Quest on Franklin

Great location, within a very short walk to Chinatown and the Adelaide Central Market. Service was fine, staff were polite. We got a 2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom. No blackout curtains, very poor sound proofing so woken up multiple times during the night from the nightlife and rev heads, something dried up and crusty on the couch 🤢. I always ask for a walk on shower but forgot this time round and ended up with the dreaded combined bath and shower. Overall disappointing which is a pity as the location was good.

We had a two bedroom apartment (interconnecting rooms). It was clean and spacious. Parking is available but it is not at the property. It is across the road at the bus terminal. You can park out the front, drop off your luggage and then you are given instructions and a pass to get into the parking. About a five minute walk from the fabulous Adelaide central market. Great if you are arriving via bus

Stayed here for work multiple times, really clean and modern and serviced really well daily. The staff are really nice and welcoming. Gym is small but functional, has enough stuff to work out. Some rooms connect for families and have an A room (bigger) connecting to a B room (smaller). Central in the city. Close to the central market. Great place to stay for work in Adelaide or for city holidays.

Recently, my family stayed in Quest on Franklin for about 3 weeks. We stayed in connected rooms with one main entrance door at L7. It was basically a two bedrooms apartment with another connected room. Total 6 sleeps, 2 toilets, and 2 pantries. Two bedrooms apartment equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, big fridge, oven and microwave. The two bedrooms apartment had a balcony in the living room, which was facing west. It offered an amazing sunset view. The facilities and the overall cleanliness were reasonably good. All the electrical appliances functioned well. The room attendant came to tidy up the rooms every day except Sundays. The overall satisfaction was between fair to satisfied. The biggest problems were: 1. The bedroom facing west was a bit warmer, as the air-conditioning didn't perfect support the cool air demand during our stay, which was one of the hottest months within a year. 2. The quality of mattresses and pillows were of lower quality. The mattress in the connected small bedroom was uneven at the edge. Perhaps it was because it had been over applied heavyweight at the edge of mattress so it was slightly deformed. If the beddings could be improved, it will be a much more lovely hotel.

The accommodation is way too far from allocated parking. Used soap kept bubbling up through the drain in the bathroom floor which wasn't pleasant. Housekeeping was pretty good but I think it's slack to not have this on Sundays. On occasion they also failed to collect used linen on the floor, collect rubbish and replace bin liners. The elevator doesn't work properly either and key cards regularly fail. I wouldn't stay here again unless I couldn't find anything else.

Lovely kept rooms. Accessible to many shops and food within walking distance. Booked at last minute too and also with amazing price point also when comparing to other stay places. Modernness was appealing too and not rundown at all. Definately would stay here again for any type of stay

Great location; so easy to walk to Her Majesty's Theatre, Central Market or somewhere to have a meal. Super helpful and friendly front desk staff.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was very dirty, and the washing machine broke down four times due to water leakage. Additionally, the cooktop was broken and unusable. I was particularly disappointed with the cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
