Friendly service doesn't help over the fact that a studio - despite this being serviced apartments - is shoebox-sized and smaller than your average Adelaide hotel room... which is available for a similar or even lesser price. Noise levels are surprisingly high, being woken up by next door's shower at 5:30am wasn't part of the plan. No sockets for chargers near the bed, unless furnitures are moved. The kitchenette was well equipped.

Pretty close to the centre of town, free CBD trams right outside. There is an IGA around the corner. Easy trip to Rundle Mall , Hindley Street atmosphere ,walk to the markets. And a 10-15 m drive to the airport

Lovely rooms! Although be nice if the hotel can inform people when making the booking that upon arrival your required to pay a $100 bond to secure access to your room! To add to that they should also state that cash isn't accepted, card only!!! I understand this how paying by card has become "the way to pay" these days! But this maybe an inconvenience to some people. It puts the guest upon arrival in a very awkward, embarrassing situation when being told they won't allow you to access your room without paying everything by card!! Incredibly frustrating that cash is no longer considered good enough for payment! They also tell you that your $100 bond will be paid back to you once your room has been checked/cleaned! But yet I'm still waiting for this to show up in my account! Very decieving! Not exactly professional

Overnight stay before taking part in the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant in Adelaide.||The Quest King William South was close to where we had to be.||The room was clean and well set out. The staff were welcoming and accommodating.

Great communication prior to check-in. The reception was open late enough for my late arrival, the room was spotless and staff friendly. Nothing at all to fault. Exactly what I needed for this trip.

Good accessible rooms. ||Kitchen & laundry facilities.||Really loved the proximity to tram & how simple it was to book.||Will be staying there again when I return.

If you like a quiet space request a room at the back of the building. The car parking is off site and is very tight . with and limited spaces available. Not suitable for a large suv .

The place was clean, modern and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room I was in had an actual kitchenette with sink, microwave, electric stove and basic pans/utensils (I didn’t use it so can’t comment on its usability). The location was convenient with the tram stop right outside. The hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant so they provide you with special vouchers to partnering cafes and restaurants nearby where it’s charged back to the hotel if you want to ‘add it to the room’. The breakfast package ones are specific dishes/drinks at 2 local cafes.
