Quest Suva

I had a wonderful stay in their studio! Despite being in the heart of the city, the atmosphere was peaceful, making for a restful few nights. The location is incredibly convenient, with direct access to a plaza and food court just a few floors down, offering plenty of great dining options. The complimentary laundry services were a fantastic bonus, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here!

Central business hotel is prob the best! the entrance was really hard to find for the first time if arriving by taxi. once you manage the check in after figuring out from the mall where to go, then returning to hotel is easy as they give you the access entry from the pavement

Best location. There is no need to hire a taxi . Just walk and explore everything, for example, shopping for clothes, shoes, gold, and even duty-free shopping malls are just downstairs. Banks and currency exchange are near to you. There is no need to worry about quick food. the second floor has a variety of quick food restaurants. The sea side is closed to the hotel to walk and for photography. There are pkeanty of shopping mall with in 10 minutes walk. Indian food and clothing are available everywhere. Chineese food is also easily available. If you want to buy gold there are plenty of shops to buy. Weather was wet, but still, we managed to go around. Quest is the best choice to live. Staff was so friendly and supportive. View from the balcony was amazing. We can see a cruiseship. I highly recommend staying there ❤️

Rooms are ok, but poorly serviced during the stay. The location is good, although we had no water for around 8 hours total.

The Location was great with many shops, restaurants/cafes etc in the near vicinity and easy to walk to. The carpark was a bonus although hard to initially find. The hotel has a lift which is handy.|The room service/cleaning/laundry staff were very good. They were friendly and great at giving advice and tips on places to visit and things to buy||The reception staff were not helpful. We asked directions and assistance on the phone and they couldn't help. In person it was not much better. There's lots of things the hotel claims online it does or offers but in reality it is quite different.|If you ask about tours they refer to a website and say look online. If you ask other advice again they are not helpful.||For more than a day the Wi-Fi internet was down also.||Was not worth the price paid, and only real disappointing accommodation I've experienced in Fiji among 4-5 hotels across the nation.

Conveniently located. Centrally located. Many shops located downstairs and across the street. Eateries (cafeterias) on lower level and in the next building. Mini kitchen a BIG plus. Laundry rooms with very nice machines. Secure access to floors. Car park available.

The Staff are really nice. Location at the heart of Suvas shopping centre. Easy access to shopping mall, supermarket. The reception is at fifth floor and you have to access it via the Car Park entrance on Pratt Street. Safety and privacy is A+. The building has eateries, bank, shopping and Police Station is across the Road. Some apartment rooms dont have cooking facilities, so make sure you check with the booking team. Otherwise the kitchen facilities are superb. Ask for a room with balcony.

We had a great stay at the Quest Hotel Suva, which is conveniently located in the CBD Suva, close to the government and UN buildings. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a large bathroom. Air conditioning worked really well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered free use of laundry and dryer machines and free detergent. The hotel is also connected to the mall's food court on the second floor, which has a variety of options for dining. The hotel has 24/7 security at the entrance, so we always felt safe. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Suva.
