Rabot Restaurant and The Cacao Bar

I always have such an exceptional time here. My recent birthday dinner made the day all that more amazing. Lunch is also always great. The food is always fantastic and the wait staff is attentive without getting in the way of you enjoying your dining experience. Plus, the view makes the entire experience so much better.

Just Wow! We stopped in and had cocktails after an amazing day on the beach. The drinks were absolutely exquisite.. the view and the setting are off the scale.. it's very very special. Our waitress Henrietta looked after us so well, with her excellent customer service and beaming smile. Thanks for an amazing experience.

The food is freshly prepared and tasty. Wonderful service with friendly staff. They make every occasion special. The view of the piton adds to the atmosphere and makes it perfect for taking pics.

This is absolutely one of the most amazing places to eat and have cocktails. The team there were fabulous, and the view was breath taking. We could not decide what drinks to have because they were so many great options, so we had most of them. They were all so good. Lunch was so delicious. Overall, it was a truly amazing place to visit.

The experience starts from the moment you ascend the steps into this incredible restaurant!! The open plan layout frames the view of the Piton mountain perfectly and makes for a truly stunning backdrop for dining! The food is exceptional and I really enjoyed working my way through the menus over the course of my stay. The theatre (and taste!) of the ‘magnificent Piton’ desert was a personal favourite! Oh and the dark chocolate & balsamic dip was insanely good! The cocktail menu was one of the best I’ve enjoyed, and frequently revisited the rum punch, just to make sure it was my no1!!

Everything was perfect. Delicious food, excellent service, nice atmosphere. The dishes are small but tasty and well prepared.

Honestly one of the most beautiful and delicious restaurants I’ve ever been to. The menu is a fusion between local Caribbean food, well known modern European food, all with a twist of cocoa or chocolate given you are on the Hotel Chocolat farm in St Lucia. The menu offers something for everyone from kids to adults, from vegans to meat lovers, from healthy to junky. We stayed at the hotel and had breakfast, lunch and dinner here for 3 days; and we ate pretty much everything on the menu and not a single dish was bad. Breakfast was our preferred if we had to choose; especially the banana bread cake, best I’ve ever had. Lunch, id say I loved the pizza and the club sandwich. For dinner, the pulled pork starter in the shape of the pitons was fantastic. The roti was also delicious if you want something more local. Also they give you complimentary bread which comes with chocolate balsamic, cocoa butter and pesto. Service is brilliant, you don’t wait that long. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Prices are high but well worth it given the backdrop scenery of Petit Piton. If you are coming just to eat here and aren’t staying at the hotel, I advise you to do lunch or early sunset dinner. A dinner for two will cost you between $100 and $200 depending how much you order/drink. Oh and if you like your cocktails, they do great variations of some classics like espresso martini but with their own chocolate infused liquors. What a beautiful restaurant! I suggest going there a little early and enjoying some drinks at the bar. Their alcoholic beverages were definitely a highlight for myself and my husband. All drinks were unique and had some form of cacao/chocolate in it. My favorite was the espresso martini. For food, we received complimentary bread with 3 different dipping “sauces”- all very good! For appetizers, we enjoyed their sharing platter. And for entrees, my husband had their club Caesar and I had the ribeye. All were very tasty- and yes, as others have mentioned…pretty expensive. But both my husband and I agreed it was worth it for the the ambience and experience. The only negative for our dinner was our choice to order a side of the white chocolate mashed potatoes. They did not taste good and were over whipped. Besides that, the service was wonderful and we enjoyed our dinner!
