We stopped here for a few nights, in two separate stays, before and after visiting Machu Picchu. |The hotel is very well located on a narrow street close to bars, restaurants, laundries and shops. It is full of character with a nice courtyard, well finished rooms with a separate toilet and shower and a small safe but the walls were very thin. Filtered water was available in the room with more available the communal area. |Staff at check-in, breakfast and throughout our stays, were friendly and welcoming.|Breakfast was great with superb fruits, plenty of different white and brown breads, eggs cooked to order, meats, cheeses, salad, spreads, cheese, cakes, a choice of coffees and more!|This is an excellent choice for a stay in Cusco.

Great accommodations, friendly staff and good location. Saul was very welcoming and helpful through our check-in process. We came in late in the day and he ensured we knew where to go to get dinner before restaurants closed.|They also held our bags in storage while we did the 5 days trekking to Machu Picchu.

I love this precious boutique hotel. You can tell that a lot of love and care is part of their DNA. The rooms are great - we were three friends in one room, and the beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable. It's in a perfect location with cute stores, and the breakfast is delicious. I want to congratulate the whole staff, the reception folks, the kitchen, and everyone who made our experience such a positive one. I highly recommend it!

Nice place with bright and modern rooms. Comfortable beds and histotical interiors. We were not lucky and spend the night here while independence day celebration- fireworks started at 2:00 am😩. Breakfast area is very small for high season it’s difficult to maintain a good service there. After all I increase a bit my evaluation- as city celebration shouldn’t affect hotel rating. Totally we spend here 4 nights and it was rather cozy and nice:)

Very friendly & helpful staff. Chef makes a variety of breads, jams as well as eggs for breakfast. All delicious! Filtered drinking water on tap so no need to keep buying plastic bottles. Great location too.

Beautiful boutique hotel very close to the center of the historic area. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel had a great breakfast offered in the morning. Many cafes and restaurants were also walking distance.

Great hotel for early risers. But if you plan to sleep last 6:30 am this is not the place for you. Every morning we were woken either by the staff knocking on our door to deliver toilet paper that no one ordered (despite do not disturb signs) or other guests taking phone calls on speaker phone at 6:45am in the courtyard directly below our room or the music being played by the kitchen staff. There is no sound proofing with the exterior doors. You can hear every single word spoken outside, in your room. Additionally our room was tiny and with NO window except for the door. Only big enough for a queen bed and a tiny chair. The shower water oscillated between cold and scalding. It’s beautiful and charming and the breakfast was delicious but we got no rest which is the primary function of a hotel. The hotel staff needs to take more care in ensuring quiet for the rooms that directly overlook the main courtyard and breakfast room. Allowing guests to talk loudly at 6:45 directly in front of the doors to 9 rooms is not ok. I asked to move to a larger quieter room and was told no.
