According to the waiter, the chef decided it would be "nice" to add mussels and squid to the dish we ordered (paella with lobster and prawns) since "most people like" the extra seafood. We specifically ordered that dish because we do not like squid or mussels. Luckily, we have no allergies. The dish we ordered was 10 Euros more expensive per person. When it arrived, some 40 minutes after we were seated, the dish was overcooked and somewhat burned. The shellfish were stuck in their shells and the rice needed to be scraped vigorously from the pan. It was not burned so badly as to be inedible, but it was not good. We were not offered any compensation other than apologies from our waiter when we paid the bill, i.e. nothing from the chef, a reduction in price, or complimentary dessert for example. The waiter never appeared after we were served, so we had no chance to complain short of going to the kitchen ourselves. Fair enough. We won't be back.
