Quest Hotel and Conference Center - Cebu

Rooms are always great. Clean and quiet and walk to Ayala Mall. So manny good restaurants and stores. I just had the dinner buffet for $18. It was incredible wow. Really delicious and fresh. And my waiter Paul was amazing. The food was so good but the service was better. Judy, Myline, and Elaine treated me so good.

A wonderful customer experience flows through the Quest Cebu. A warm welcome from Cindy, Ian and their super friendly team that go above and beyond to make your stay and experience perfection. Jo from Quest Residencies is amazing! The breakfast is yummy, with so much variety to choose from and you will be well looked after by happy and wonderful servers Tommy, Lloyd and all members of the hospitality team. Don’t forget to enjoy your custom made yummy omelette from Leah. The location is a few steps to Ayala Mall, so plenty to do. Great sized clean rooms. We stayed between the hotel and residencies and both are comfortable. If you’re after something a bit more spacious with a kitchen, microwave, dining table and big fridge, opt for the residencies.

A Fantastic time is easy to enjoy in Cebu. It is made even easier and truly special with time spent at the Quest Hotel. I was fortunate to spend 10 days at the Quest. It's located in the heart of the city within walking distance to historic sites and popular tourist destinations. The hotel also features a pool, gym, wonderful views, and a comfortable public area. The staff at each of these locations is oh-so helpful, friendly and entirely upbeat. Cindy was a particular delight in showing me the options the Quest offers for retirement rentals. Lastly, I wrapped my 10 night stay at the Quest with breakfast each morning. Delicious! I was able to enjoy the buffet and not really need much more than that during the day. The delightful staff recalled my name and made sure I was happy. A special thanks to employee Lloyd for his kindness and help with my questions!

I stayed for two nights in a deluxe room. The room was nice. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and relaxing. All of the staff here go out of their way to help and are very accommodating. I got the breakfast each morning, the buffet is huge and there is a big selection. The food quality is good, I especially liked the Philippine dishes. The room I had was a connecting room which meant I could hear my neighbor. This first night they were pound and it interrupted my sleep. I recommend asking for a non connecting room, away from the elevator if your are a light sleeper. The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight for sure. Great place to relax on a hot day and great bar service!

We had a wonderful stay at Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, polite, and incredibly accommodating, always with a genuine smile on their faces. You could really feel that they care about their guests, which made our stay even more special, especially while traveling as a family. The food was another highlight. Breakfast was consistently delicious, well-prepared, and had great variety. Everything was fresh and satisfying, and the dining staff were just as warm and attentive as the rest of the team. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and pleasant. After long days of travel and activities, it was always nice coming back to such a welcoming place. Thank you to the amazing team at Quest Cebu for making our stay memorable. Your hospitality, professionalism, and positive attitude truly stand out. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cebu.

My experience at Quest Hotel was wonderful from beginning to end. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted and the great service continued from there. I extended my 3 day stay to 6 thanks to Nikki’s help and I added breakfast because after I did a walk through I saw how amazing it looked. My last night I had the dinner buffet which had so many great selections. The salmon sashimi was especially fresh and delicious. Paul was a great server and every staff member has been friendly and helpful. I am sure I will be staying here on my future trips to Cebu. Thank you everyone!

This hotel is a bit older but it’s holding up quite well for its age. The location is awesome right across from Ayala Mall and lots of things to do around it. If you stay here ask for the Deluxe Corner room with a big windows on two side. Good size for a single like me or for a couple. The bathroom is a bit on the smaller side, but the room is just nice. There’s a decent at the 6th floor and a pool on the 7th floor. This hotel is a really good option for those that want to be in this Central area and still not pay too much.

Top Hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room service are very good and easy to work with. The food and drinks are amazing here. I highly recommend to try the buffet of all 3 meal times. And I highly recommend to try the massage service, the best massage I have had in my life. The location is also perfectly situated and easy to reach or travel from, either by cab or jeepnii(public transport). Though there are some few parts of the hotel that need refurbishment to be considered the very best, I can understand that the huge size of the hotel makes it slow to completely refurbish at once. And I have nothing to complain about something not working or functioning in my room and hotel.
