⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Family Experience at Questacon! What an absolutely fantastic day at Questacon in Canberra! We took the kids for an afternoon of fun, and it truly delivered on every level. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible interactive exhibits—perfect for curious minds of all ages. The LEGO exhibition was a huge hit with the kids, showcasing amazing builds and hands-on activities that kept them engaged for hours. The interactive galleries were packed with mind-blowing science experiments, optical illusions, and hands-on challenges—so much fun while learning at the same time! And the fire show? WOW! Huge flames, thrilling explosions, and fascinating science behind it all—an absolute must-see! To top it all off, their café was a pleasant surprise—freshly cooked food at reasonable prices, which is a rare gem in attractions like this. Questacon is an absolute must-do for families. It's the perfect mix of fun, education, and excitement, leaving both kids and adults in awe. We’ll definitely be back! 🔥🚀🎉

Questacon, the National Science and Technology Centre in Canberra, is a must-visit destination for families. We recently visited with the kids, and they had an absolutely fantastic time! The interactive exhibits were a highlight, sparking curiosity and providing hands-on learning experiences. From the Earthquake Room to the Free Fall Slide, there was something to excite kids of all ages (and adults too!). The live science shows were engaging and entertaining, offering a fun way to learn about complex concepts. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to explain or demonstrate exhibits. The facility is well-maintained, and there’s plenty of space for kids to explore. The Mini Q area, specifically designed for younger children, was another big hit, with activities that kept them entertained for hours. Overall, Questacon strikes a perfect balance between education and fun. It’s a fantastic way to spark a love of science in kids while creating unforgettable family memories. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Went for the first time as a family with 5 and 10 yr old, and were not disappointed. Kids had a blast. Definitely need a whole day. It is a very educational and interactive experience. The Lego rooms are first. These rooms can take a lot of time, so make sure you leave time and energy to explore and take part in the rest of the rooms.

Some of the equipment used for demonstrations is outdated and could be refurbished. Best to come on a weekday as there won't be as many children running around and you'll get a chance to try the various experiment stations out. Lego exhibition was cute, fun and interactive, amazing to see the creations.

What an incredible place for children, and adults, to find answers to all those questions they have! The Lego exhibits are astonishing in their details, and the descriptions and information displayed answer the questions before they're even asked. The real genius is how almost all the exhibits are interactive, making them fun for everyone whilst explaining and/or showing how common, everyday things work. The caged lightening is a visual delight, and one of the post popular exhibits. And the toddler play area is exceptional, teaching whilst allowing them to have fun. An exceptional experience, thank you!

A perfect science centre for children (and adults)! There’s eight galleries in total, covering different kinds of things. Starting from the lego gallery, fundamental science, earth science, lab experiments, little scientists arcade area (for 0-6 years old), and young adults arcade area, closing it off with a huge gallery of the moon. There’s tons of bathroom and baby changing area. There’s a restaurant and cafe. There’s a large parking area as well. I recommend spending 3-4 hours here.

Fantastic few hours spent at Questacon, it never disappoints. Enough change to keep it fresh and then some consistent favourites. Tickets are cheaper to buy at the venue, which is weird but I suppose demand could be an issue taking that risk. We went 1st week of NSW school holidays and it was quiet enough. Plenty of paid parking (seems everywhere in Canberra is paid parking) $16 for 4 hours. Food is really good in the cafe, fresh, tasty and some other options besides burgers. Lego have a fantastic exhibit so we spent heaps of time in that room. Dinosaur talk is so worth making time for, really fun and informative.
