Raamtin Hotel

This is the worst 4-star hotel I've ever experienced. The service feels more like that of a 2-star hotel, not 4. I encountered issues during check-in, check-out, and throughout my stay. Their risk management is terrible. A day before my scheduled checkout, they called and told me I had only one hour to vacate the room, despite the fact that I had paid for four nights, not three; They didn’t even bother to verify it with the payment amount. I do not recommend this hotel.

If I had to rate this hotel, it would get five stars for being the worst. Despite clean rooms and comfy beds, my guests had a terrible time. The staff doesn't help much, so if you need something done, find the manager. Rooms are too hot or cold, sheets have hairs, and they gave us opened tissues when we asked for them. They didn't bring more when we needed them due to allergies. Staff can be unfriendly; when we complained, they just nodded. Laundry was left outside our room instead of inside as promised. ⚠️Don't waste your money here!

I don't want to roast this hotel but it can be improved if the staff get trained. Or just demolish the whole building better.

Worst hotel ever,, no AC and broken bathroom ,, dirty and customer service is the worst ,,, pay the same price for other hotels in the area much better ,,, hotel is meant to make you relax but this makes u feel pain and as if ur in prison and as if the hotel is for free while it’s not ur legit paying money for a shitty room and hotel !!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It was a good experience staying at the hotel. Good service, spacious suite and well-behaved staff. An area of improvement is to divide the hotel rooms to smoking and non-smoking areas as they are all smoking currently and it is not fair to the non-smoker guests.

I've stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Our room was a suite room with amenity such as kitchen..It was a good experience. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was above my expectation and it was good for a 4 star hotel..however there were some negative things about hotel that I want to consider. The parking was really a problem for us.. the hotel's parking was public and other people could park and it took ages to take out your car from parking..and at night there was no one to open the parking.. you had to wait for 10 minutes.. there was a problem with windows. you cant get fresh air in the room because windows open to other window and there is no connection with outside.

A colleague of mine has been staying this place ever time he visits the country for the last 25 years, and it seems he has not been ever disappointed at this place. The bathroom is a bit old but the temperature and water pressure of the shower was great. Did not have a chance to eat breakfast, but it seems quite a nice one. The Internet was fast enough and stable. There is a small park within the walking distance. I will definitely come back to this place next time.

Comfortable hotel in a pleasant location with a few restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Good breakfast spread. Rooms have everything you need (even an iron and board) Not the smartest hotel but friendly and helpful staff make it special||Just down the street on the opposite side of the road is a coffee shop (didn't get the name) that does excellent home made cake.
