Quest on Franklin

Loved the Executive 1 bedroom apartment!! Excellent daily room service. Daily top up of tea & coffee. An ideal choice for family. Free laundry & dish detergent. Bed mattress very comfortable and no issue with noise at all. Friendly and excellent service from reception staff too.

Stayed in a one bedroom executive room. Spacious and everything in very good condition. Balcony with table and two chairs. |Super clean, comfortable bed, full kitchen plus washing machine and tumble dryer. |Polite and helpful staff. |Easy walk to shops, restaurants, market and public transport. |Would definitely stay here again.

My family greatly enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom executive suite. My bedroom had a huge corner window with fantastic views of the city. It was a lovely, spacious suite and was certainly the best apartment I booked on our 3 week long road trip. We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed our time in this apartment and i Adelaide tremendously.

Highly recommend Quest on Franklin ! Amazing staff, from the welcoming reception staff to housekeeping staff. Very attentive and a high level of service. Great facilities - our apartment had functional kitchen, great for cooking our own meals, spacious bathroom, the most comfortable beds, access to laundry down stairs. Location - super ! Walking distance to several cafes, restaurants with a range of cuisines, Adelaide Markets, supermarkets etc. Walking distance to public transport as well, both trains and buses. Highly recommend Quest on Franklin !

Quest on Franklin is in a fabulous location. Only a 2 minute walk to Adelaide Central Market - a must visit in Adelaide - and 10 minute walk to Rundle Mall and Central railway station. The tram to Glenelg is also less than 5 minures walk. The apartment was self conatined with a kitchen and washer / dryer facilities. The apartment was a generous size with a separate lounge and dining area. The apartment was cleaned daily and was always left immaculate. I would highly recommed a stay at Quest on Franklin.

If some one living with the charge back criteria please let them show or make them aware of the charge back facilities locations but also let people aware of the process like you have to get charge back voucher from reception before you go to any cafe or restaurant. I went to cafe and asked them I am staying at quest and they asked me for the chargeback card and I ran back to hotel to get one and went to cafe again. The cafe was not far but One of the other restaurant is far. I was in hurry and I have spent time in going forward and backward. Otherwise staff was good.

I recently stayed at Quest on Franklin while attending the AfPA Conference in Adelaide, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—close to the conference venue, public transport, Central Market, and plenty of great restaurants and cafés. The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making check-in smooth and ensuring that every request was handled promptly. I would definitely recommend Quest on Franklin to anyone visiting Adelaide for business or leisure—it’s a great choice for conference attendees, families, and solo travelers alike.

Good venue with large rooms equipt with kitchen large living room and balcony. Friendly staff that are always happy to help. Has a small gym downstairs big enough for 3 people at a time.
