Quinta Avenida Habana Hotel

What an amazing hotel! Staff is superb! Food is delicious. The beach is beyond amazing! I highly recommend this resort! They honestly treat you like family here! Tony Ross is excellent for customer service! And Tiger is the best bartender I have ever seen!

I’ve been staying in Havana in multiple times and in this occasion I decided to give it a try to this city hotel. I must admit that my stay was much better than expected, hotel was very clean, spacious, they also offer additional services like a nice gym. Personal was very friendly and helpful, specially their manager Jose Ramon who kindly took care of us. Hotel location is in a good residential neighborhood, very safe.

During my stay in Cuba I had the opportunity to visit the Gran Muthu Almirante Hotel. The truth is I had an excellent vacation there with my family. The beach clean and organized. I loved all the entertainment activities. Enjoyed the pool and ping pong tournaments in the game room. Thanks to the fantastic animation team. Special thanks to animators Yoandry and Richard for their professionalism. Enjoyed the pina colada that bartender Herme offered at the bar. See you next time.

Great price, friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast bar is amazing, pool is very well kept, AC in room worked perfectly! Don’t be surprised if the elevators and or power randomly goes out, never more than four minutes. Thank you to all the staff! Y’all made our trip that much better and we will be back!

This hotel has great ambience and very cozy beds. The service is also awesome and they make sure you leave satisfied 😌. I dont speak Spanish but they still managed to fulfill my requests. Mr. Ramón was very keen to help whenever I needed anything.

Despite informing them of my travel issues, This hotel did not provide a refund. I get refused entry at airport. Very disappointing experience.
