Quincy Hotel Singapore

I want to acknowledge the hotel manager and her entire staff for being so courteous, attentive, patient and knowledgeable. What a breath of fresh air the entire staff is. Our group (EGFM) had a wonderful time. The all-day drinks and snacks served in the lounge area were fantastic. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and night life. It is immaculate and has the best window seat I've ever seen. Would stay again and highly recommend.

tucked neatly in the city and walking distance to Orchard road. Prime location and good place to stay if you are seeing the Christmas lighting and soaking in the festive atmosphere. cosy hotel and comfortable. rooms are very clean and quiet. friendly staff. breakfast is ok but good enough love the 24hr coffee/tea bar and nuts for a night snack the sparking water tap at the lounge is awesome.

Such a Wonderful stay, loved the complimentary soda water/coffee/snacks. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Good range of food for the buffet breakfast, only negative was it wasn’t hot enough. Would definitely recommend the Quincy!

We had a brilliant time at Quincy Hotel. The staff were super attentive from arrival to departure. They were so helpful with all our enquiries. Rooms were consistently clean too. We loved the ice cream sandwich on arrival, the places to relax in the lobby with free teas and cold drinks, the pool and steam room. I also particularly loved the bathtub in the room and the nook by the window to look out at the view. We even got a special parting gift including a picture from the theatrical production we are about to perform in! Highly recommend anyone to stay here. We were a little worried about the walk into orchard by honestly it was quite short. A straight path down to Paragon every morning for ya kun kaya toast was a delight!

I’ve been staying at this hotel for almost 8–10 years now, usually every few months when accompanying my grandmother to her medical checkups in Singapore. Over the years, I’ve tried many different hotels around Orchard, but I always find myself coming back here — and for good reason. The location is ideal: close to the hospital yet tucked away from the busy Orchard main road, making it peaceful and quiet. It truly feels like coming home each time I return. The gym is great, and the pool — with a section made of glass where you can look right down to the street — is always fun to swim in. It’s such a unique little detail. What truly sets this hotel apart is the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. They always recognize me and remember my grandmother, which makes every stay so personal. This trip was different because I came alone for surgery, and when I mentioned that I’d prefer a room near the lift, they kindly arranged it right away. When I came back from the hospital, I found a beautiful handwritten note along with fish essence and ginger in my room — a gesture that deeply touched me. I would like to especially thank Deputy Manager Yingzi, who listened so thoughtfully and personally prepared everything. It was such a caring act that made me feel genuinely looked after. Even now, every time I drink the fish essence, I’m reminded of their kindness. It’s not just professionalism here — it’s genuine care, consistency, and heart. After trying so many hotels over the years, this one remains my favorite, and I can confidently say they’ve earned a special place in my heart.

I enjoyed my stay, nice hotel, room with a cityview. Located in a nice area. Clean and modern hotel. Simple but good breakfast with additional dishes you can order. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Spacious room and bathroom. Great powerful shower. I used the pool a couple of times to relax. Gym with the minimum equipment but sufficient.

I would highly recommend this accommodation for three standout reasons: Exceptional Customer Service: From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Yingzi. Her bubbly personality and genuine attentiveness made my stay truly memorable. She was not only thoughtful—offering suggestions I hadn’t even considered—but also incredibly reliable. What impressed me most was her personal touch and prompt follow-through on every request. Spacious and Comfortable Room: The room was impressively spacious, with a cosy ledge that turned out to be the perfect nook for quiet reading. It’s a well-designed space that balances comfort and functionality. Tranquil Location in the Heart of Orchard: Despite being centrally located in Orchard, the hotel offers a peaceful and serene environment. It was exactly what I needed to unwind and recharge. Functional and Friendly, but Breakfast Needs Improvement I stayed at the Quincy Hotel in Singapore and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was functional and clean, with no carpet—which I appreciated for hygiene. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy, even at the lowest fan setting, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The staff were exceptionally attentive and detail-oriented. I felt genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The location is convenient, though it requires a 700-meter walk to reach the nearest MRT stations and Orchard Road. On hot days, this walk can be a bit challenging. The biggest downside was breakfast. You can either order from a limited menu where you choose between eggs with sides or an Asian-style dish. There were no sliced cheeses or cold cuts available. The bread seemed mass-produced and wasn’t fresh, and fruit options were limited to just two types per day. Overall, the hotel is a solid choice for business travel, but the breakfast offering could definitely be improved. ---

