Quest Mawson Lakes

We spent a couple of weeks at Quest Mawson Lakes as a family of four (the booking was arranged through my husband’s company). We were very pleased with the accommodation.||||The location couldn’t be better – right across from the UniSA campus, close to a main road, and with a bus stop right outside the door. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away: Woolworths, Aldi, BWS, pharmacy, bakery, cafés… everything you need. For the kids, there are playgrounds nearby, ducks to feed in “The Bridges” neighborhood, and even an indoor play centre within walking distance.||||The property itself is very well thought out. The reception area is small but more than sufficient, with free self-serve coffee and a wall full of brochures on activities like Barossa Valley wine tours, wildlife parks, dolphin cruises, and outlet shopping near the airport. At the back, there’s a secure parking lot for hotel guests. Fitness lovers will appreciate the large, modern gym with lots of equipment – no need to pay for an extra gym membership.||||Our apartment was spacious enough for the whole family, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a big living/dining area, so everyone had their own space. It was also very practical: we had a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron right in the apartment, which made our stay even more comfortable. Since most of the apartment was carpeted (except for the kitchen area), having a small vacuum cleaner available would have been helpful – but that’s really just a minor suggestion. A special highlight was the shared barbecue terrace, which we used regularly and really enjoyed.||||Finally, the staff deserve special mention – from the reception team to housekeeping and maintenance, everyone was unfailingly friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile, which really showed what a great team they are. We felt truly welcome throughout our stay.||||We had a wonderful time at Quest Mawson Lakes and will definitely drop by to say hello when we return to the area. Highly recommended!

Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, it was clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was super comfortable. Although on a busy main road it was fairly quite during the night. Staff on check in were friendly and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Quest Mawson Lakes. The hotel is modern but comfortable. The room had all the facilities I could need and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It is well located and was great value for money.

Quest Mawson Lakes gave us an excellent family experience during our weeklong stay. Every staff member (from front office staff to house keeping staff) were very courteous and always been very helpful to make our stay to be a comfortable one. The room and the facilities were very clean & organised. The location was great with quite a few eateries and a grocery supermarket at a walking distance.

The rooms are modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you need. The staff are friendly, approachable, and truly knowledgeable about the local dining spots and attractions—they really seem to care about enhancing the guest experience. The location is great, with a supermarket, bottle shop, and several eateries nearby, including an excellent Italian restaurant next door that offers room service. Highly recommend it, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Very impressed with this property. Friendly welcome, our room was well appointed, very clean and modern. Beds were excellent and very comfortable. Great location, safe, and easy access to expressway. Excellent value for money.

Staff are extremely helpful, communicate well and understand the needs of busy guests. Rooms are very clean and maintained to a high level.

This really is a wonderful spot - the room is beautifully furnished and equipped with all the kitchen necessities. I felt like a super fancy grown up while I was staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room had just about everything you could need. There are some takeaway places nearby too which were quite good, but it's a bit of a walk to get to the main food and shopping precinct of Mawson Lakes. There is a car park which is free for guests to use but it is an extremely tight fit - be prepared to do some 11 point turns when backing out!

Quest, Mawson Lakes is lovely. Large rooms, some can interconnect, which is great for groups. They also have ample kitchen room, with all the things necessary to cook your own meals. The furniture is comfy and clean, the beds in particular, are not too soft and not too hard. I have never had a bads night sleep here. The reception staff are amazing, by far the most attentive and friendly hotel staff I have come across. They go out of their way to make sure our stay is perfect everytime.

I've stayed here once, and I really want to again. It would easily have the best service of any hotel that I've stayed at in Adelaide. And I would be going back more often if I didn't have that awful habit of wanting to try new places. It's very clean, fairly modern and the beds are really quite comfortable. If you're a person who prefers to have the option of cooking for yourself, this place is great. There's a supermarket nearby so you'll have no trouble getting stuff to do that cooking, but just be aware that for some reason they've got some really strange hours if you're from NSW or Vic. I like this place a lot.

Room is so far very clean and comfy. Kitchen will be handy too. Internet access work really well after being fixed. Be warned this place has very limited parking. Come back later at night and there was no spaces free. Had to park on the road around the corner from the actual apartments. Parking is an absolute joke at this place. There is no where near enough parks for all the apartments and then they allow people to bring trailers in and take up valuable space. Getting less impressed each day with this accommodation.
