Quest West End

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The environment was incredibly comfortable and clean, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. I especially want to highlight one front desk staff member who is a woman and seemed to be Japanese. Although I didn’t catch her name, she was exceptionally friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and answering questions thoroughly. All the other staff members were equally warm and welcoming, always wearing smiles. Their hospitality made a significant difference in my experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

Great location and secure facilities. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Secure parking was easy to access. Many restaurants and stores close by. Staff were very helpful and the whole process was easy to deal with both check in and check out.||Will definitely stay again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Quest West End! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Perth, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I also appreciated the convenience of nearby restaurants, shops, and transport. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Quest West End to anyone visiting Perth.

I have stayed here a few times and enjoyed them. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A couple of niggling issues that were not to my liking. 1. I was told I was not eligible to claim for airline frequent flyer points because my company paid for my stay. The thing is I chose where to stay and the company pays for it. So, if that's the case I will look for other hotels that would give me the benefits. Mind you, I travel to Perth every other week. 2. It is located in close proximity to pubs and can get noisy in the wee hours of the morning. Every so often getting woken up by loud vehicle horns. God knows why they do it. Otherwise, my stays were pleasant.

Travelled for business and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was 10/10. The staff were friendly and the room was impeccable. Furthermore, that was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on and the pillows were great. Will stay again next time I’m in Perth 100%

Quiet, lovely clean apartment. Well stocked in kitchen and bathroom.. Staff very obliging and helpful. Central to our needs and close to train station. ||Would have liked more than one pillow on the bed!

Honestly would like to give this place a higher rating. On the positive side, the staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful. This review is not a reflection on them. Unfortunately we found the hotel quite noisy. It’s an old building, very echoey. The walls of the room are paper thin so you can hear everything next door and we heard a lot of doors slamming constantly, as well as bathrooms being used etc. Additionally, the lift is old and very noisy as it ascends and descends. We had asked for a room away from the lift, which was kindly provided, but could still hear it. It’s difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Air conditioning unit is positioned poorly in only the bedroom and lowest fan speed was still too high meaning it blows forcefully and directly onto your head while sleeping. Meanwhile the living area does not get impacted by the aircon. Location handy to the free cat bus which is great, but we just thought the noise impacting room was a bit disappointing.

Decent place and great location for a business trip. Close to CBD as well as food and drinks. Only feedback is to offer water bottles for the entire stay as the complementary small ones can only last a day. All other hotels and apartments offer them throughout the stay. Despite being bit noisy the beds and apartments are very clean and comfortable enough to stay.
