The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is right next to Jacob’s Ladder leading up to Kings Park, which makes it very convenient for walks and sightseeing. What really stood out to me was how incredibly friendly and welcoming the staff are. Every time I returned to the hotel, I was greeted warmly, which made me feel truly appreciated and at home during my stay. Another great convenience is the Vietnamese restaurant on the ground floor. They serve both food and coffee, so it’s very easy to grab a meal or a drink whenever you’re feeling hungry. Although the gym is not very large, it is well equipped enough for basic workouts. I was able to use the treadmill and indoor bicycle, which was perfect for maintaining my exercise routine. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of location, comfort, and excellent service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Comfortable Stay, Convenient for Work Travel I stayed here during a business trip and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, only a short drive from the city, which made getting around really easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which helped make the stay feel relaxing even after a long day of work. I found the laundry service and room facilities like the dishwasher very practical, especially for a longer stay. Parking was also manageable, with free options in the evening. The team at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and they made my check-in smooth and stress-free. Overall, it offered good value for money and I’d definitely consider staying here again for future trips.

From the moment we arrived, our 5 night stay, I was told we would not be able to stay in our booked 1 bed apartment for one night, due to it being flooded, and that we were downgraded to a studio. Be aware that Quest charges a 1.51% transaction fee on debit cards. We were offered a free breakfast to make up for the downgrade, only to find that the restaurant is a Vietnamese banh mi Cafe, very friendly staff at the Cafe, but the fire alarm made the experience a disaster, evacuation of the Quest building, meant a cold breakfast to return to, breakfast was a value of $45 for the two of us. Not really a compensation of a downgrade, considering I paid an $18 transaction fee. My holiday didn't really start until I was able to unpack the following day, in our apartment that I had originally booked. It felt like a night and a day was wasted. Quest prides themselves on service and making the guest feel good. I felt like I was not valued as a guest, or even a Quest member. Even house cleaning could not take the time to clean our room properly, they took the towels, but didn't replace them, no replenished laundry/washing liquids. I did ask at reception, who gave us replacements. So to sum up. I personally wouldn't feel comfortable going back to Quest Mount Bay. But I can honestly say the apartments are better than the studios.

Stayed there for 8 days. Room was regularly cleaned. Has full kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and dish washer. All worked well incl. WiFi and entertainment. Helpful staff at the desk. One minor issue is that the lifts are a bit noisy when they reach the top or bottom floor (causing an audible thud which can be distracting later at night). A bit pricey, i.e. £124 per night, but reasonable in comparison to other hotels (who would just have rooms) on Mounts Bay Road in Perth.

We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment to be be clean, well appointed and convenient for easy access to Perth tourist attractions. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and when we were drenched from a sudden downpour they provided additional towels and driers. An excellent and affordable place to stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Well equipped apartment, clean and fresh. Staff all friendly and efficient. Lovely Vietnamese cafe onsite. We would definitely choose again.

The size of the room and the bed were comfortable, but there were some minor problems inside - such as the air condition was not working properly and the WiFi was sometimes disconnected. The coffee is good, but the price is a bit high. Although the location was good, it was a bit noisy at night. The service isn't bad, but it could be better.

Great place to stay, every thing you need from an apartment hotel. Gentlemen on reception was very helpful and friendly and v=created a great impression. Near to botanical gardens and Jacob's ladder and some restaurant very near by and on site.

Yelp
Comfortable Perth stay! My friend and I shared an executive studio and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well designed and modern with a small but well equipped kitchenette. The reception and housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful and we were super impressed that the room was serviced daily (except for Sundays and public holidays) during a time when a lot of hotels and serviced apartments are not providing this service! It's close to the Mount Hospital and if you want to visit Kings Park, it's just in front of Jacob's Ladder (242 steps). The only issue is that there is no parking on site - we used a combination of the 1 hour metered street parking ($5 per hour and free on Sundays and public holidays) and the Wilson car parking station ($25 per 24 hours) a 10 minute walk away.
