From the moment I made the booking, everything was seamless. Pre-check-in and setup were simple, communication was clear and timely, and check-in was effortless. The room was perfect, and the facilities I used were high-quality, fast, and easy to access. As a business traveller, the smooth checkout process and prompt delivery of an electronic receipt within minutes made the entire experience straightforward and hassle-free.

Wasn't expecting to see this as anything but a one-night necessary stopover on our travels, but Quest St Leonards really was a cut above and fantastic value for money. Our room was huge with excellent facilities - comfy king size bed, sparkling clean and well provisioned kitchen, huge gleaming bathroom with full washer and dryer which we took advantage of to refresh our suitcase contents! I had a function to go to nearby, and my husband found a lovely pub just next door in which to watch the second Lions test so he was happy. Sure, there's not a lot for a tourist to do nearby (we walked through Gore Hill cemetery the afternoon we arrived, but not sure what else you'd do), but it's so well positioned for travellers in terms of so close to the station for a train to the airport or wherever you need to go. Very highly recommend Quest if you need a sleep stop for a couple of nights in this vicinity... or even longer if you're working in the city or North Sydney... quite nice to be a bit removed I imagine, but still so well connected.

Great location, beautiful room, fantastic amenities. Got upgraded to a larger suite which was awesome. Enjoyed our stay. Only bit that was a bit disappointing was that the bed was left unmade and had to call for service to get this done. All sorted in the end. We had a beautiful time. Thank you

Liked it. Friendly staff, booked direct with them. Got the interconnecting room. The room itself was spacious, with comfortable bed, good blackout curtains and quiet room, with a shower that has outstanding shower pressure. A 7 min walk to Crows Nest Metro gets you into the city in ten mins. They do charge $40 for parking but i found plenty of on street parking out the front. You do have to pay during week day and Saturday morning. Quiet neighbourhood. Would stay there again. $125 per room, per night.

I stayed for a total of 9 nights. Very happy with the room and was particularly very impressed that the TV was equipped with a casting device, which made watching anything I wanted in my down time super easy (rather than being stuck with the usual hotel model of free to air TV only or watching things on my phone instead. First world problem, I know.) I also made use of the "Don't clean my room, plant a tree instead" door sign as often as I could. I loved that Quest offered this option, and also gave the option to reuse towels if people are comfortable enough to do so. Super awesome to see this kind of mindfulness and opportunity to do our part for environmental health and awareness. It's the little things like this that made the stay, especially for that length of time, just that little bit extra comfy. Thank you Quest Team!

Great room, not a good outlook, but a really great room. Quite a few ambulance sirens, but not too unreasonable given its location near North shore Hospital

Location, location , location short walk to the trains, buses etc, super market bottle shops coffee shops, fast food etc Had a wonderful weekend for my Birthday, taking in dinner and attending the musical Guys and Dolls. From the moment we arrived we were given 5 star service, the room was fresh and clean, well appointed with more than enough of everything you needed . Excellent off street parking, and we were aloud to check out late and leave the car for a couple of hours so we could catch a nice brunch in the city. Well done Quest St Leonards take a pat on the back.

We chose to stay here due to walking distance to RNS Hospital where our son was a patient. We could park at the hotel and walk everywhere we needed. Hotel was also close to an IGA, pharmacy and food court not to mention local restaurants, and the train station. The room was quiet and well equipped for our needs, and parking although at an additional charge, was on site.