I am very happy with my stay here. The wonderful qualities was it's sleek modern design, location to orchard road (approx 5 min walk), and most notably the friendliness of everyone we met. It definitely made my first trip to Singapore a memorable one and I always looked forward to our room at the end of our long hot days. Minibar was stocked and included. If you book the room directly with the hotel, you get two pieces of laundry included every day. The gym and pool are open 24 hours per day. Complimentary breakfast is served at 6:45 am every day. The only reason I did not give the hotel the full 5 stars were little things here and there: 1) our bathroom door didn't close all the way 2) the shower looked like it had been caulked to fix a leak but not cleaned up to look professionally done, and the breakfast although adequate to start ones day, does have a few stale pastries and often time under-ripen fruit. Overall, for the value, I would highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing hotel in Singapore. You get comfortable rooms and luxury without breaking the bank. I arrived around 8:00 am after flying for over 21 hours from the US. I was exhausted but check in time wasn't until 2:00pm. When I got to the hotel I asked if an early check it was possible and the girl told me usually they don't allow early check in that early but they had rooms available so they did it as a courtesy. Already winning! The room was immaculate, bright and had a great view. Awesome pros: - Complimentary mini bar that is stocked up each day - Complimentary breakfast that changes each day with many options - Beautiful pool with an even better view - Decent sized gym that included ellipticals, treadmills, a few benches and free weights - Sauna and steam room attached to the gym - Complimentary happy hour (was never at the hotel around the time it happened but it sounded great!) The best part was the attentive staff and their willingness to go out of the way to please. Kudos to The Quincy for making my stay such an enjoyable one. I will definitely book again when I come back to visit.

Great hip hotel near orchard. Free wifi, buffet breakfast and complimentary laundry limited to 2 pcs per room per day. Easy check in and easy check out. Gym,pool,sauna and steam room available for guests to use.

Really, a great place to stay in Singapore. I was looking for a mix of affordability, comfort and location and Quincy hit it all. From the start, I was picked up at the airport by a great driver in a new Mercedes and rushed to the hotel - about 20 minutes at 12:30am. Check in was quick and easy, which is great at 1:00am after flying from the US. My room was bright, clean, comfortable. Not too fancy, not too basic. No view to speak of, but that's not an issue at all. The room had a large bathroom with both shower and tub, comfortable bed, good sized closet, TV with plenty of channels, fridge with free drinks (beer, water, soda). Really, it had it all. WiFi was free and pretty fast with no real issues that I can think of. Breakfast each morning was okay - not great, but not bad. Most days it was largely the same, but with slight differences. The reception each evening was great - free drinks served up by friendly bartenders, and really good (and filling) snacks. You really could make a meal out of it if you wanted to, and I did once, but it's hard to pass up all of the great food in Singapore. Location wise, you're 7 minutes from Orchard Road, 10 from the train and bus to get you anywhere you desire. The pool looked nice. The gym, however, was on the poor side - my only real negative of the hotel.

A full board hotel is really rare in Singapore and when Quincy first opened, the missus and I made a beeline for it. Our favourite part of the hotel, other than the open bar at cocktail hour, is the infinity pool on the 12th floor. So what's the big deal about an infinity pool? The secret to this pool is its glass-bottom floor which is suspended in air with nothing beneath! It's not a very big strip of glass but it will feel like you are flying in the air as you swim pass the glass. You can see people and cars on the ground floor as you "fly" pass. It's an absolute thrill. make sure you try it. The only down side about the hotel is its location. What a miserable trek from the main road if you were taking public transport. Does not inspire leaving the hotel either.

The Quincy was a wonderful hotel from the room to the breakfast and snacks to the infinity swimming pool on the 12th floor with a glass bottom. We arrived from a long flight to find a pleasant staff. The room was spacious with a well stocked mini bar (free and replenished daily), a Nespresso coffee maker with plenty of coffee pods. Free and reliable wi-fi. The shower/bath area was glass enclosed which was both interesting and lovely. You can pull down a screen to allow for privacy. The hotel is a short walk up a hill from the busy Orchard Road. It's an amazing experience. Lots to do and look at both day and night. The hotel is also near Mount Elizabeth hospital if you need a pharmacy or the care of a doctor. We found the people of Singapore to be kind, courteous and very patience with tourists. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Basically all inclusive. And you can't beat that it is super close to orchard road and paragon. I just wish that they partners with a hotel brand since I will have stayed with them for almost 3 months!

If I could give this beautiful boutique hotel 10 stars I would. The amazing staff and service here is second to none. I chose the Quincy to recover from a surgery as I knew they would treat me well and be attentive to my every need, no matter how small. They did not disappoint! A special thank you to Chandran for his wonderful service and truly caring way. He made my time so much more pleasant. Any business would be lucky to have him. Thank you also to the front desk staff for the hand drawn card and fruit they surprised me with. The only complaint I have is that I can't take them with me when I travel! I can't wait to go back!
