Quincy Hotel Singapore

The whole stay was very successful, the room was cleaned very thoroughly (Nancy) and the service was just wonderful! Everyone is very nice and helpful, and the ice cream you can get at the reception is delicious and refreshing when you return to the hotel after a hot day. We wanted to especially thank Fatin for all the recommendations regarding food in the city and the surprise that awaited us in the room - I listen to the needs of the guests and you can see that he works with great commitment :)

The staff here were super friendly and welcoming. I loved the thoughtful gift basket waiting in the room—it was such a nice surprise! The refreshment area was great, the room was clean, spacious, and I even got a free upgrade. Plus, the location made everything really convenient. Had a great stay and would definitely come back

We returned home last night from a 12 night stay in a deluxe room at the Quincy Hotel Singapore. My first comment: I have never been made to feel more welcome, not just on arrival, but ongoing, at any hotel anywhere in the world! On arrival we enjoyed a welcome ice cream - a pleasant change from the usual welcome drink. The breakfast (which we had included) arrangements were explained and we were shown the breakfast and lounge area, the stock of snacks and the drinks fridge, both of which we were free for us to help ourselves to as desired. Our room was comfortable, clean and well stocked with small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. During the course of our stay our housekeeper, Hisyam, kept everything clean and well stocked. We enjoyed spending time on the window seat in our room from which we could admire the view. Breakfast included a selection of juices, fruit, yoghurt, salad, breads for toasting and pastries along with a number of western and Asian dishes cooked to order. Sharon and Jeremy, as the regular breakfast room staff kept everything clean, tidy and well stocked. Relief staff ably filled their shoes when they had a day off. Reception staff greeted us every morning and greeted us with a "welcome back" every time we returned from a foray out exploring the delights of Singapore. Our overall impression was of an establishment where staff took pride in their jobs and where nothing was too much trouble. Customer service was obviously seen as important by all team members as nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. Will we be back? ABSOLUTELY! Thank you to all the team, those we saw and those behind the scenes who contributed to making our stay a comfortable and pleasant one.

Overall experience was fabulous and very Qool. The attention to detail , early checkin , complementary all day snacks and beverages were a big plus. I like they are environment conscious. Service from the reception to housekeeping was impeccable. |Cheryl was super friendly and always there to give me personalized concierge service - when asking on where to dine out etc. She took the time to enquire things, super professional , warm and hospitable. ||John - from housekeeping, kept our room super clean, all requests on extra items were adhered to . What I liked was that they also provide two additional kinds of pillows for you to choose based on your preference. The room size was bigger than most , and our sleep quality was the best thanks to the most comfortable beds , linen and blackout electric blinds .||Lastly the extra long table gave us enough space to use for various things - as a vanity , charging station, kettle and tea area. ||The room is very well built and I will definitely be staying here again. |Highly recommend to anyone. |It’s this level of service and quality that will keep Quincy ahead of other hotels for years to come.

What a great home away from home, service with a smile from check in to breakfast. Imelda had our room sparkling when we returned back from a day out and about. Creature comforts, small gym, great steam room and a refreshing 26 degrees in the pool, and a short 12 minute walk to Orchard MRT. See you all next time.

Service staff was really excellent! Special mention to duty manager Yingzi as she was really welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. 10/10 will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience staying around orchard (walking distance to paragon mall). Rooms are clean and tidy as well. Prices are great value. Definitely will book again on my next visit before year end.

Had a lovely time at the Quincy Hotel. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful and kept our room really tidy. It is also a very well located hotel as we were able to walk upto the mall, shopping centers and eateries easily.

A solid four-star hotel. The location is great - just a short walk from the Orchard Road shopping area. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with decent facilities. The breakfast options were okay, but nothing special. The gym was fine, though not particularly impressive. Overall, a good, reliable four-star option in central Singapore.

