Quest Hotel and Conference Center - Cebu

Back at the Quest Hotel again for another business/ Holiday visit. This hotel is great it has the friendliest staff l have ever seen At breakfast this morning l saw and old face Mark who is a great person who will always greet you and have a chat. Job and Nicole are great in the bar and are good workers who know how to serve a great drink. The food in the restaurant is great with a good variety which should satisfy anybody from anywhere with something for every taste. The selection of fruits, salads, eggs , rice and meats and many others is always very good. I have only been back in Cebu 1 day but l will try and give an update before l leave. If you are ever coming to Cebu l strongly advise you to consider Quest because of the great staff and excellent location to Ayala mall which has some great eating places and very good shopping. Cebu has some good sights to see and is an excellent choice to base yourself to see the many attractions that are here. Merry Xmas to all and see you soon in Cebu.

Quest Hotel Cebu has a very good location—just across Cebu Business Park, making it highly accessible for both business and leisure. Breakfast at Puso Restaurant was good, with a generous selection of Filipino dishes. Most of the food was enjoyable, although the chorizo leaned more on the sweet side. Personally, I still prefer the savory, traditional chorizo de Cebu. Service is where this experience truly stood out—largely because of Paul from Puso Restaurant. He was genuinely warm and attentive, moving from one table to another and checking on guests several times without being intrusive. His service felt sincere and professional, and he even went the extra mile to offer something special for the kid in our party, which we truly appreciated. I even asked if Paul was already a supervisor—he isn’t yet. When I told him, “If I were the Food and Beverage Manager, I would promote you,” I meant it sincerely. He is the kind of service staff who should not only be appreciated, but developed, promoted, and well taken care of by any hotel property. Team members like Paul don’t just serve guests—they elevate the entire dining experience. The only minor downside was the restaurant receptionist, who could have been more welcoming, as a smile goes a long way in hospitality. Overall, Quest Hotel Cebu offers a comfortable stay, a great location, and a breakfast experience made memorable by excellent service.

This is one of the best accommodations I have had in Cebu. |Checking in and out is fast. Front office, valets, doormen and bellboys are very nice.|The room is very clean and well maintained. The bed has the right softness and firmness, duvets are very comfortable and smells so fresh. For the bathroom, water pressure is very good and the heater brings in hot water in just a few seconds! Toiletries are provided together with one of the best smelling liquid body soap I tried. |Add ons… for the price of a basic room it has the following add ons: flat iron with board, extra pillows, slippers, laundry bag, etc. |Buffet is one of the best too. Great spread! Service at the breakfast buffet is excellent. I would also like to commend Mr. Paul Tan, one of the servers in the dining/restaurant section. Paul is very attentive to his guests’ needs and very friendly and warm. |Looking forward to another great stay in Quest.

We had a wonderful experience at the Pusò Restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere relaxing, and what truly made our visit special was the thoughtful gesture of giving our kids art materials to keep them happily engaged. It allowed us to enjoy our meal while they enjoyed creating—such a simple act, but it showed genuine care and heartfelt dedication. A special shout-out to Vince for his attentive and genuinely caring service. He also made sure that our hotel experience is wonderful by checking in if there are issues in our room. Also to Myline for being so caring to our kids. Their warmth, thoughtfulness, and professionalism made our visit even more memorable. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our family feel welcomed and cared for. We truly appreciate it and look forward to coming back!

Quest Hotel has always fulfilled all my needs. I’ve had some exceptional service in the restaurant area. “Sunshine” is a super employee. The food is normally delicious and again front service room service. All services are top-notch.

The staff are very accomodating and friendly. Give them a raise. Food served are good. Rooms are clean and nice. Great value. Definitely will come back again to celebrate new year in the city.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Puso Buffet Restaurant for the first time, and I must say it was a delightful experience! The buffet offered an impressive spread of dishes, including Filipino favorites and other international options. The staff were attentive, friendly, and accommodating The ambiance was also noteworthy, with a nice and organized atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy our meal. I particularly enjoyed the live music performance, which added to the overall dining experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend Puso Buffet Restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and filling meal. The staff, ambiance, and food all came together to make for a memorable dining experience, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their dishes!

We had a great experience at the breakfast buffet today. The food selection was excellent, and the service made it even better. Lyka, who assisted us, was very attentive, friendly, and professional. She checked on us regularly, responded quickly to our requests, and made us feel very welcome. Because of her great service, our breakfast was truly enjoyable. Thank you!
