Quest on Franklin

This time in Adelaide we decided to stay in the city, quest apartment hotels are our preferred accommodation, so chose the quest on Franklin for its location. Hotel is great, staff are great and very helpful when we had to extend our stay. Rooms are great overall close to perfect, our only issue is with the offsite parking, located at the Adelaide bus terminal, across the road, fine during the day, but later at night, seems to be frequented by some of the shadier citizens of Adelaide. We didn’t feel comfortable walking back to the hotel at night. That is only our personal feeling, don’t let it deter you as otherwise the hotel is perfect!

Good location. 24hr reception and rooms pretty well equipped. Have had more comfortable beds and less overlooked rooms, however the main issue was the very poorly designed bathroom that requires people to get into the shower in order to close the door in order to reach the towels, then get back into the shower in order to open the door to get out. This is made worse when the shower floor is wet.

Stayed here for 2wks. First week in a self contained 1bdrm unit and the 2nd wk in a studio room. The 1bdrm unit was very clean & spacious with everything you need to cook in for an extended stay. The studio was a good size, although the bathroom was very small as I had to step into the shower to open and close the door. Beds & pillows were comfy and it was a great location close to everything and would def stay again.

Booked and chosen by the Adelaide Festival partners, I was very happy with the decision they made. A wonderful clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a great bed to sleep in. Close to the market. Good infrastructure. It was a fantastic stay. Thanks a lot. =)

The service was ok. I got terrible sleep. The mattress was so uncomfortable. Balcony was beautiful. Kitchen facilities were good and the Netflix worked which was also really good

Helpful staff, great location and perfectly prepared rooms. Worthy of 5 stars only if the king size bed came with a king sized mattress. Splits down the middle? It just un-Australian!

Courteous helpful staff, be even better if Foxtel was available! Terrific access to the city and local restaurants and bars! Highly recommend for short stays with ample space in the rooms ! Balconies are a bonus !

Had an excellent stay here. Great central location, excellent facilities, very helpful and friendly staff. Loved that we could walk so easily to a lot of places, it was very quiet and comfortable, and the staff were all very helpful. I needed to see a Dr and a young woman on reception found me a walk-in clinic very close by, I really appreciated this.
