Quest on Franklin

Always a pleasure to stay here although we haven't been back for 18 months. Was a bit disappointed with room configuration this time as we have stayed about 15 times and our executive one bedroom apartments always had glass windows on bedroom area and larger bathroom. Also kitchen always had a pantry cupboard. This time room seemed smaller. |However, staff are great and housekeeping is excellent.|Love the pantry breakfast shelf area in reception where we were able to purchase breakfast supplies.

Great location, within a very short walk to Chinatown and the Adelaide Central Market. Service was fine, staff were polite. We got a 2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom. No blackout curtains, very poor sound proofing so woken up multiple times during the night from the nightlife and rev heads, something dried up and crusty on the couch 🤢. I always ask for a walk on shower but forgot this time round and ended up with the dreaded combined bath and shower. Overall disappointing which is a pity as the location was good.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Quest on Franklin Apartments.||The facilities were clean and well maintained, and all the staff were kind and helpful.||The kitchen was fully equipped and convenient to use, the view was great, and the beds were very comfortable.||The Wi-Fi was also impressively fast.||||We were given a designated parking spot across the street.||The parking facility itself was good, but it was a bit inconvenient to cross the road with kids.

Good central city location and very clean, well equipped room with small cooktop and full range of appliances and cutlery /crockery. We only had a "studio" room which was cheaper than others but still quite roomy with a table, bench and multiple chairs plus a large bed. The bathroom was also a decent size and had plenty of extras. Our room only had a view of a concrete wall opposite and while slightly disappointing the outlook wasn't the reason we stayed there.I spoke with half a dozen front desk staff across three days every one of whom was friendly, efficient and helpful. Well done hiring manager. Good free washing/drying machines in shared area on ground floor were a nice touch (I believe some of the more expensive rooms have their own). A fairly minor negative was the parking at a public car park across the road about half a block away ($30/day). While you can unload your luggage and passengers at the curb outside the Quesr, it's then a bit of a walk back for the driver if that's a concern for you. Overall a good place to stay and access city sights.

Chose this hotel as we were taking the coach / ferry to kangaroo island early in the morning and this is literally right across the road. So location for this was excellent but quite a walk to main shopping and dining area at Rundle Street especially in the cold and rainy weather. Apartment was spacious but we were quite disturbed by the numerous appearances made by cockfriacges!!!  Also was very surprised when we left at 615am the reception was still not open! Imagine if we had to leave luggage to be stored!!! That would have bern quite a disaster!

Stayed here for work multiple times, really clean and modern and serviced really well daily. The staff are really nice and welcoming. Gym is small but functional, has enough stuff to work out. Some rooms connect for families and have an A room (bigger) connecting to a B room (smaller). Central in the city. Close to the central market. Great place to stay for work in Adelaide or for city holidays.

The accommodation is way too far from allocated parking. Used soap kept bubbling up through the drain in the bathroom floor which wasn't pleasant. Housekeeping was pretty good but I think it's slack to not have this on Sundays. On occasion they also failed to collect used linen on the floor, collect rubbish and replace bin liners. The elevator doesn't work properly either and key cards regularly fail. I wouldn't stay here again unless I couldn't find anything else.

Lovely kept rooms. Accessible to many shops and food within walking distance. Booked at last minute too and also with amazing price point also when comparing to other stay places. Modernness was appealing too and not rundown at all. Definately would stay here again for any type of stay
