Quest West End

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The environment was incredibly comfortable and clean, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. I especially want to highlight one front desk staff member who is a woman and seemed to be Japanese. Although I didn’t catch her name, she was exceptionally friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and answering questions thoroughly. All the other staff members were equally warm and welcoming, always wearing smiles. Their hospitality made a significant difference in my experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

Spacious, clean, sunny apartment with kitchen including a separate washing machine and dryer (not a combined one which is great!) and a comfortable bed. We would definitely stay in this accommodation if ever we returned to Perth. It was only a 10 minute walk to Perth Station (direct rail link to the airport) and on the best street with the selection of restaurants, shops, etc. Serviced daily if required and the receptionist is always available. So glad we chose this accommodation. Thank you.

It was a pleasant stay. The location is a bit far from shopping arcades, personally that’s what won this place for me. It is quiet, pretty safe, and you can still reach the shopping areas, convos, restaurants and cafes conveniently by walking. There’s a bus stop just next to the building, so it’s even easier to reach this place and to go about Perth’s CBD. Shoutout to Miyaki at the front desk who was very helpful and welcoming upon my arrival, ensuring everything was taken for during my stay.

A clean, tidy, comfortable and functional apartment. Perfectly located near the hospital. Staff are welcoming and extremely accommodating. We would be happy to return and to recommend to our loved ones. Thank you to admin and the housekeeping team.

Apartment was great clean and modern had everything what we needed from washing machine to 2 bedrooms kitchen etc . Staff were lovely and helpful . Highly recommend this place . We just stayed one night but will be back for more .

Clean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away. The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones.Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes.Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help.The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

I have stayed here a few times and enjoyed them. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A couple of niggling issues that were not to my liking. 1. I was told I was not eligible to claim for airline frequent flyer points because my company paid for my stay. The thing is I chose where to stay and the company pays for it. So, if that's the case I will look for other hotels that would give me the benefits. Mind you, I travel to Perth every other week. 2. It is located in close proximity to pubs and can get noisy in the wee hours of the morning. Every so often getting woken up by loud vehicle horns. God knows why they do it. Otherwise, my stays were pleasant. Update: I have since returned after several stays in a couple of hotels in the Perth CBD. I came to realise, Quest West End would be my preferred choice of accommodation in the city. The staff are friendly especially Miyuki who never fails to greet me when she's attending to the reception. The housekeeping team are always on point with room cleanliness. Nice to return from the office to an immaculately prepared bed with fresh sheets, daily. The establishment at the other end of the street is pale in comparison. You practically have to tell them what needs to be done and they would not touch anything that is left in the sink. So, thank Quest West End. You will see more of me next year. 😬

Great location for proximity to RAC Arena, the CBD, public transport, and car hire companies. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were the usual Quest standard that we have come to expect.
