Canada's most northern park. It is an area of soaring peaks, glaciers, broad River valleys, and tundra. There are a number of cultural sites dating back to 4000 years ago to modern polar exploration. Common wildlife sighting include arctic wolves, arctic foxes, muskox and arctic birds.

One of the last places on Earth untouched by humans. Truly a breathtaking place to experience!

Beautiful hiking trails, nice views and all of the amenities you would expect from a national park. Better during week days as week end gets extremely busy.

This place has breathtaking views of snow and ice. I thought I saw a polar bear, but, it was just just a snow bank. The beach is pretty nice and only costs $5 for an all day pass. Just make sure you bring your own drinks and sunblock, because, the gift shop there is usually closed. It's best to go there during the week, The park can get quite busy on the weekends.

One star because the park had no swings. What kinda park doesn’t have swings?

We had a great vacation here. The beaches were beautiful but there are no life guards so you swim at your own risk. The beach volleyball tournaments are well organized. We won 2nd place this year! Waterskiing is also great here. Definitely recommended, and its a lot hotter than people would lead you to believe. Bring sunscreen.

Hey I really enjoy the area, lots of nice scenery and cool mountains, but best of all I always feel safe being near a Canadian forces site🥰
