Fantastic organic gem in central Porto, and the most complete one around. Wide choice of items fairly priced, ranging from fresh fruits and vegetables, several types of tofu, vegan cheeses and meats, and even miso paste. NOW vitamins and eco‑friendly cleaning products are also sold. There’s a small baby food section and Bamboo brand diapers. No more café on site (garden is closed since Covid), so vegan and vegetarian food is not served at lunch anymore.

Amazing little shop. Has absolutely everything you need and it’s all organic. We spoke with the owner, she’s been in business 19 years and really cares about great customer service. Definitely recommend!!

Absolutely love this bio shop in Porto! The staff are incredibly friendly and always make me feel welcome. They have a fantastic selection of products, and I can always find everything I need, from fresh produce to specialty items. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but when inside you'll find a bright, airy cafe at the back of the store. The lady that prepares your food is really friendly and sweet, and takes her time to explain the menu. I ordered a salada rica (salad with your choice of protein, either tofu or goat cheese) and the sumo do dia (orange juice in this case). In total this snack/meal was €7.30 which is on the pricier side, but was yummy. Great place to grab a healthy snack inbetween meals - especially since the Portuguese do not have dinner until 9!
