Outdated Quest hotel. Honestly, if we’d been aware it was previously a Quest hotel we probably would have looked elsewhere. From appearances inside our guess was that it was renamed in the 1980s and nobody has updated it since. |The TV remote didn’t work, so it was channel 7 or nothing! One bedside lamp didn’t work, there was no extractor fan in the bathroom so good luck using the mirror ( once we’d managed to shift the over bath shower on). |It was a slightly depressing environment so we spent absolutely minimal time in the room. When we returned after dinner we were treated to loud music from downstairs and a couple arguing loudly somewhere nearby. |The two pluses were the fabulous location, and the very comfortable bed.

Very disappointed on our very expensive stay at Aligned accommodation in Williamstown. We were a group of 6 guests over 55yrs that booked 3 rooms from the Tuesday the 31st December 2024 until Thursday 2nd Jan 2025. We were not informed that the lifts were out prior to our arrival. Our 3 rooms were on the 2nd floor making it 3 flights of stairs we had to walk up and down every time we went out and in. There was plenty of time to let us know before we arrived, but knew nothing until we arrived. I have a serious knee disability making it a horrendous experience climbing 3 flights of stairs over and over again. We even spent even more money paying to attend the NYE function in your premises plus a couple of hundred on drinks. Well over a $1000 and not once did anyone bother to check in on us and inquire as to our wellbeing. Very bad experience and feel we should be compensated for a very unpleasant 2 days. We were in rooms 39, 33 and 30, Our booking was in my husbands name Stephen Howell. Not happy at all!

Aligned Corporate Apartments is an ideal position near the Gem Pier and Commonwealth Reserve, the heart of Williamstown. We were put up here for 12 weeks while works were completed on our apartment nearby.|We were allocated Room 28 which was a large two bedroom apartment that was quiet, spacious and well appointed. Yep, peace and privacy is important to me. Some rooms overlook the bay or the park but ours had an interesting view over the Royal Yacht Club of Victoria, with slight views of sailing boats, cruise ships and container ships coming in and out of the bay, which gave us the peace we needed. |Rooms were immaculately clean and could not fault their presentation. |We had a two bedroom apartment which consisted of a king bed and a queen bed in one room, plus a king bed in another. Oh the beds were so comfortable and sheets deliciously soft. |We brought our own tv and chromecast for the bedroom. The one in the living area was a little small. Wifi was strong throughout. |Kitchen had everything you’d need but for us staying more than 4 weeks, the fridge was small and no pantry space, but we made it work. |Separate toilet to bathroom welcomed. Laundry and shower incorporated with front load washer and dryer. Two downsides is no fan for steam. Plus shower over bath didn’t suit us being in our 60’s. We always felt we were potentially going to slip and fall . |Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body wash supplied. Hair dryer as well. Plus washing powder. And of course, dishwasher tablets, detergent, sponges and tea towels. I do love serviced apartments!|Hearing and cooling worked well. Small balcony with table and chairs a nice touch. |Security is very good and staff always welcoming and friendly. If you stay more than 7 days you have room service to change sheets and a quick clean. Parking is good although there is a height limit for those with 4wd’s.|Plus if you’re stay for more than 4 weeks there is a free meal and glass of wine downstairs at Pelicans Landing. |Note that there is a reception centre on the ground floor and a function room on the first floor. When there were functions on we rarely heard a noise except for rowdy guests but heck - celebrating a wedding is a one off affair. |Notes: disabled accessibility. Elevator is appreciated. Kid friendly. Opportunity to ask for extra appliances eg : air fryer. |Half dishwasher in kitchen which worked well. |Bonus: when I arrived there was on the table crisps, cereal, fruit, jam and more. |In the fridge was milk, orange juice, margarine, ham, cheese and more. Much appreciated. |Plenty of great restaurants and cafes only 100m away, and a Cole’s only 400m away. |Plus the joy of living on the bay with the vistas of water craft, piers, parks, dog walkers and more.|The outstanding for me were the staff. Nothing was too much trouble day or night. Front desk. Housekeeping. Security. Everyone. |Thank you for making our stay special. |Highly recommend.

staff are very friendly and efficient. I have stayed more than once and evey room has been great. the only concern i have is the noise that comes from ( Im guessing ) the kitchen exhaust fans , aircon. really makes for and unpleasant night sleep if your staying in one of the front rooms and on floor two. Some effort should be made to sound proof this noise from the rooms

Great location, easy access, good car park. There is a restaurant with a nice view but no breakfast. Rooms are good. I recommend changing the carpet in the hallways because it smells. The rooms were always clean and the staff friendly. I had a good stay.

We are past residents of Williamstown and booked at Aligned as we had stayed previously and it was close to friends, restaurants etc.||The checkin process was smooth and car parked in a secure park under the building. The room was clean and not noisy. At short notice we needed to extend our stay and Manager Michael was able to find us another excellent room.||From an accommodation point of view, the room rate was reasonable, the beds comfortable, the shower was hot and the room was clean.||The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was really convenient to go to Pelicans Landing restaurant and bar without needed to go outside.||Well done, we will definitely return

Overall a good stay. The venue was nice, modern, but getting a little tatty around the edges. The rooms were huge, with comfortable beds. The restaurant was nice in appearance, but the food was just average. Staff were happy, but not outgoing. We enjoyed our stay.

We spent the weekend in Williamstown, and stayed at the Aligned Corporate Residence (formally Quest).||Reception staff very friendly, and offers underground parking for guests.||Our room was OK, a little dated, the bathroom wasn't very clean but offered a good sized bed.||Doors to a shared balcony at the back of the room, giving a bit of a view of the city and the marina next door. The outside area was also not very clean, with rubbish in the gardens, and was in need of a good pressure wash.||At $350 a night, overpriced for what is offered. It is walking distance to several restaurant options which is good, or you can eat at Pelicans Landing with adjoins the residence. Don't think we will visit again.
