Had an incredible experience dining here. The food was amazing. So flavorful and well cooked. The presentation was top notch. The staff were awesome. So friendly, accommodating and spent time sharing about the restaurant, how they source their ingredients, and giving details about the menu items. Highly recommend and would love to dine here again.

A good place with too many options of plates, always is a good option if you want to try different plates, the desserts are always the best part of the experience.

Superb meal... Highlight of my trip. All dishes were fresh, balanced, and delightful. Mussels appetizer was both artfully presented and refreshing. Quail main was cooked just right and with a fine sauce on a bed of fresh greens. The dessert was utterly outstanding: the suspero retalteco, a heavenly combo of gelato with other fresh flavors. The chef is very friendly and happy to share the background about the dishes. It's worth a special visit.

Amazing experience ! Do not miss this place if you are in Guatemala City. During our visit to Guatemala City, we had dinner at Quintana Bistrot, and it was an extraordinary experience! The service was impeccable, and Alex and his spouse were incredibly kind, sharing their knowledge about Mayan culture. When the dishes arrived, we were amazed by the beautiful presentation and the extraordinary blend of flavors. The orgasmic dessert was amazing as well. I can only recommend this place if you are in Guatemala City, you won't be disappointed !

A small group at the end of our travels happened upon this restaurant and are so glad we did for our last meal in Guatemala. The owners are so friendly and passionate about their business. The food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

This eatery is not a chain nor is it run of the mill quality. If you're looking for a unique culinary experience, this would be it. Having met the owner, Alex, I was impressed how involved he is as the chef in all aspects of the operation and it's amazing what he puts together. Highly recommended!
