Hotel Quinta Real Guadalajara

First time in Guadalajara, and did not disappoint , upon arrival the staff was warm and friendly, everything was seamless, from the restaurant to the rooms which are large spacious and the beds amazing. Also the A/C worked the best at of any 5 star hotel we have stayed. A huge compliment to Jamie who is the concierge, a wonderful person and all of his referrals for the restaurants were spot on, he secured us English speaking drivers, which makes a big difference in a large city! In need of amazing shopping for true Mexican glasses Louis, is your man! He took us all over and it was a true treat, we also went to Tequila distillery with private guides which I also recommended. We loved the hotel with its Spanish colonial feeling! A must hotel

Went to have breakfast on a Saturday morning with my family, it was a buffet type. Everything was very delicious, they served typical mexican food, servers were very attentive. Hotel its gorgeous and colonial type of decor, full of archangels sculptures and paints. Very hard to find parking even with valet.

Amazing hotel. Pretty blown away with architecture of the hotel and room. Our room was big and we were very impressed with it and the service of the hotel staff. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in guadalajara

beautiful colonial style hotel …the manager rosie was very accommodating when we had an issue. martin was very helpful. we loved the breakfast. also jaime the concierge is very knowledgable with excellent english.

This place has old money vibes. The grounds are breathtakingly beautiful. The rooms are spacious and they use high quality shower products. Housekeeping was great as well as bell service and front desk. The only issue was we went for dinner. We ordered seafood which was severely over cooked. The restaurant was empty and it took over 1 hour to receive our food. We were never checked on for refills. The restaurant itself is beautiful but because of that service we never returned nor did we even eat 1/4 of our plate. If they addressed that issue this place would be a solid 5. It's very quiet here and I would recommend it for a leisure stay.

Ottos always a pleasure to stay in the cozy hotel. Nice and perfect service. The food is also excellent. Try the brunch!

A hotel offering a resort-like experience...great vibes! Fabulous restaurant. Attentive staff. Nice gym.

Not your normal hotel. Something very different from the standard Western affair. Designed with an old feel and delivers with great plush rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant and relatively well located for a short drive or longer walk to downtown/old town area.
