Quincy Hotel Singapore

Excellent stay overall! Gary at Reception was particularly helpful. The two ladies at breakfast were so patient and kind. The staff overall is just so professional. Great location - next to the malls and Orchard st. Everything is walking distance, bus stop, MRT and dining. Rooms are well appointed and serviced. The night shade was a game changer- helped us all sleep so soundly. The icecream sandwich at check in made our welcome so special! Unlimited tea / coffee/ cold beverages are so welcome after a long day of sightseeing. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you for looking after us :)

if you don't mind the distance and walking, the easiest way to get to the hotel is by walking is through lvl 2 of paragon mall and exiting the back entrance right beside paul then walk a straight path uphill. (if you're bringing luggages, might be best to come by cab)||||the hotel was super lovely! hotel felt very cozy and relaxing and the despite the minimal space the interior was well decorated, very elegant and luxurious. everywhere throughout the hotel and even our room it was super clean. a wide range of accessible facilities too but we didn't get to explore them.||for our stay we got the deluxe room with king bed on the high floor and for the price we paid it was really a good deal and we're glad we got it. noise level were well contained, not much disturbance from room to room.||||tip top hospitality from the day we checked in til the day we checked out. we were offered complimentary yummy ice cream sandwiches and also enjoyed the free pretzels! we also got gifted their mascot dolls as a souvenir which was the cutest surprise. was treated the best and given exceptional service during our stay by nurul! really quite the best staycation experience for my gf and i hehe! definitely coming back in the future!

Our family stayed at the Quincy for a week this month and had a wonderful experience - room is large by Singapore standards, clean and comfortable with a lovely window seat/view of the city. We really appreciated the complimentary cold drinks and snacks available in the foyer, esp after a hot day walking around SG. We loved the location and didn't mind the walk to Orchard Road/Paragon Mall (10 mins), it was nice to be close to the action but far enough away for peace and quiet. The pool was great too, clean and never too busy. Check in and check out were seamless. Special shout out to Arjun who made us feel so welcome on arrival, he was always smiling and helpful with recommendations. We won't hesitate to stay at the Quincy again next time we're in SG.

It was a great stay here. The kids were so happy to get surprise from the hotel team like a teddy bear, heart shape balloons and bath bombs. Also 24 hrs access to the lounge with a bunch of healthy snacks, biscuits, milk and coffee. You guys are so kind!! So QOOL 🫶🏻

Booked an impromptu night stay and had everything was really good. The place was well decorated for Christmas and it was quiet and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. The snacks and drinks and fruits were nice. Breakfast, although not with alot of variety compared to other hotels, was sufficient. The welcome ice cream treat was unique and very nice!

I had a wonderfully pleasant stay at Quincy Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to detail, which made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. I also loved that they offered complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea throughout my stay - such a thoughtful touch. The gym is on the smaller side but very well maintained, with modern equipment and a great view. The same goes for the pool: clean, relaxing, and beautifully kept. My room was spotless, quiet, and spacious enough, with a really pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I can totally recommend Quincy Hotel. It’s a comfortable, well-run place with great service and thoughtful little details that make your stay feel special.

Excellent service from the reception staff, who were really warm, friendly and helpful. Was quite surprised by the personal service from Quincy. Also the lovely surprise (cake and simple decor) from the staff for our 10th anniversary. Location is in the heart of Orchard, but you'll need to walk about 5min from orchard road to reach the hotel. Ok for most individuals, with the exception of those who have walking difficulty. The room is good, although there are areas for improvement. For example, room 1409 has a drainage design issue with the shower. The water doesnt flow well towards the drain, leading to the shower floor filled with water after a while. It clears overtime though. Overall, will definitely stay with Quincy again.

Stayed here for more than 4 months, their service is amazing, absolutely helpful and friendly staffs. Location is great, nearby orchard and scott’s. Everything is so clean and neat. 24hr foods and drinks too! Complete facilities too! Great stay. Thank you.

