Lucas and the staff were so gracious and fun. We had a great time. All the staff made us feel like family. Thanks for the suggestions on mapping routes for us, Lucas. Just minutes from the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. Room very well kept with good ac, tv with streaming capabilities and fair WiFi. Stocked minibar. Great shower. Highly recommend.

It’s a hidden gem in a great location, just steps from Ottaviano subway station and a few blocks from Saint Peter’s square. Room was impeccable, specially the washroom; great pillows! |Breakfast at the rooftop was the perfect way to start your day. Service is 5 stars. Gianlucca goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. |We travel from Canada to Rome right after conclave and they even arranged pick up service at the airport. A+

We stayed for 9 nights here and completely enjoyed our experience. The owner, Gianluca, was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff was excellent and breakfast was delicious and plentiful - toast , bread, jams, yogurt, eggs any way you like them, with ham, cheese, juices and coffe or tea. Our room was modern and spacious. The property is just a very short walk from the metro station. We would definitely stay again!

WOW there's no place like the QuotLibet -- the best place in Rome to stay! Grazie Mille to Gianluca and his family and team... Shortly after you make your reservation at the QuodLibet you will receive an email from Gianluca, telling you you that as your trip gets closer he will arrange airport transfer for you. It only gets better from there. When you arrive at the guesthouse, someone is there to greet you at the door, and help take your belongings to the 4th floor check in. ||The bedrooms are SO CLEAN -- everything has been thought of, from snacks and drinks in the mini-fridge, to air conditioning, to fluffy towels and comfortable beds. You also have access to a fully stocked kitchen.||The rooftop breakfast is tailor made to each guest, and includes fresh fruits and yogurts, cappuccino made to order, hot cocoa, fresh breads, meats and cheeses, and omelets made to order. It's really amazing.||Gianluca is your guide to the town. Each day he carefully helps you plan out using public transport, and he points out the best restaurants where only the locals go. If you need anything, don't worry -- someone is just a text away on the What's App. ||I'd just like to thank Gianluca and the staff of the QuodLibet for making our trip to Rome so special. I know we will return to this wonderful guesthouse again and again.

Gianluca was an excellent host who went out of his way to help us find everything we needed in Rome. The location is convenient and very walkable, close to both a metro line and Vatican City. The room was very comfortable and charming, as well as the breakfast space on the terrace.

Visited Rome for the Inauguration Mass of the new Pope Leo. I couldn’t have made a better choice of accommodation. As an elderly solo traveller I wanted easy access to everything . The host Gianluca advised me of the best way to get to my destinations and also good places to eat. QuodLibet was very comfortable and welcoming for a solo traveller.

Quiet street but just a block from the Ottaviano Metro stop and not far from the Vatican, with several terrific gelato shops right around the corner. Proprietor Gianluca and his crew are welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts on the rooftop deck are especially nice.

Personalized and thoughtful interactions with owner highlighted our time here. Lovely breakfast to start the day, along with recommendations to guide our first time in Roma. Excellent dining recommendations. Close to public transit, and within walking distance to the Vatican. Weather permitting, romantic interludes on roof top are a must!

We were thrilled to find this place highly recommended on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed at all! Gianluca met us and gave detailed instructions on places to go and recommendations for restaurants, he even arranged our transportation to and from the airport. Booking this B&B is like having a private concierge along with it. We just can't thank Gianluca enough for all he has done for us. It is clear from our experience that he has been doing this for 24 years. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking Rome is always phenomenal! The location of this B&B is perfect, only a few blocks from the Vatican and a short walk across the Tiber river to the other major archaeological sites. Even better, there is a 24 hour bakery in the ground floor right underneath this place!! We just can't recommend this guest house enough!

This was such a nice B&B right around the corner of both the Vatican and a Metro stop! The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was tidy, there were plenty of linens, and all appliances worked well. We were provided a great foldable map along with several suggestions and highlighted walks. This was a nice touch to our intro. Every morning we had a lovely breakfast on the terrace, complete with juice coffee/tea, bread with spreads, croissants, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, a meat plate, and a cheese plate; you won't leave hungry! There is also an elevator so you don't have to lug your luggage (or yourself) up the stairs.

Amazing!!!! Staff is the best, rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Gianluca will give you all the tips and tricks to the city if he recommends a restaurant you should go there! He also gives you a map and shows you recommend routes to optimize your time. Breakfast is amazing on top of the roof. In the basement of the building is a delicious bakery thjat fills the stair case with the most amazing smells. Here you are very close to the Vatican walking distance to everything else. If you don't feel like waking metro is close by and very cheap and easy to use. We will not stay anywhere else in Rome and cant wait to come back.

Great location, great hosts, great place to stay. 10 min. walk north of the Vatican, close to subway and food. Very quiet inside, strong and reliable wifi.

Quodlibet is an excellent bed and breakfast, 7 minutes walk north from the Vatican city, and an easy 4 minute walk from the Ottaviano metro station. It is also located less than 10 minute walk from several excellent local restaurants and gelato shops. Our hosts, Gianluca and Connie, were so welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Upon arrival and check in, we sat down and Gianluca took time with us to learn what our plans were and what kind of things were important to us during our 3 nights in Rome. He then drew out several great walking paths through the city, taking into account to avoid extremely busy areas when possible, but still allowing us to see the big sights and get some great food and gelato. His recommendations were perfect. Gianluca also assisted us in getting a taxi on the day of our departure (which was extremely helpful since the metro was on strike that day! ). The room was super clean , spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully decorated. Breakfast was on the charming rooftop terrace, and was fairly large. It also included pastries from the bakery located directly under the B&B. We will never forget the sweet smell of cakes and breads baking , the entirety of our stay. It was truly delightful. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Rona served us breakfast and she was wonderful. If we ever are able to return to Rome, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. I stayed there with my daughter 4 days. The place is really clean and comfortable . Basically It had all we needed. The service exceeded my expectations. breakfast is really good, fresh and abundant . Agostino and Gian Luca make sure you have all you need.Their advise in where to go, how to get there , when, how much, etc were very helpful and the restaurants they recommended excellent. I would definitely come back when I visit Rome next time.

My wife and I just returned from our honeymoon in Italy, which included four nights in Rome; we could not have asked for a better B&B experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with free Wifi, small refrigerator, and a very nice bathroom, and the service was marvelous. Agostino and his entire staff are consummate professionals who genuinely care about their guests--they did everything they could to make our stay not just at Quod Libet but Rome itself an absolute delight. Beyond the excellent service, the breakfasts were terrific, with delicious fruit, baked goods (there's a 24-hour bakery on the first floor), and coffee. I especially became addicted to the baked goods. On top of all that, Quod Libet is only a ten-minute walk to St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums. You simply cannot go wrong with Quod Libet. Again, they've got it all!

A truly outstanding B&B. My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and we could not have made a better choice. Our host, Augustino, was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful with advice for making the most of our visit to Rome. The B&B is well-located, close to the metro and just a stroll from the Vatican. The room was very comfortable. An excellent, bountiful breakfast gets you off to a great start each morning.

What a nicely run business. Friendly knowledgable staff fantastic breakfasts. A great start to any day in fabulous Rome. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous. We all felt very safe here. And minutes walk from the Vatican. The metro and the wonderful Rome market.
