The hotel is beautiful...perfectly maintained, spacious room, perfect bed ...perfect bathroom. And very affordable....a pleasure. Now the service...do not ask for a drink after your 1000 km trip, you obviously annoy their rules...they ll give it to you out of pity...do not show up 10 minutes before bkfst close, you annoy them...they already started to clean and they give you a table by pity...do not try to work on a table in the lobby, they are none...you ask for a table at the restaurant (50 of them, not a chance they are fully booked on a thursday)...that annoys them as well...They can offer you a meeting room at 100 euros though if you do not want to work in a sofa for 6 hours....I left and went to a local tavern, was warmly welcome at last in Remouchamps, they disconnected nicely a TV for my laptop... I am not complaining on the staff here, they were actually really trying to heIp but they are just locked up! I am saying this is another example of this abnoxious management that does not care at all about service, treating their employees as mere executing rules robots because some guy who never did set foot in a hotel knows better what to do than them. R hotel is everything that is wrong with this dehumanized world. Making you believe you are special for your instagram shot, while treating you as a sheep in a supermarket. Let your staff do their work!