I am very happy with my stay here. The wonderful qualities was it's sleek modern design, location to orchard road (approx 5 min walk), and most notably the friendliness of everyone we met. It definitely made my first trip to Singapore a memorable one and I always looked forward to our room at the end of our long hot days. Minibar was stocked and included. If you book the room directly with the hotel, you get two pieces of laundry included every day. The gym and pool are open 24 hours per day. Complimentary breakfast is served at 6:45 am every day. The only reason I did not give the hotel the full 5 stars were little things here and there: 1) our bathroom door didn't close all the way 2) the shower looked like it had been caulked to fix a leak but not cleaned up to look professionally done, and the breakfast although adequate to start ones day, does have a few stale pastries and often time under-ripen fruit. Overall, for the value, I would highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing hotel in Singapore. You get comfortable rooms and luxury without breaking the bank. I arrived around 8:00 am after flying for over 21 hours from the US. I was exhausted but check in time wasn't until 2:00pm. When I got to the hotel I asked if an early check it was possible and the girl told me usually they don't allow early check in that early but they had rooms available so they did it as a courtesy. Already winning! The room was immaculate, bright and had a great view. Awesome pros: - Complimentary mini bar that is stocked up each day - Complimentary breakfast that changes each day with many options - Beautiful pool with an even better view - Decent sized gym that included ellipticals, treadmills, a few benches and free weights - Sauna and steam room attached to the gym - Complimentary happy hour (was never at the hotel around the time it happened but it sounded great!) The best part was the attentive staff and their willingness to go out of the way to please. Kudos to The Quincy for making my stay such an enjoyable one. I will definitely book again when I come back to visit.

Great hip hotel near orchard. Free wifi, buffet breakfast and complimentary laundry limited to 2 pcs per room per day. Easy check in and easy check out. Gym,pool,sauna and steam room available for guests to use.

Really, a great place to stay in Singapore. I was looking for a mix of affordability, comfort and location and Quincy hit it all. From the start, I was picked up at the airport by a great driver in a new Mercedes and rushed to the hotel - about 20 minutes at 12:30am. Check in was quick and easy, which is great at 1:00am after flying from the US. My room was bright, clean, comfortable. Not too fancy, not too basic. No view to speak of, but that's not an issue at all. The room had a large bathroom with both shower and tub, comfortable bed, good sized closet, TV with plenty of channels, fridge with free drinks (beer, water, soda). Really, it had it all. WiFi was free and pretty fast with no real issues that I can think of. Breakfast each morning was okay - not great, but not bad. Most days it was largely the same, but with slight differences. The reception each evening was great - free drinks served up by friendly bartenders, and really good (and filling) snacks. You really could make a meal out of it if you wanted to, and I did once, but it's hard to pass up all of the great food in Singapore. Location wise, you're 7 minutes from Orchard Road, 10 from the train and bus to get you anywhere you desire. The pool looked nice. The gym, however, was on the poor side - my only real negative of the hotel.

A full board hotel is really rare in Singapore and when Quincy first opened, the missus and I made a beeline for it. Our favourite part of the hotel, other than the open bar at cocktail hour, is the infinity pool on the 12th floor. So what's the big deal about an infinity pool? The secret to this pool is its glass-bottom floor which is suspended in air with nothing beneath! It's not a very big strip of glass but it will feel like you are flying in the air as you swim pass the glass. You can see people and cars on the ground floor as you "fly" pass. It's an absolute thrill. make sure you try it. The only down side about the hotel is its location. What a miserable trek from the main road if you were taking public transport. Does not inspire leaving the hotel either.

The Quincy was a wonderful hotel from the room to the breakfast and snacks to the infinity swimming pool on the 12th floor with a glass bottom. We arrived from a long flight to find a pleasant staff. The room was spacious with a well stocked mini bar (free and replenished daily), a Nespresso coffee maker with plenty of coffee pods. Free and reliable wi-fi. The shower/bath area was glass enclosed which was both interesting and lovely. You can pull down a screen to allow for privacy. The hotel is a short walk up a hill from the busy Orchard Road. It's an amazing experience. Lots to do and look at both day and night. The hotel is also near Mount Elizabeth hospital if you need a pharmacy or the care of a doctor. We found the people of Singapore to be kind, courteous and very patience with tourists. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Basically all inclusive. And you can't beat that it is super close to orchard road and paragon. I just wish that they partners with a hotel brand since I will have stayed with them for almost 3 months!

If I could give this beautiful boutique hotel 10 stars I would. The amazing staff and service here is second to none. I chose the Quincy to recover from a surgery as I knew they would treat me well and be attentive to my every need, no matter how small. They did not disappoint! A special thank you to Chandran for his wonderful service and truly caring way. He made my time so much more pleasant. Any business would be lucky to have him. Thank you also to the front desk staff for the hand drawn card and fruit they surprised me with. The only complaint I have is that I can't take them with me when I travel! I can't wait to go back!

Liked the location..Close to bars and food..Wish i had more time to spend...