I am very happy with my stay here. The wonderful qualities was it's sleek modern design, location to orchard road (approx 5 min walk), and most notably the friendliness of everyone we met. It definitely made my first trip to Singapore a memorable one and I always looked forward to our room at the end of our long hot days. Minibar was stocked and included. If you book the room directly with the hotel, you get two pieces of laundry included every day. The gym and pool are open 24 hours per day. Complimentary breakfast is served at 6:45 am every day. The only reason I did not give the hotel the full 5 stars were little things here and there: 1) our bathroom door didn't close all the way 2) the shower looked like it had been caulked to fix a leak but not cleaned up to look professionally done, and the breakfast although adequate to start ones day, does have a few stale pastries and often time under-ripen fruit. Overall, for the value, I would highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing hotel in Singapore. You get comfortable rooms and luxury without breaking the bank. I arrived around 8:00 am after flying for over 21 hours from the US. I was exhausted but check in time wasn't until 2:00pm. When I got to the hotel I asked if an early check it was possible and the girl told me usually they don't allow early check in that early but they had rooms available so they did it as a courtesy. Already winning! The room was immaculate, bright and had a great view. Awesome pros: - Complimentary mini bar that is stocked up each day - Complimentary breakfast that changes each day with many options - Beautiful pool with an even better view - Decent sized gym that included ellipticals, treadmills, a few benches and free weights - Sauna and steam room attached to the gym - Complimentary happy hour (was never at the hotel around the time it happened but it sounded great!) The best part was the attentive staff and their willingness to go out of the way to please. Kudos to The Quincy for making my stay such an enjoyable one. I will definitely book again when I come back to visit.

Great hip hotel near orchard. Free wifi, buffet breakfast and complimentary laundry limited to 2 pcs per room per day. Easy check in and easy check out. Gym,pool,sauna and steam room available for guests to use.

Really, a great place to stay in Singapore. I was looking for a mix of affordability, comfort and location and Quincy hit it all. From the start, I was picked up at the airport by a great driver in a new Mercedes and rushed to the hotel - about 20 minutes at 12:30am. Check in was quick and easy, which is great at 1:00am after flying from the US. My room was bright, clean, comfortable. Not too fancy, not too basic. No view to speak of, but that's not an issue at all. The room had a large bathroom with both shower and tub, comfortable bed, good sized closet, TV with plenty of channels, fridge with free drinks (beer, water, soda). Really, it had it all. WiFi was free and pretty fast with no real issues that I can think of. Breakfast each morning was okay - not great, but not bad. Most days it was largely the same, but with slight differences. The reception each evening was great - free drinks served up by friendly bartenders, and really good (and filling) snacks. You really could make a meal out of it if you wanted to, and I did once, but it's hard to pass up all of the great food in Singapore. Location wise, you're 7 minutes from Orchard Road, 10 from the train and bus to get you anywhere you desire. The pool looked nice. The gym, however, was on the poor side - my only real negative of the hotel.

A full board hotel is really rare in Singapore and when Quincy first opened, the missus and I made a beeline for it. Our favourite part of the hotel, other than the open bar at cocktail hour, is the infinity pool on the 12th floor. So what's the big deal about an infinity pool? The secret to this pool is its glass-bottom floor which is suspended in air with nothing beneath! It's not a very big strip of glass but it will feel like you are flying in the air as you swim pass the glass. You can see people and cars on the ground floor as you "fly" pass. It's an absolute thrill. make sure you try it. The only down side about the hotel is its location. What a miserable trek from the main road if you were taking public transport. Does not inspire leaving the hotel either.

The Quincy was a wonderful hotel from the room to the breakfast and snacks to the infinity swimming pool on the 12th floor with a glass bottom. We arrived from a long flight to find a pleasant staff. The room was spacious with a well stocked mini bar (free and replenished daily), a Nespresso coffee maker with plenty of coffee pods. Free and reliable wi-fi. The shower/bath area was glass enclosed which was both interesting and lovely. You can pull down a screen to allow for privacy. The hotel is a short walk up a hill from the busy Orchard Road. It's an amazing experience. Lots to do and look at both day and night. The hotel is also near Mount Elizabeth hospital if you need a pharmacy or the care of a doctor. We found the people of Singapore to be kind, courteous and very patience with tourists. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Basically all inclusive. And you can't beat that it is super close to orchard road and paragon. I just wish that they partners with a hotel brand since I will have stayed with them for almost 3 months!

If I could give this beautiful boutique hotel 10 stars I would. The amazing staff and service here is second to none. I chose the Quincy to recover from a surgery as I knew they would treat me well and be attentive to my every need, no matter how small. They did not disappoint! A special thank you to Chandran for his wonderful service and truly caring way. He made my time so much more pleasant. Any business would be lucky to have him. Thank you also to the front desk staff for the hand drawn card and fruit they surprised me with. The only complaint I have is that I can't take them with me when I travel! I can't wait to go back!

Liked the location..Close to bars and food..Wish i had more time to spend...
