee shop were a mix of regular (good) & trainees (not great). One morning, I needed to request for my coffee 4 times before they finally served it. But overall F&B & rm service was pretty good.

As always very pleasant to stay here.Staff is always attentive.Buffet is also nice breakfast and dinner. The only thing I didn't like is your new so called self check in.Why? We see the receptionist then go with another lady to the self check in.It is and was faster the old and more friendly way.

I just have to write a review about my stay at Quest Hotel! Honestly, it was a total vibe and I loved it.||The location is literally so perfect—super convenient and you can just walk to the mall. As soon as I got there, the staff were so nice and welcoming, and checking in was super easy and fast.||My room was awesome! It was huge, so clean, and smelled so good. I was sad I didn't have time to use the pool or gym, but they looked amazing.||Seriously, I loved everything about this hotel. It's so chill and relaxing. I'm definitely recommending it to all my friends who visit Cebu.

We've had an amazing experience in Puso Bistro. From booking a reservation to the actual feast. It was so easy to book a reservation and they will even give you a heads up few hours before your selected time. The attendants were so approachable which made the experience better. The ambiance was so nice and warmth. The food? Scrumptious and will make you go back for more. This is our second time enjoying their breakfast buffet and we hope for many more visits in the future.

I had a good experience at Quest Hotel Cebu. The location is excellent very convenient and accessible and the staff were all nice and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.|I was there for a small, intimate birthday celebration with my two daughters, and overall, everything went smoothly. The only minor issue was that they didn’t serve the complimentary cake I had requested for content purposes haha! But aside from that, everything was great.|Would definitely consider staying here again!

We stayed for two nights with a friends two rooms. We arrived about noon and were greeted by Shaira receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she let me checkin early and only had to wait a short time for my friends room to be ready. Thanks Shaira for your great customer service.||The room was spacious and well equipped and had a great nights sleep. The location is handy being as there's a Mall very close by.||We used the pool which had plenty of sun loungers and there is access to towels too.||All the staff are happy and helpful. I will be back next time I am in Cebu city.

Tried to book a room over the phone at 9pm so my wife could stay out of the rain and go home in the morning as she lives in the Provence. The lady on the phone said their “reservation team” went home for the night or whatever so it was payment upon arrival. That’s ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. Any hotel should be able to accept reservations whether it is online OR over the phone at any point at any time. Do you not wanna make money?? Very disappointed in the hotel. Looks beautiful in the pictures. But very lacking at the counter. I suggest calling another hotel in the event you need a room last minute, late at night when it’s raining and you live an hour away with no other options. Thanks.

I stayed at Quest Hotel from September 14 (check‑in) to September 16 (check‑out) and was very pleased with the experience. The staff were consistently attentive and professional, which made my stay comfortable from start to finish. Breakfast was tasty, plentiful, and satisfying each morning. The room had a large, spacious, and very comfortable bed—clean and perfect for a good night’s rest. The hotel’s location is highly convenient, just steps from Ayala Mall. I would recommend Quest Hotel for anyone seeking comfort and convenience in the area.
