Lovely rooms! Although be nice if the hotel can inform people when making the booking that upon arrival your required to pay a $100 bond to secure access to your room! To add to that they should also state that cash isn't accepted, card only!!! I understand this how paying by card has become "the way to pay" these days! But this maybe an inconvenience to some people. It puts the guest upon arrival in a very awkward, embarrassing situation when being told they won't allow you to access your room without paying everything by card!! Incredibly frustrating that cash is no longer considered good enough for payment! They also tell you that your $100 bond will be paid back to you once your room has been checked/cleaned! But yet I'm still waiting for this to show up in my account! Very decieving! Not exactly professional

We stayed for 5 nights in a two bedroom apartment. It exceeded our expectations. The apartment was well presented and very clean. The location was ideal for us, it is located on a frequently serviced tram line so easy to get to significant places. There is a very good park nearby. There is also a small supermarket and liquor store. All very convenient.

Friendly service doesn't help over the fact that a studio - despite this being serviced apartments - is shoebox-sized and smaller than your average Adelaide hotel room... which is available for a similar or even lesser price. Noise levels are surprisingly high, being woken up by next door's shower at 5:30am wasn't part of the plan. Lift speed was glacial. No sockets for chargers near the bed, unless furnitures are moved. The kitchenette was well equipped.

Overly friendly, professional, well-presented and accommodating staff. Easy booking, great value, great atmosphere (even the lobby/ground floor was heated and smelt fantastic). Modern rooms, fantastic location, and a great view from my 6th floor Studio Apartment. I could easily live there!

The place was clean, modern and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room I was in had an actual kitchenette with sink, microwave, electric stove and basic pans/utensils (I didn’t use it so can’t comment on its usability). The location was convenient with the tram stop right outside. The hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant so they provide you with special vouchers to partnering cafes and restaurants nearby where it’s charged back to the hotel if you want to ‘add it to the room’. The breakfast package ones are specific dishes/drinks at 2 local cafes.

We were happy with our 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with a tram stop outside of the hotel and only a short ride to Rundle Mall. This is our 2nd stay at Quest.

Very clean and tranquil room. Staff are great and lead you to all the great areas in Adelaide. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be central to Adelaide shopping and eats

Greta location to stay while attending Avcon2025. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, responsive to questions. Rooms were clean/tidy. Super quiet to a point I found myself putting background music on for some noise. Nice hot great pressure in showers. Only thing to suggest if you need more Tea ask 🤣
