Rabot Restaurant and The Cacao Bar

We had a delicious dinner here for my friend's birthday. An extensive food and drink menu, every dish was packed with flavour, cooked to perfection and washed down with superb red wine options. The pork starter was a particular highlight. Service was fantastic, gorgeous views from the restaurant, and very comfortable seating. We couldn't have asked for more. Thankyou!

We were fortunate enough to have breakfast here every morning during our stay... it's worth visiting just for the view alone; this place is incredible! There were plenty of choices available on the menu and the food we were served each morning was delicious. Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, we can't wait to come back again soon!

The Caribbean BBQ Night at Rabot Restaurant & Cacao Bar is absolutely amazing The setting is stunning, with view of the Pitons creating the perfect backdrop. The food is exceptional—bursting with Caribbean flavors and subtle cacao infusions that make each dish unique. The live music adds a vibrant local touch, and the service is warm and attentive. Easily one of the most memorable dining experiences in Saint Lucia!

My friend and I made reservations and went there for her 30th. It was a wonderful experience. The food, the ambience, the staff, everything was lovely. Including the mirror in the bathroom😁

Just Wow! We stopped in and had cocktails after an amazing day on the beach. The drinks were absolutely exquisite.. the view and the setting are off the scale.. it's very very special. Our waitress Henrietta looked after us so well, with her excellent customer service and beaming smile. Thanks for an amazing experience.

I chose this hotel because how beautiful it was ! But not only is it beautiful but the workers on the resort were so kind and helpful they truly make your experience in st. Lucia beautiful . Please ask for cyrstal at the restaurant she was one of first person we met at hotel . She is wonderful and makes the best drinks!! Thank you for a wonderful birthday vacation I will be back !!

A scenic, open concept restaurant with basic, yet tasty food. You definitely feel like you’re outside, while being sheltered from the sun. This restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the pitons in the background. While we did have a reservation made for our party of 9, the service was quite slow and the wait for food took nearly an hour. My meal actually took 20 minutes longer to come out than the rest of my party which wasn’t ideal. The cocoa-infused food and drinks tasted good, however, you are definitely paying more for the view/ experience. The food is a bit overpriced, but that is normal for the Carribean. Nonetheless, we had a lovely lunch- a must see in Saint Lucia! 🇱🇨

The view is spectacular at this restaurant, the brunch was delightful and infused with chocolate. The music by Shayne Ross was perfect for the brunch experience.
