My most recent stay at Quinta Real was nothing short of magical. I was here for several nights during a business trip, hosting both private dinners and a private reception with my clients — and everything, from the setting to the service, was perfection. The location feels like a secret — serene, refined, and beautifully hidden in the heart of Mexico. When you first arrive, you’re greeted by San Miguel Arcángel, sword raised, standing victoriously over Satan. It’s a striking and symbolic welcome — one that feels protective, almost sacred — and it sets the tone for the entire stay. My suite was like something out of a storybook — spacious, elegant, and bathed in quiet light. A king one-bedroom suite with a fireplace and a view of the gardens, it felt like having my own private castle. Each morning began with a peaceful breakfast overlooking the flowers, and every dinner was an experience — beautifully presented dishes, attentive staff, and that timeless sense of grace that defines Quinta Real. It’s the kind of property that reminds you why Mexico’s hospitality has such a soul — where tradition meets refinement, and every stay feels personal. ✨ Elegante. Encantador. Had the most wonderful stay at Quinta Real. What a charming property. Anyone who says the hotel needs an update just doesn’t get it and should stay at Fiesta Americana. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was so comfortable and even though the hotel is on a busy road, you could not hear anything! Bed so comfy and room so quiet. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Quinta Real Guadalajara under special circumstances, as we were in the city for a stem cell treatment. The hospitality we received was truly exceptional. The staff showed rare kindness and constant attentiveness, even going out of their way to help us find crutches after I experienced some knee pain following the procedure. Everything was handled with remarkable care and efficiency. The setting is beautiful, the hotel itself is elegant and peaceful, and the restaurant is excellent — every part of our stay exceeded expectations. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. This was a true moment of comfort and care during an important time for us.

This would be our second time staying at this property. We stayed at the Presidential Suite this time since we had a group of 8 people. The space was perfect with three room and three restroom and a huge outdoor area. It was like a house away from our house. Jimmy was our concierge and was on top of it. I would text him with anything we needed and would make arrangements. Love this place!

The hotel needs a few repairs here and there but overall it’s beautiful. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. I would definitely recommend a stay here. It’s a good value for a higher end hotel with charm.

The hotel is centrally located with only a few dollar uber to most of the city sites. Jamie was very helpful in arranging tours and providing recommendations. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well.

Very helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable. Jamie the concierge was very helpful arranging car service and a massage.

First off, let ne start by saying this hotel is hidden gem. The rooms were extremely nice with an old rustic charm. All personnel were very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend. On another note, my wife and I wanted to visit the town of Tequila and ask the concierge (Jaime) for for transportation guidance yo get there, he said he would get back to us. A few minutes later he informed us that he found a driver to be our private guide. Not only did he drive us there, we visited a few distilleries, went to a very nice lunch,etc. It was a wonderful trip. But most importantly he kept us safe and sound. Then got us back to the airport right on time to catch our next flight. Thank you again Quinta Real!

One of my favorite hotels in Guadalajara, excellent classic and classy atmosphere and service. Please never change!

I grade hotels on: Building, Location, Service, Comfort Building Wow is the only way to describe this place. They went to great pain to make this look like an old world Mediterranean home and it worked. From the exposed brick to the curated statues, they did this right! I give the actual building 6 stars! Location Seemed like a really good location. I don't know Guadalajara very well. For that reason I cannot expand of the location with a great deal of authority. What I can say is everything we wanted to see was about 15 to 20 min away and I rather stay here than in those places. I also needed basic things like, ATM, connivence store, money exchange, barber and 2 am hotdog. All of those things were less than 2 blocks away so, winner. Service Top notch. The doorman, wait staff and even building staff, everyone was accommodating and willing to go the extra mile without even having to ask. The brightest spot was the concierge, Jaime. He will get you anything you want 24 hours a day without even blinking an eye. He set me up with a tour guide that was worth more than what we actually paid. Comfort I reduced it by 2 stars but could have easily take 4 stars away. The bed was not just hard it was just springs. I still have back pain from sleeping on that bed. Then the mosquitos!!! I was bit all night! So much so that I couldn't sleep. The reason is, the hall is open to the outdoors and there is an ivy on the wall. Add to that the doors and windows do not close properly and there you go. Mosquitos!

Awesome Hotel, central location. It's just breath taking. You travel in the hectic city with lots of traffic and then you come to this a beautiful little piece of calm in the middle of everything. Hotel and rooms are decorated in classic Hacienda decor, such an awesome experience. Staff is friendly and not pretentious ( unlike the Ritz and Four Seasons). This will be the only place I will be staying in Guadalajara from here on out.

This review is not for the actual rooms, but rather for the terrace, bar and restaurant. We had dinner one night in the garden-terrace area of this hotel and it is beautiful! They have outdoor seating and is perfect for a very laid back happy hour. The drinks were well-served and we ordered a quite a few items on the menu.

A beautiful boutique hotel, built to resemble a hacienda and with rooms in beautiful style. Excellent service all round and good food. Definitely worth every peso.

It's just breath taking. You travel in the hectic city and then you come to this a beautiful little piece of calm in the muddle of everything. The rooms need updating a bit but they are still gorgeous! The restaurant has great food and the bar serves good drinks. The grounds are well kept clean and very green, just beautiful

Beautiful historic hotel with all the comforts you need. Close to anything you'd like to see while in town. The service is very attentive. Open air restaurant and bar to the gardens. The rooms are very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Definitely be back
